Fantastic service!! Very knowledgeable and very helpful. They even kept my 4 year old entertained while we went through the process of switching over phones.

The gentleman helping me, Paul Moakley, was extremely pleasant and made sure that my needs were met in a timely manner. I will certainly be asking for him by name the next time I visit. AT&T would do well for themselves to ensure that they retain staff of Pauls caliber by any reasonable means.

We have been happy AT&T customers for over 15 years and have always used this store for anything cell phone related. Last week we went there to replace our aging cell phones and were very happy with the experience.....as usual. The particular phone that we wanted was not in stock and Izzy told us that we would receive it within a few days. Actually the phones were on the door step the next day. When we went to the store for activating the phone I was impressed with how fast Izzy transferred all of the stuff from the old phones to the new ones. Also, he did an amazing job on applying the phone and camera shields. Perfect alignment and no bubbles. Thanks to Izzy and AT&T.Herb and Eleanor

Kemar was a fantastic sales rep for AT&T. I am an “older” guy who is not interested in technology. Kemar understood my misgivings and transferred my pictures and contacts to my new phone quickly! He also helped me buy accessories for my new iPhone. He is great!

I was going there to get a phone. Right when I walked in the worker greeted me nicely and nicely said that there was a wait. When the 10 minute wait was over he helped us get my phone and was in a great atidude and was very nice and cool. If you live in the Falmouth/mashpee area I would highly recommended the Falmouth AT&T store.

Worst experience ever. Sat in the store with 3 employees in the back, 1 out front helping a customer (who he told that they had to take the insurance for the first month: not true). No one spoke to me for 30 minutes. The gentleman who actually did help me later was great. He came into the store and immediately helped me. I believe his name was Kamar. I was there for 1 hour. 1 customer was ahead of me. All I needed was a new esim card. I would do a half of a star if google would let me. To summarize, Kamar was great, the other 4 employees working on Saturday morning 1/23/21 were not.

Horrible experience! I brought my iPad 12 pro in to buy a new cord & block. The assoc. sold me both the wrong pieces. When I returned the 2 products they only refunded me for the cord & not the block because I didn’t have the box. The customer service in the Falmouth, Ma. Store is terribly bad. Don’t give them your business

I came to AT&T Falmouth just for consultation about my son getting an upgrade on his iPhone. Izzy helped me, and was very professional, helping me get a new billing code, taking the time to look up different plans, and doing a comparison of the plans. He kindly explained terminology I didn’t understand, & made sure I understood his explanation of things before I left. I highly recommend AT&T Falmouth!

I have had a great experience with this store my family have been with them since 1999 and Tyler has been one of if not best when it comes to helping a customer out making them feel welcomed and not overwhelmed he puts the customer first as they should but he really embodies what customer service is. When entering AT&T always ask for Tyler if he’s not there me personally I will walk out or wait for him to arrive to help me that’s how good he is and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Exceptionally pleasant experience at Falmouth AT&T store. Patrick, the Manager, was so kind, caring and understanding of the difficulties we’ve experienced since purchasing new IPhones from a different store. Numerous phone calls to Customer Service proved to be frustrating and disappointing. I was given so much conflicting information, none of it accurate, and absolutely no attempts to rectify several issues. Patrick gave me his undivided attention and was a tremendous help clarifying, explaining every part of the transaction and ultimately correcting as many issues as possible from his end.
