Incredibly knowledgeable staff was very helpful everytime I have come in. Parts are very affordable and service is fast.

Theyre very helpful, super clean and organized with their products, and have some 3D-printed objects on display using different filaments on the upper level. They have 3D printers on the lower level where customers can ask to have objects printed for them. I love their enthusiasm for their near future. Im sure they would catch a lot more attention from customers on the road with a much bigger sign than what they have, and that is in the near future as well.

Having zero knowledge and experience with 3D printing, I’m glad I went by here to buy my first filament. Spent less than 5 minutes in the store and left feeling very confident about my purchases thanks to their help. Definitely coming back here again.

I had a bad experience with their Ender 5 Direct Drive kit and left a review on their website reflecting this experience. Despite confirming this review, it never appeared on their website. I confirmed the review 3 months ago. How many other bad reviews were filtered out, leaving only 4 and 5 star reviews? Obviously, this does not reflect well on them as a vendor. If theres a reasonable explanation for this I will revise this review.

Not only great guys, but true experts in 3D printing - software, filament, printers, and parts. Ask them what you should do and follow their advice! We have and it saves us wasted time/cost.

Great customer service and communication. Shipped printer there and back with no issues--printer was all kinds of messed up, came back working great. I appreciate that they take the time to troubleshoot possible issues and keep you informed during the repair. Will be using these guys again if I have more issues.
