Went in with a bad sink drain ball lever. Needed to replace it. Advised to buy a new sink drain assembly...worked out great since I know how to install stuff like that. Good advise and price was on par with the Big Box stores. Will go back again!

Useless. Called them to check whether they have a Hydromatic HP-50 sump pump in stock. Despite this being one of the most common pumps on the market they didnt have it or seem to understand what I was asking for. Got monosyllabic answers and no effort to provide assistance, as if I was bothering them by offering to buy something from them. DIYers go elsewhere.

This is a great place. If you can do it yourself they will tell you what you need. If you need a professional they will refer you to the right person.

Friendly, knowledge, well supplied and happy to work with you to resolve issues. Not like some of their competitors.
