Said they had the speed we ordered in our area and then called the day before we were supposed to have it set up and told us they were trying to figure out how to give us the speed we ordered so we would have to wait, even though we already paid. A month later after receiving no information or phone calls about what was going on we had to call and cancel to get our money back.

Had them out a couple of times, still slow internet, meanwhile my friend in the country with same provider is getting 20 times the speed as me when Im in town... Worthless paper weight of a motem...

Just dont even bother. Save yourself the stress
