I have been going to Sami C for a number of years now for hair cuts. I use to color my own hair and earlier this year I decided to try having my color done professionally in hopes that the color would last longer. My only worry was my color is an unusual shade of burgundy by Color Silk. So on my next appointment with Sami I brought in the front panel from a Color Silk hair dye box and said this is the color I want. She said OK and we made my first appointment for a full color. Well 5 stars is not enough for Sami - she is for sure a 10 stars plus!!!! On that first color appointment she nailed it! She mixed a perfect match to what I wanted and has continued to do a perfect match every month or so when I come in for my appointment. I will never do my own hair again nor will I ever go to anyone else. I have always loved how she cut my hair and now with the color being so perfect I feel great when I walk out of there. Everyone comments on how much they love the cut and especially the color. I recommend trying Fantastic Sams in Faribault, MN. You will not be sorry.

Tina the manager (so she said, Id question that) was almost 20 minutes late for our appointment with zero explanation or an apology. She used the worst products in my daughters hair that made it look unclean and slimy. It took 2 washes to get it all out.Inconvenience to use your card if you tip, you must use 2 different machines.

They did a very good job of preventing the spread of the virus. It was a very pleasant experience and I really liked the cut and style that Ashley provided for me. I recommend FS. The shop was clean and comfy. Adequate parking and easy access. Handicapped accessible too.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They did a horrible job on my son’s haircut. Bri cut his hair and was asked to leave finger length on top and she completely buzzed the top of his hair! I would NOT recommend this salon at all!! Horrible service.

I believe I was overcharged today. I was charged for a haircut, $18, but I was also charged for a bang trim $7. I dont really have bangs. My hairs fairly short already. Fantastic Sams in faribault is my preferred spot for a haircut. Disappointed, I wouldnt expect this based on previous experiences at this salon.

I have very thick hair so my haircuts were pretty hit or miss for a long time. Some people know how to handle it, some dont. Ive been going here for at least 4 years now, maybe a bit longer, and I think Ive only had one haircut that I didnt love, but it wasnt even as bad as some of my others. They are very consistent and the stylists are friendly. I love this place 10/10

I walked in on Saturday afternoon around 2pm for a root touch up.I was told they were closing early for Halloween... really like when has any business closed early for Halloween?when did Halloween become a national holiday?

The best time to go there is when they first open the service is good and youre done in a short period o have been going there for about 3 years now

Had a set appointment for 2pm and showed up 5 mins early and waited until 2:30... everyone just stared at me and nobody apologized or even told me how long Id be waiting.. not only that but the lady who did my hair was very rude. I almost wanted to cry, it was embarrassing and I probably wouldnt ever go back!

I called to make an appointment for the same day. Showed up 10 minutes before the appointment. One of the workers told me at 5 mins after my appointment should have started that it would be another 30 minutes before they could start on me. Only one woman getting her hair done and one waiting while one worker was cleaning. Dont understand how they would be so far behind only 1 hour after opening... they werent apologetic about it which upset me the most. I cancelled the appointment.⁶

Told it would be 20minutes for a cut.. still sitting 80 minutes later and the girl is just BSing at the desk. Do not waste your time with this place.

My haircut wasnt blended well on the sides, Random people pointed it out to me and advised that I should go back to get it fixed. I went back in over my lunch break 2 days later. I was told the wait would be 2 minutes. I then sat in the waiting room while they took all other customers back for haircuts and to have their hair shampooed. I sat for another 15 minutes before I ended up leaving. I will be going to another salon to have my haircut fixed. It will not be a Fantastic Sams. I would rather invest in a Flowbee self haircut system then ever go back to Sams.

The last time I was at Fantastic Sams was December. The staff were very polite.

Stylist was very friendly and did an excellent job. The tea tree shampoo was nice too.

I usually get my hair cut at the Fantastic Sams in Lakeville off of 35W. But I stopped in at this Faribault location just to have my undercut cleaned up, which is normally just a neck trim. Horrible mistake! The stylist told me after she had already cleaned up my undercut design, that she had never done this before and it was her first undercut. Why she decided to tell me after the fact is beyond me. It turned out HORRIBLE and I was stuck paying for it. She was rude and clearly wanted me out as fast as possible. NEVER going back to this location again!I highly recommend Tara at the Lakeville Fantastic Sams location, she is absolutely amazing and can fix anything!!

I went in to get a hair cut after I had my baby. I asked for layers, but got just a straight cut at my shoulders. She also thinned my hair... which was already starting to fall out from being post pregnancy. Also, at a previous visit, the stylist burned my forehead with the hairdryer while trying to dry my bangs.
