I went in today with a real tough request that I knew very little about. I had to find some way to connected a countertop dishwasher to a faucet that had very different threads. Troy and another associate helped me out and were able to put together something for me that worked absolutely perfectly! I know if I’d went anywhere else they would have said it couldn’t be done. I appreciate how they both took the time to look at multiple solutions until we got to the right one. Will definitely be coming back for all my hardware needs.

Great service but supplies were a bit limited.

I wanted to see how the store looks now. My friend told me theyve added stuff. So we went to go check it out. First thoughts walking in, its really clustered with items. You have to walk around to get where you need to go. Since we were just checking the place out I wanted to look at price comparisons to local businesses in town. From looking around their aisles are pretty skinny and tall lots to take in, in little spaces. Paint station is pretty small. Spray paint section is pretty meager. Walked around a little bit more and it seems like they have more items that people would be looking for that you really cant find at any other store in town. customer service was great. they somewhat work as a team, Im going to blame that on who did the schedule and had younger kids working together. Its kind of a modge podge of stuff put together but its very organized and if you know what youre looking for and what section it would be in everythings pretty easy to find on your own. All in all the young adults work a lot better together than some businesses that only have all adults working together. Very clean store. Prices are around the same as our Walmart in town. If you dont like to go into Walmart I would consider going to Ace hardware first for what youre looking for. I will be going back to Ace hardware in a couple weeks and grabbing supplies that I need for my home. Hard to find item in any store pictured below. Thanks for reading

Ace in Faribault has good quality products and pretty much anything you will need for minor home repairs, paint projects, lawn and garden maintenance and more. The staff members are so pleasant and knowledgeable. Ace also has chainsaw sharpening, glass cutting for window replacement and key cutting. Its easier to shop than a big box store always neat, clean and organized. There is adequate parking and is easily accessible for handicapped.

Ive never not found what I was looking for. They have a huge inventory and all the expertise to help you find exactly what you need.Ive been shopping here for over a decade and not once have I had a bad experience. The prices have become more competitive over the years which has definitely had me frequent the place more.Keep up the good work!

I got a key made. A extremely nice gentleman greeted me at the door, asked how he could be of help. He took my key as I looked at some items around the front of the store. He came and found me and walked with me to the check out as this was my 1st visit to the store, the cashier was very nice as well and my total time was 10 mins tops thanks guys for a great experience

I enjoy going to this store. Their customer services are always kind & easygoing. I’m a kind of regular deaf guy but doesn’t feel or has faced the communication barrier in this place. Excellent tools & equipments.

Visiting from out of town, stopped to get a tool for a family member... Was directed to the wrong aisle by the front desk, waited an awkwardly long time for help after asking again at the front desk. FInally got help, turns out they did not have the tool in stock that the website said was available, but they did have another brand of the same tool, but twice as expensive... Didnt impress me today.

I always get quick service and they always either have what I need, or know who does. Not a big box store, but the prices are fair. My time is worth more than what I could save at stores farther away.

Found light bulb for an oven and other things that made me smile that I didnt plan on getting.

Always on demand service, someone will show you where something is every time you walk into that store because every time you walk in you know where nothing is because no one does. Megan is great help!

One of my favorite ace stores. Just some things Im used to seeing at my hometown ace arent carried here. But they do have a decent sized store and a nice outdoor sporting and hobby side.

Excellent customer service! I called to see if they had what I was looking for (a very particular screwdriver), and they did so they set it aside for me and I went there right away and got it. Very simply, but efficiently run place. Love it.

Ridiculous parking lot but a person can find what youre looking for... Getting anything repaired or replaced will take awhile and be a little costly, just remember your paying for some convenience.

I use to love this hardware store but now the older guy that works there makes you feel unwelcome and doesnt seem to want to help. They ask you if you need help finding something and then you get this.

Long wait to get the paperwork and transaction done. Then I got help loading the mower into my SUV only as an afterthought. The sales person came outside the entrance of the store and yelled across the parking lot, You need help loading your mower? That should have been an automatic service for the customer, especially a 65-year old female customer. Poor customer service.
