Trying to cancel an appointment for Covid test, since I could do it online because it says my confirmation code or last name is not correct, even though when you access the website through the link they send you, your confirmation code is already there. I call more than 6 times and they keep transferring me to other department, and nobody is been able to cancel the appointment I have for tomorrow. I have waste more than an hour and nothing has happened, very disappointed!

Self-checkout rarely works and when it does, it is way too many steps to do simple things. Also, the staff all stands around rather than work the cash registers.

One of the worst CV ever. No one is there to help you find anything. I waited in line for 5 minutes to talk to cashier and she says you will find it in aisle 10. I said I couldnt find it thats why i came to you, she said i cannot help you then. How rude. So I just went down the road by target and eventually they had people there to help.

They, got better by adding self checkout, but the store is small and they still do not have a lot of products!

Got COVID-19 testing done here as a precaution. The staff was helpful in explaining the directions and had a safe protocol (their window did not open and they spoke using a speaker, they had a wipe for me to use before putting my test kit in the collection box). Only somewhat sketchy thing is that they didn’t ask to see any ID. While I didn’t go inside, the store itself looks brand new and parking is really easy. Drive thru was also easy to access!

I only go here because the guy Jose works there. He gives the best customer service. I live near here, no more trips to safeway thats a bit further for necessities and prescriptions. Will go here now.
