Yummy bagels, plus catering service. Good job.

Only place I recommend eating the food (aside from Nandos, Cheesecake factory and courtyard Thai on Main st.). This place is fantastic. Ten years of terrible food in DMV, until I learned about Einstens Garden Avocado sandwich on either the chile or spinach bagel. LOVE THIS place! I do not eat out because I dislike people talking over the food, they wear masks here, wonderful!

Coffee was out. No indoor seating which is just lazy at this point. Bagels are chewy Not too good.

We usually take out regularly from this location first time eating insideThe place is not clean at all no settings Inside which not making sense. We have 6 bagels assumewe’re going to eat inside but we end it up eating outside which was not bad at all because the cleaning issues of inside we took a dozen to go but honestly I felt uncomfortable eating in this location

Everything is fine here and it has outdoor seating but service is slo Been here multiple times - order on the app when you can at least 15 minutes before you get here.

The lady keep touching her mask and touching the bagels to put it in the box for customers, this place needs a makeover employees included.

I love bagels, so for me this place is very convenient cause of it location. A good point that they have a good parking spot, that is rare for falls church city. Bagels are fresh and delicious. Good bagels. Got our somewhat complicated to go order right, too. But where did the schmear go? Asked for some plain cream cheese on the bagel, and they scraped it on like it was Vegemite. Come on, people, put some cream cheese on that bagel!

Wanted to get some breakfast using a coupon on their app. The app did not take any credit cards and I tried several. The store was nice enough to honor the coupon (which is why this 2 stars and not 1) otherwise we ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks which were not very good relative to what I would expect for those prices. The service was slow (20+ minutes) and disorganized, which on top of the app failure made this a less than ideal experience. I hope this was just a tough day for the group but either way my experience was sub par.

The bagels are really good but the person who answers the phone is a little rude. Before I have ordered by calling them directly a bagel to pick up, and now the same person said I need to download the app to order a bagel! Uhh no, I don’t want that ... I come here once in a blue moon and besides, I thought it is a place that wants business, and would take orders through any way possible... well i think there are places making enough money to refused taking calls from clients that want to order food ... came to Panera Bread that they happily took my phone order ...

The gentleman at the counter was awesome, first time there and he advised me a great breakfast and I enjoyed it and he had that friendly family orientation as he greeted me and as I left. Thats what makes people come back. Thank you. I hope you are recognized!Sincerely,Frank

Great food and coffee as usual. Im happy when they notice that a ingredient of dish runs out, they make a suggestion for its place.

We come here every weekend. Its exactly what you expect of the chain. I usually get the Nova lox sandwich, and its delicious! They start running out of the good bagels around 11am on weekends. And, though the tables fill up quickly, they turn around just as fast.The coffee is only okay. Oftentimes, its boiling hot, and I have to let it sit in the cup with the lid off while I eat my sandwich before I can drink it safely. And, sometimes the coffee can be too bitter, like it has been sitting out for a while. If you have time, Id recommend getting your coffee at Starbucks a couple doors down.

Poor customer service, order was wrong two times. Never will return to this location.

I have been in twice now since the beginning of the pandemic to find an employee preparing food without a mask on. This is simply irresponsible and unacceptable during the COVID-19 pandemic. I will not be returning to this Einsteins location until the pandemic is over.

Overall a good experience everytime I visit this location.

Just wanted to thank the staff at this Einstein Bagel for the wonderful service, Tony and his staff were very patient with me and my family and took the time to get things right. I read some of the other reviews and was nervous about coming here but Im glad I did. One other person you should ask for for wonderful service was Elana she was the greatest....I will truly be back and you should go give them a try, You will thank yourself.

Today was my first time going to Einsteins, and I was mostly happy with my experience. I got a large coffee and a 6 cheese bagel with smoked salmon shmear for less than $7, so that was nice. My biggest issue, however, was that there was not nearly enough cream cheese on the bagel, which is a killer for me. Ill definitely be back!

