Best prices around! I came in to buy a few items and while I was there I asked about a star-shaped screw that I had never come across and couldnt remove. It covered the USB of a childs Grave Digger truck so we couldnt charge it. To make matters worse, we had stripped the screw trying to get it out with a Phillips. SCOTT not only explained that it was a security screw, he spent the time (and aggravation) getting this screw out for me.Thank you so much Scott, you made a child very happy!

Generally a good experience although this time was a little frustrating. I asked an employee (older gentleman) where something was located (lifting straps) and he didnt even turn to look up at me while he was sitting on the floor restocking shelves and he just replied I dont know its either isle 1 or isle 2. I said ok I guess Ill go looking around in isle 1 and 2 and hope I find it. He didnt reply. Unfortunately I didnt find them. Good news is, I did find them at lowes later on in the day.

I honestly cant find a way to beat this place. No matter what hardware story go to, and even going on Amazon, if I can find the same product in harbor freight its way cheaper. Plus theyre local so its easy to do returns and their discounts with coupons are crazy.

Cheapest tools around. Great for those one-off tools or stuff you dont use every day. I still use an angle grinder from here over 15 years ago and it works perfect after patching the cord the few times it was accidentally cut.

The employees will not even look at you let alone show you where anything is. Put someone in charge and tell them to leave the back part of the store. Try something novel like asking a customer can I help you find something?

Always have a pretty good shopping experience here. Price is a very good. Today I picked up a tool bag, ammo box, three flashlight used my coupons and got everything for $11. I get four stars instead of five because the some of the staff here is a little odd.

I bought sevarel items. Prices were pretty good on most of them. I always think the prices on any set of batteries is overpriced. It doesnt matter, even if its EDGE brand. The one thing I really cant stand for, though, is the price on the NITRILE gloves. I dont believe it when they tell me, the materials for the product are scarce. The price for these gloves went up shortly after the pandemic started. This product, NITRILE gloves, is starting to refill back in the shelves. The price, however, is staying right up there. $10.00 a box, to $20.00 a box! I think its strictly a matter of, We can charge that price because theyll pay it. Im not expecting that the price will ever go back down. THE LAW OF SUPPLY AND DEMAND.

I was looking for an item, online said IN STOCK. Went by the store and asked an associate, waited 20 minutes and they told me they didnt have it. I dont live close and its aggravating the website is not accurate

A good discount tool store tools are ok wide varieties yes still the best prices for tools that your gonna beat up and replace anyway and it has a large variety of odd stuff to.i personally go through bits blades and batteries and appreciate the prices. Would not return to this location. I ordered something from the harbor freight website, I tried to cancel it but they shipped it to me anyways and said I had to bring it to the harbor freight near me and they would give me a FULL refund. No problem. I ordered a Daytona jack which is a little over 100 pounds, I could not lift that. I had someone put it into the car for me because I figured I could ask someone at harbor freight to help me get it out of the car. So I drove to this location today, Insanely packed. The sign on the door said 25 was the max capacity (I believe) and they defintely had way over 25 people not only in line but people coming in by the truckload. It was insane. I understand the associates are busy but that doesnt mean you still cant be respectful. Its not my fault you chose to work at Harbor freight. So I waited in line and told the cashier I had called earlier about coming in to return a Daytona jack I had ordered online, but I will need help getting it out of my car. She rolled her eyes and sighed at me, Turned to a man (Who was doing nothing) and said I have to bother you to help her get something out of her car for a return. Pretty rude if you ask me but I said nothing. The jack was so heavy even he couldnt lift it himself. So I go back in, Get in the same line. Its finally my turn and she just stares at me... I said Hi, Im still here to return the jack. She asks for my information and such, And asks if I have any proof of how much I paid. I was a little surprised she even asked me that because I would assume it would be on my account. So I had to get on my phone, Login to the harbor freight website and go to my order (Which took a little time). She was obviously annoyed but I didnt know she would need me to do this. I told her I paid $219 (I believe). She says No, How much was the jack itself? I said $199 and some change, Why? And she tells me they cant refund shipping. Her tone was just super rude this entire time and I was so surprised because I was the only person in her line and it wasnt a super difficult task. I said Really? because I talked to customer service and they said I was able to get a full refund and I called before I came in and I was also told Id be getting a FULL refund. Needless to say she ended up giving me my entire refund. The attitude that she gave me from the beginning was just unnecessary. I never shop at harbor freight anyways but if for some reason I ever need to Ill definitely go somewhere else that at least has decent people. If you dont like customer service, Dont work in customer service. If you had a bad day, Its nobody elses fault, Especially not a customers.

