This was my first time at harbor freight and I had a 10/10 experience! The kind woman at the front register, Chanel, left the register to help us find the straps we were looking for, and then helped us again when we couldn’t find the tape we needed. The supervisor who checked us out was also extremely friendly. The work environment was very positive. I highly recommend coming here instead of Home Depot.

I absoultely loved it here. This is one of the cleanest most organized HFTs that I have been too. The Cashier the helped me check out also had an awesome disposition.

If you like men tools (theyre lady friendly too) this is a must visit. I went to consider the purchase of a hard case (Pelican like). The place is a toy store for adults. I now have the urge to do some serious construction. Maybe I will build a big thing-a-ma-jig.

Needed a could of replacement tires for my hose reel. They had them in stock. Found em fast, bought em fast.

Stay focused.... you could leave with a lot more than planned. Harbor Freight is always a cool store with stuff you cant get in-person anywhere else.

I was able to purchase what I needed. Yhe location was not crowded and it was a Sunday. The location was clean and organizer in its own way. There is parking but be mindful of where you park. There were a few close calls because the exit off the road goes directly into the HF parking area.

Google maps doesnt have this store entrance recorded properly, Maps tried to route be behind it. Store was very orderly. I didnt see any open spots reflecting items out of stock. I was in and out quickly. Pep Boys would do well to keep their stores up as well as Harbor Freight does. HFs tool offerings are comprehensive and very well priced.

This place is great. They have everything you could ever need for home maintenance and repair and fix it jobs. I found something I used to buy at the dollar store until they stopped selling it and the price was VERY reasonable.This store is always clean and well organized also. I do wish they were open a little later but maybe when the pandemic ends they will increase their hours.

Location is convenient, the store is well kept and bright. Staff is friendly and helpful, and appears to know its stock pretty well - not only its shelf location but usage as well. Finally, it appears to be well stocked. Ive never had to return later for something out of stock

I love this store. I cant say enough good things about it. Customer service is the best. Very welcoming, friendly and Helpful staff. Although, the return policy is not my favorite. Make sure you bring it back in 90 days lol

Found exactly what I was looking for but had to talk to a seasoned store employee to find it.

The cashier who attended to my needs seemed irritated and impatient.

Im glad a harbor freight finally opened in the area. Great for cheap throw away or minimal use tools. Be sure to look for coupons before you go. Location is a hard to find. Watch out for the sharp turn off the highway into the parking lot. Beer conveniently located in the grocery store next door so you dont have to go out of your way for the all the project essentials.

Just visited there today for the first to pickup some tools for a DIY project. Absolutely lovely staff! Really nice people who greeted me, talked, and offered help. So sweet!I got pretty much everything I needed and will be returning as its so close to my house and excellent customer service! Also, store was very clean and aesthetically pleasing in organization. Prices are fantastic compared to other hardware stores and good amount of options and variety.

As Monk used to say, Its a blessing and a curse. Every time I go there I walk out with incredible deals on tools, But The other day I bought an inch pound torque wrench and I honestly dont know where or when I will ever use it it was just simply to affordable to leave behind thats the curse.

Today was my first time here. I like the store and the employees. They are helpful, are not rushing you, and more than willing to help. Im planning to visit them again soon for my DIY tools need. Thanks Jamie for your help. 😀

Its harbor freight and tool cheap tools at a cheap price there are better stocked harbor freight and tool that Ive been to I got a tap set a set of machine bits and an easy out for 30 bucks

We have been trying to buy a green house for months. Harbor freight has an amazing deal on greenhouses but havent had one in stock for awhile. We happened to be in there today and they had one and reserved it for us until we could come get it and helped us load it in the car.

I love the selection but I am still learning the layout and there app wasnt much help since I couldnt find allot of the items in the actual store .

Available parking, packed with tools, affordable and I look to them 1st before going anywhere else. But for some tools, if you want and have to the absolute best, i.e. Snapon, etc., you may want to look elsewhere.

Called to see if they were open. Raphael answered and was very helpful. The store is well stocked and organized. When I had gathered about 40 pounds of ball-joint-removable tools in my arms, Raphael showed up with a shopping cart. Finally, this same guy went to some extra effort at the cash register to make sure I got the 20% discount, even though I had forgot my flyer at home. Great prices, place was very clean. Staff was helpful.

I had called previously to ask for an item and Deshaun said he would put it aside for me to pickup. When I arrived at the store, I asked for Shaun and Raphael told me there was no one there by that name. Raphael was not helpful to give me the item or help me find what I was looking for. This guy did not even attempt to look for the pickup item or find the item on the shelf. I had to go back to my car and call the store. I sat in in my car in the parking lot for an hour while someone else looked for the item that Deshaun has set side for me previously. My visit to the store was a nightmare. I dont know if Raphael is just a lazy person or has issues, but I am never coming back. I was wearing my scrubs and this guy had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to check his vitals. I was coming home from work and I was tired and in a hurry to go back home and support my family. This guy was wasting my time and my patience.

Love this place. So glad they opened a shop closer to DC. Making a renovation affordable.

Come on its harbor freight what bad can you say about it. The tools dont cost enough to worry about when they break. And its half the price of home Depot every time I go. I spent $150 last time I was in there and I know for sure that that would have closer to $300 at home Depot
