Clean store. Staff tends to stay behind counter rather than being on floor. However, given the local COVID situation, I dont blame them.

The store has many wonderful games for the new systems, and theres nothing that needs any change in the store.

Please be careful. This GS is taking pro members 5$ promo and using it on free game warranties. While not telling you until the purchase is over and the game+receipt is in your hand.

Yesterday when I went the mall was packed!! Food court back to back with almost every table full!! I couldnt wait to just get in, get what I wanted and get out!ONE PROBLEM with that being said -- my son called GAME STOP in the mall for a particular game for his cousin for Christmas and the guy said they had it in stock; however, guess what - CORRECT IT WASNT, and his excuse was oh I thought it was a Playstation 3 that you wanted it for (mind you my son said XBox)-- are you kidding me?! 😡So in reality I didnt even need to go here!!! And healing from surgery with complications i wasnt very happy as I was in pain!!!We need more variety for game stores -- Id rather order on Amazon and wait a month to get something before I would ever visit this Game STOP again!!!

Great selection of new and used games. Watch for sales and discounts. Prices on games are better even after conversion than the same games in Canada. Located in the mall and easy to find. Staff are helpful.

Not stoked on the service here.Every time I come in they are behind the counter and ignore me. I’ll walk around for a few minutes browsing and they won’t even acknowledge with a “hello”.Not like they are busy either, just standing behind the counter on their phone.

Recently in town staying at a motel nearby. I picked up a used game there and didnt check it over til I got home 3 days and 600 miles later (I trusted them to do that). Immediately upon opening the case I notice the game has such a deep scratch, a groove really, that it should never have been sold. It does play but poorly, Ive got to pop it in 2-3 times for the disc to register and then it will randomly stop during game play. Very frustrating and a waste of $12.You can do better than this Gamestop, Amazon sure does.

Prices are not very good and when selling games you get a fraction of what you would get at other places. The employees were nice but not very outgoing. The games have little variety and they dont carry smaller games they only sell the big triple A games which was kind of a disappointment to me.

My boys loved shopping for games in this place. They have a huge selection of just about everything you can think of.

Went in to browse the selection and see how the new location looked. They moved a few doors down in the mall. The new store has a better location and a bigger selection. The staff was supper helpful and directed us to the games we wanted. They also helped with letting us know about releases that we had not known about and ordered a pre-order. We are anticipating the release of the pre-order and the release of the games we had not known of. We will be back here again!!!

Used prices keep getting higher - but good store otherwise.

They have a great assortment of gaming stuff. It was our 1st time there and they had great deals.

Always have great prices on used inventory. Plus full refund on used games if not satisfied.

The Game Stop employee answered my question thoroughly and I was very impressed on how well he was able to keep up with the conversation about the latest version of Playstation Gaming! Power to the Gamer

Bought a game. GameStop put the wrong disc in the box. I went in to make an exchange for the correct game, everything was exchanged smoothly, but when I arrived home the replacement game they gave me was damaged and unable to download onto my console. Uncool GameStop, uncool.

The lady that helped me was so nice. She showed my son a stuffed charmander and made his birthday

Theyre nice to me, always have been. They didnt mind when my pregnant self waddled around the store just to get some exercise. I buy games from them occasionally too, of course.

Was going to pick up my pre-order copy of Battlefront 2 and was told by the employees that they neglected to contact the mall to tell them they were staying open late for the release on November 13th at 11 pm and had to close. Yet, an employee walked out with her copy of the game. if the customers have to wait so should the employees. I will no longer purchase a game from this store again. I expected it at that time and I should receive it at that time no excuses. This store also contacted me to tell me I could pick the game up at 11 pm the same day.

I hate going to this location they seem to not know anything about games. They only tell you about their favorite games not the one your asking about. The 45th street one is way better and great customer service

Hey its gamestop, the only place I know of where you can buy a used game and get a refund if you dont like it. If only other businesses did this. Also why would you buy a digital copy instead of a hard copy.Take that disc back and sell it when your tired of it. Cant sell it back on digital copy.

Bought a used Xbox 360 game for my brother.. they handed me a brand new Xbox one game. I didnt realise that till he opened it on Christmas morning. I have no idea where the receipt is. I really should have checked that they gave me the right game. But silly me, I trusted someone whom I thought knew more than me about games. Now I have no idea if they will exchange it. Ahh.