Service was consistently slow the last few times I went. When service moves efficiently then not a bad place for a quick cup of coffee.

Service was slow. There was one person ahead & it took about 10 minutes for us to get served. Despite it being quiet, the servers forgot which order belonged to who and then forgot the side.One of the coffee machines was also leaking the whole time, so there is definitely a need for some rennovations here. If head office improved things the staff might be a bit more on the ball and friendly. The food was fine, hence the 2 stars.

I long for the day of Einstein Bros. Bagels of about 3 years ago when they actually pit more than a drop of schmear on your bagel. At least this location got the order correct and didnt burn the bagel. Overall this company is not what it use to be. Probably more like a 2.7 now. Sad because their coffee is pretty good and the bagels, if managed the way they use to be, are better than the options at Starbucks as far as breakfast sandwiches. Maybe its best to buy the spread and some bagels and make it up yourself at home.

Often out of bagels and the staff is hit and miss as far as service. Its like the staff is always new even though its the same people over and over. Also, check your order as they have a habit of messing it up or not wiping their knives well enough.

This was and always is a pretty miserable experience. The customer service is at best, dismal. It seems like the people that are there dont want to be. Their energy transfers to the preparation of the food which I know typically is good because Ive been going to Einsteins since I was a child. I go back from time to time thinking that it will get better but it hasnt. Im hoping that this will bring attention to the issue.

A delicious yet pricey alternative to not preparing breakfast at home, and youll wait about as long for your order as it would have taken you to make breakfast. So whats the allure to coming here and why the longer waits? Convenience coupled with just the right amount of added sweetness to your meal or drink. Lets also not forget bagels!

The servers here are incredibly courteous and pleasant. Go here regularly and they will remember your name. Fantastic breakfast options and their nova lox sandwiches are pretty amazing. Always both a friendly and efficient stop.

I came here once and probably won’t come back. After placing my order and the employees skipped making my food. People who ordered 10 minutes after me got their food before me. It was very difficult to get anyone’s attention to address this. When my order was finally made nobody offered me an apology. The bagels were average

I hadnt been to an Einstein bagels in quite a long time.Stopped in for a bite to eat.I ordered a simple ham and cheese melt on a garlic bagel, what I got was a bagel covered in veggies and hummus.I quickly informed the guy at the counter this is not what I ordered. He apologized, they made me the sandwich that I ordered, and offered a free drink which I declined. Bad service seems to be the norm, mistakes happen but they recovered quickly and professionally.

Really rough experience, the definition of a SNAFU. I felt kind of bad for the employees but everything was disorganized and we waited for a very long time. They forgot one of the sandwiches and it was just a mess. One of the employees was nice which helped things but overall just a mess.

This is my go-to bagel shop. I like their food and everything but every time i go go this place, asian man who works there did not wear his mask on.

I never miss a bagel from here when I am in the area. The staff is great, high changeover, but consistent. You do not have to be jewish to eat bagels either. Nor to you have to drive to NY to get a good bagel. Its right here

Disappointing experience here, and not the first time. Ordered a bagel sandwich double toasted, in a futile attempt to get them to actually toast the bagel. They couldnt pull it off - ended up with a soft wad of dough with things on it, basically ruined the meal. The coffee is particularly bad, despite (or because of, not really sure) the merger with Caribou Coffee recently. They are often short-staffed, and the layout of the store is weird - you walk past an unstaffed set of registers to the far end of the store, place your order, then wander around back and forth along the service counters in a non-natural way, bumping into other customers if theres a line, so you can pick what bagel types you want. Its a slippery slope, but with fewer customers theyve had to shut down the intake register and just use the other set at the far end of the store. Not sure if the business is slowing because of the service, or the service is bad because of the lack of business, but the end result is that its just not a very good location.

