Employees at the job are horrible especially the ladies that work there. Like to trash talk behind your back. Owner is fairly new and is clear he doesnt know much about business or people management. Id highly recommend going to ace hardware up the road

Poor service!! Went there to but a chainsaw and Allen just left me there for 20 minutes and didnt come back or send someone else. Got sick of waiting and left. Went to Ace Hardware and got the same treatment! So much for shopping local. Guess Ill have to go to Amazon??

Bought a shovel, within 10 ft it bent, was all slush no ice Went to return and was treated like I never have shoveled. They did not return it. He said he couldnt get his money back either so I wasnt going to get mine back either. I plow snow on the side and know what Im doing, but apparently Im shopping at the wrong store.
