Thank you new world gas for recognizing the healthcare workers still going to work everyday through this all!

So much for free gas to healthcare workers. I am a nurse working in ltc and went to the gas station on miliken blvd. Fall river and was turned away because i dont work at the area hospital. Please Mr. Patel tell me what the difference is.

Compared to the 7/11 here before it, New World has no money orders or EBT, is not open 24/7 (closing at 10pm), and has much less variety.If you want tobacco pipes or Keno, thats about the only advantage this store has. Other than that, its the same sort of soda, cigarettes and cheap snacks you could find in a dozen other places in Fall River.As of 7/19/2018, they claim to be seeking authorization to accept EBT, which I imagine would make this place a bit more popular in the neighborhood; though it would take some serious changes to live up to what 7/11 was.EDIT: This location now accepts EBT, which I suppose is good for people in the neighborhood. Solid 3-star average convenience store for this area.
