This is hands down the best boost mobile store and customer service I’ve ever experienced! I accidentally lost my moms phone number on her phone and this god sent of a man, fought for me the whole entire time to get my moms phone number back and account! He’s seriously the best at what he does, worth the extra drive, worth every second!

Impeccable service. I went to have my phone screen replaced and it came out like new. He has a large inventory of replacement parts and the one piece I needed to fix my earpiece speaker that he didn’t have he immediately ordered it and had it within the week. A pleasure to deal with and a great multitasker. Prices are also very reasonable and fair. Will be back for any other phone repairs in the future.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ever since T-Mobile took over this is the worse service ever. No service away from home. No service at home. Just a lot of buffering. Phones offered on website are old models that are sold at release date prices. I have been a Boost customer for a very long time. I cant wait to change to a different company. T-Mobile sucks.

Gentlemen that runs this place really knows what he is doing. He is great at explaining everything for those of us that are not tech savvy. My expirience is always a good one and at lightning speed. Helpfull you will walkout with a smile on you face.👍Highly recomend.

Was not happy at all drove an hour to the boost store for a promotion that they sent me a text message for got to the store first the store manager told me I couldnt get the phone I came for because I wasnt switching from a different carrier even though the promotion didnt say anything about switching carrier it just said u could get the phone if u add a line to your account then I let that go and just pick a different phone waited about 1hour and 15mins for him to activate the phone for him to tell me that there system is down and its going to be down for a while..... What a waste of my time and gas for him to tell me hes sorry he should have told me the system would be down an Hour ago, bad costumer service nothing for my time or money......