The Fall River Harbor Freight is like a tattered match box. The matches inside still work, but the cosmetic appearance of the box lost its shine long ago. The store has a disorderly and neglected look to it as though HF moved into the space as an afterthought. The staff are helpful but curt. The merchandise is the same as all other HF locations. It wouldnt be my first choice, but its not to be avoided either.

Great place, low prices (per usual with harbor freight). Quality has been good for all things Ive brought this far. This store has a pretty wide selection for all things. Hand tools, power tools, air tools, they have it all. Staff is friendly and very helpful!

Was looking for a particular type of tool couldnt find it, shelf was empty.Asked associate when it would be coming in, he said he would check the back room for me. He returned a few minutes later with what I was looking for and apologized for the shelf being empty

This place rocks! I was in need of some spacers and a few tools. I entered this location after looking for a special kind of spacer and asked the employee for help? He immediately knew what I was talking about and lead me right to them. He didnt stop there, he went on to educate me as to why this particular spacer is needed and used for with my project. Thanks for the help!

You can buy some tools at harbor freight that compared to Craftsman as well as snap-on. Dont believe me go on YouTube and watch the videos. Dont get me wrong you can buy some real junk as well. But dont be fooled by the prices on some items. I see those same items in Walmart cheaper. Example rubbing compound.

I came in to get a gift for my brother in law. A young man helped me get a large boxed item and also helped me get it into my car. Helpful friendly staff. They also scanned a coupon for me to save me even more than the one I brought with me . What a great shopping trip!!

I bought generator from here and after 3 weeks not working when I returned it they did refund it to credit card I have no access to it without asking me and they said I have to buy another one, or call the customer service, when I called they said why the salesman didn’t ask you first if you want it refunded to original payment method, I said ask them when I handed the sales supervisor the phone he said I have nothing to do and I have come back to the store manager next day and here I’m the store manager said nothing he can do and customer service can fix this issue and give me a gift card, I called the customer service again today and as last night they said nothing they can do, I have to wait 3 to 5 business days and the district manager will call me... now I’m loosing money because of the salesman fault, can’t get my old generator to fix and work, or get replacement one,,, they are bad have no experience, they are liars.

Great place to get deals on closeout lots. I once visited this place and saw an open box nicely mid-sized aluminum cannister, air compressor for $75. I went back the next day and it was gone. Being that I build computers I should have jumped on that deal (aluminum doesnt rust) in a heartbeat. The moral is buy it when u see it at Harbor Freight

Need pro or tinkering tools, batteries, wood working, electrical, air compressing, etc, etc. The list goes on. If you are a DIYer or just love doing all sorts of projects well dont miss out. Smaller than Home Depot or Lowes, but carries much different products.

Harbor Freight is a terrific store for anyone who engages in fo it yourself projects. The deals are terrific. The coupon discounts are amazing. There are some things that I dont buy here, but many items are interchangeable to ones sold at other locations for a fraction of the price with equal quality. I am a big fan of HF and shop here often. I only wish there would be a location closer to my home. The lines are long here because the store is so popular. We need HF in Fairhaven, Massachusetts

They didnt have exactly what I was looking for but they did have the next best thing. The workers there were extremely helpful and there were many customers. There are a few other stores next door and places to eat if your into fast food. Free parking lot and wheelchair parking as well. The prices at Harbor Freight Tools were decent prices. Couldnt go wrong. If your looking for a gift for a man or urself, tool wise ECT....this is the place to go !