We were craving bagel and lox so decided to go to the closest Einstein Bros. Bagels. My wife and I both got bagel and lox on our choice of bagel. I love the variety of the bagels here! I got mine on a cheddar jalapeño bagel that actually had slices of jalapeño on the bagel under a layer of cheddar cheese! I gave it 4 stars because they didnt have decaf. Also another patron who got a hot coffee complained that it was cold. Come on, its a bagel shop so they need to get it together on the coffee. Overall I love this place for the bagels...

Food is decent but the service sucks... how long does it take to make a bagel? My guess is not very long when you have 6 employees and two customers but I could be wrong. Ive made a few bagels in my life, the average time is about 2 to 3 minutes possibly. 10 minutes seems excessive. Anyways this is twice now, Id be foolish to do a third time.

Tasty spinach mushroom melt, but not so great service. At least the crew in the morning isnt the friendliest. Also, twice Ive asked for egg whites and twice I bit into my sandwich only to see a yolk.I ordered with the older man this morning. I said that I would like a spinach mushroom melt with egg whites on an everything bagel. He said, On what?...what? He said, what bagel do you want it on? I said again, everything...so he pulled out a sesame bagel. I said, everything!...but I think I ended up eating a multigrain or something...or maybe I just got someone elses order, which is a whole other issue.

Mm the bagel here is so tasty ! I come here for breakfast 4 time so far since we just move to the area, and this place is so phenomenal! My 2 boys, my wife, and my daughter really love Einstein too ! I love the bagels with cream cheese and coffee ! Thank you Einstein the food is so good !

The food is incredibly good here. Bagels are superb and the jalapeño salsa shmear is to die for.The service is really bad. Half the people barely know their own menu. Look for Brenda, does it perfect.

Quiet in the afternoon - very ideal for getting some work done. The Caribou coffee products are a step above those of the leading coffee chain.

Coffee is inconsistent. Really dark with grounds in it at times and light the next day. You can use the best coffee grounds but if you dont know how to brew it its a waste.

Stoped in for a simple breakfast with a couple friends and family. Had some time to kill. Overall a great experience, staff was friendly and patient. Service was spot on.Coffee was a bit bitter but I didnt go for the coffee. Will come back

Only come here because of the bagels, the service is the worst! No organization whatsoever, minimum 30 min wait for a bagel, with 7 people behind the counter, ridiculous. Amateur hour at best, avoid at all costs on the weekend

I feel like something always goes wrong when I go to this location. Last time they were out of one of the flavored coffees and asiago bagels and they didnt toast my bagel. The time before, they only had one kind of tea. These are fairly minor annoyances, but it seems to be a trend with this location and the price seems high for what you get.

Ive had nothing but terrible luck at this store. Hey never have the bagels we need but always have stacks of weird bagels no one eats. Ive begun driving the extra five minutes to Tysons for bagels.

Ordered one of the signature sandwiches and the cashier turns to the guy making the food and tells him that I ordered a sandwich not a bagel. The guy looks at me and says ugh seriously?Same exact thing happened another time here. How about you just do your job

Horrible service and management at this location. After waiting 20 minutes for a single sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, I went to cashier to ask for my money back because I was done waiting. Instead she checked on the status of my order and said that there were only four ahead of me so it shouldnt be too much longer. I said I didnt want the order anymore and since they hadnt started it yet, they could just give my money back. She went to the manager, who was working on the line, and came back to tell me they would make my sandwich now. When I repeated that all I wanted was my money, she walked over to the line and began working on my sandwich. Clearly my $5.50 was the only thing keeping this operation above water... Time on my ticket was 1016, time sandwich was delivered was 1041.

Food is good always but today is bad that time I want use restroom some one already in so I wait more than five minute that is ok but employer guy came out from the ladys room make me shock after that i get in toilet so duty so I cant not using i told staff they dont agree they ignore me so bad bad

Help was bad, wanted an everything bagel, was told they were out, lady ahead of me wanted a everything sandwich. Had to pull one out of her bag and select another begal. I asked for one he said grouffly we are out. Well they werent, before my other begal was ready the everything basket was filled. My point he should of checked before turning away customer at visit your location.
