I have visited Burns power tools many times over the years. They always have a great selection of all types of power and hand tools. I bought a Festool cordless sander from them about a month ago. the box came in damaged so it took a little bit of time for them to get back to me about what they needed so they could replace it. they wanted me to send the whole thing back but Thank God I didnt because this Wednesday will be 2 weeks that I sent back just the box. I called on Friday and talked to a person in the order area and he said he will find out whats going on and call me in a Hour. Never happened. Thought I would at lest get a E-Mail still nothing. so tomorrow I will try once more and call them.

I’ve been coming here for years and don’t plan on spending my hard earned money elsewhere.On my most recent trip, I called up to see if they had a PLS laser in stock. They had one left. TJ happily set it aside for me. I also asked about another tool and they showed me exactly where it is.Skip The Depot, Lowe’s, and Harbor Freight if you want quality lasting tools at the best price!

We are a high-end construction company with an in-house cabinet shop. We go through lots of blades and have been using Burns Power Tools sharpening service for years now with great success. It is great to reuse our nice blades over and over again. They also do a great job with all our other sharpening needs like shaper cutters and planer blades! Their sales and tool service staff is also great! Ive always had great luck with them finding parts for our various tools and machine. We highly recommend them!

I operate a specialty product shop in a small town in central Texas and depend on Burns blade sharpening service - have for years. Recently the Burns tool repair department made a repair for me that no one else would consider. It was fast, reasonable cost, and most professional. Everything about Burns is top-notch. I will always check Burns first!

If you are not using Burns Tools sharpening service then you blades are only half sharp. My blades always come out better than the factories sharpening. Drop blades off on Saturday pick up following Saturday. They also work with many lumber yards for those that cant make it in. Huge selection of tools and supplies! Stop in say hi to Rich!

The guys at Burns are awesome. Theyre incredibly helpful when it comes to really zoning in on what you need and are very honest as to what makes a tool right or wrong for you. Burns has everything we need to keep our Eliot School woodshop going. Our very reliable salesman, Mike Nolan, is an expert in his field, very knowledgable about all the machines in our shop and a great resource to go to if anything goes wrong. Most of all he is great guy. We always look forward to him stopping by to bring us tools or expertly sharpened blades! With his help we keep our in house woodworking program running as well as our out reach program that bring wood working to over 2000 Boston Public School students!

First and last time going into this store. I felt like I was a burden to them. I asked if they carried stuff for Chainsaws and they said what Stuff!! Are u talking about with a cockiness. I was looking for chainsaw chain and didn’t know what they had there cause I had never been. Being a carpenter I am always buying new tools but I won’t be buying any here !!!

I love Burns PTs. Been buying to qualify tools there for years. When Im ready to buy a good tool from good people I drive to Burns. So no to boxs stores. There is a difference that why they cost more and last longer.

After many years, I’m not going to Burn’s anymore. I bought a $50 Stabila torpedo level there in April. By July, despite not suffering any severe drops, it had fallen out of calibration. With receipt in hand, I was told that it needed to be sent back to the factory for assessment. I’ve been using stabila levels for decades and if they weren’t accurate I could return to where I purchased for an immediate replacement. Burn’s can claim that this is Stabila’s policy, but since there are relatively few stores that offer this brand, they can throw their weight around a little (the store has literally thousands of dollars of Stabila merchandise on hand). At the end of the day, I could have gone back to Home Depot with virtually anything they sell, along with a receipt, and would have gotten a replacement. I could’ve spent 1/5 of the money to get an inaccurate torpedo level.

Hands down best service I have ever had at a tool store ! Grizzly kept blowing me off pushing out my delivery date so I cancelled the order. Called these guys gave them the parameters for wich i was looking for called me back with an excellent price drop shipped to me had it assembled within a week at most from time of order . In the mean time total lead time at grizzly was nearly 6 months to wait on a tool, aint no ody got time for that !
