They delivered a refrigerator without a screw for one of the handles. The guys who delivered it said I can go to any store and they will give me the screw for free. I have tried multiple times to contact them but no response. STAY AWAY

Beware of the Best Buy outlet store. I bought a fridge here, had a detailed list of what parts were missing but when they delivered it, it was missing additional parts not on the list. They refuse to provide the missing parts even though they admit it was their fault. Super disappointed in Best Buy. Go to the Sears Outlet. They are much better.

Terrible customer service from Pacific Home Appliance. I’m not sure why Best Buy does business with this company. They treat you like you’ve done something wrong when they are the ones that didn’t install everything; when you try to get money back. Also rude delivery people.

Stay away it will cost you dearly they are just terrible and if you are Latino they will spit your face
