I was rather surprised that I could get glasses the next day for such a low price. I needed a pair of glasses with a very high prescription on very short notice. Due to the prescription strength, my lenses cost a bit more than they would have otherwise but it was still cheaper AND faster than anywhere that I found online. The employee who helped me over the phone very helpfully pointed out a coupon from the website that saved me $50 which helped offset the amount I needed for the more expensive high prescription lenses. So be sure and look for their specials on their website.I ordered them at lunch time on a Tuesday and by the next day at noon I got a text that they were ready to pick up. My glasses were around $80 with the coupon, but if I had a normal prescription it would have been half of that.Their staff was incredibly helpful both over the phone and in person. I was in and out of the store very quickly to purchase these glasses. It was very very easy and I will definitely bring my family members back next time they need glasses.

Amazing service and quick delivery. Surprisingly, it’s the only optical store I found after calling 10 different stores in DFW area that carry lenses locally and have local lab. Price was very reasonable. We placed our order like 5:50 pm in the evening and got text update next morning at 9 am about readiness. Definitely Highly recommended.

I was so pleased to find Eyemart Express. I needed glasses and was dreading the experience. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Justin. He walked me through my options. The frame selection is extensive even in the budget section. I mentioned their current coupon, which was exactly as presented. I ended up getting four pairs. With the holidays, I was expecting to wait, but Justin called me the next day for pickup. I was very surprised. The best thing was that all my classes are all great. I am so glad we came here for our twins glasses! Upon arriving, we were welcomed with sanitation procedures at the door, thats when I knew they were taking covid seriously right off the bat which eased my mind! Highly recommend this hidden gem. What an awesome second experience buying glasses. I brought in my new prescription and Justin remembered what glasses I had bought before. He suggested frames I wouldn’t have tried and helped me find really cool Guess frames (below my budget!) that worked with my progressive prescription. I didn’t know how bad my eyes had gotten over 2020 staring at the screen all day until I put them on. Whoa! Best part: I came in late Friday just before they were closing and my glasses were ready first thing Monday morning and Justin helped adjust them until they fit perfectly. I typically don’t do reviews, but this one deserved some praise. Usually go with a different place to get my glasses but chose Eyemart because I needed a fast turn around. Will always use them from now on! Not only was the turn around fast, but the prices were great, I went ahead and even got two frames. Also the customer service was excellent. I worked with Bree at the Farmers Branch location and I had an enjoyable time and she was extremely helpful with my glasses. I came pretty late at night, she gave me some playful jokes about it, but never seemed bothered that I was keeping her past closing time. Great location great service. Love my frames.

Same day glasses at great prices. This is, to my knowledge, the only place around Dallas to get glasses quickly at reasonable prices. Every other place, either you order glasses and wait a week or two, or pay hundreds of dollars. This store has $20 glasses made the same day - which is awesome if your glasses are broken.Customer service was great - the employee took the time to get my frames perfectly adjusted.The only negative I can say is that it took me a while to discover them. Maybe their web page and Google maps listing could do a better job of letting Google know the two big points - same day glasses, for value prices. If the company were named SameDayGlasses20Dollars it would be PERFECT. :)To help the next person find them, Im going to mention the words fast, quick, cheap, value, made on-site. Not quite glasses in one hour, but next day glasses or same day.

I picked out two pair of good quality glasses with my eye prescription. I got a great deal on two pair that have a free warranty. The staff were very patient and friendly with me and treated me with respect and kindness. I will definitely come back to renew my Rx in 2 years. She helped me select frames and explained the different prices. The glasses were ordered late Friday and came in on Monday. She made sure they fit correctly. We visited EyeMart Express to pick out new glasses and could not have had a better experience. They have top brand frames and lighting fast turnaround. Most importantly, to me, the service was fantastic. Justin and Ruben helped with picking out frames, making suggestions and bringing frame after frame to try on. We ended up getting six pairs, total! They are very patient and thorough in the fitting of the glasses too. The level of customer care that you will find at that store is above and beyond what you will find elsewhere!

This is in reference to the store in Farmers Branch. First of all let me say that the two young ladies who work in the store are great and professional so the 1 star does NOT reflect them whatsoever; they get 5 stars from me. The 1 star is for the lab who were unprofessional. I chose Eyemart because Im in need of a quick 24 hour turnaround for my glasses. I chose some frames Monday, December 2, around 1pm in the early afternoon and was told my glasses would be ready by Tuesday at 5pm. When I arrived at 5pm Tuesday the young ladies in the store told me they were just about to call me because my glasses werent ready. Mind you, the store is located off of one the worst highways in DFW. The traffic during rush hour is beyond horrible going east or west so it would have been nice to have known they werent ready before I started my over an hour trip to the store but again, it was not the workers in the store fault, it was the unprofessional labs fault. They called the lab to find out the status of my glasses and I was told they would be done in 10 minutes. That 10 minutes turned into 50 minutes so one of the workers went to the lab to check on my glasses. After sitting for 50 minutes I was told they didnt have any lenses to make my glasses so I went from being told 10 minutes to they dont have any lenses to make my glasses. Id like for someone to explain to me how that scenario is even possible. Then I was told they ordered some more lenses and they might be in Wednesday but they wont know until today. Dont advertise yourself as We Make Glasses Fast! Over 90% ready the same day if you cant live up to the standard YOU set for yourself. There were other 24 hour eye glasses stores I could have chosen. Now I have to wait and HOPE you have my glasses when Im in a time crunch AND now I have to sit in that bumper to bumper traffic again, burning my gas and time AGAIN to retrieve an item that I have already paid for and that YOU advertised would be done in 24 hours and a were sorry doesnt change anything. Also, to the lab, customers know when theyre being given the runaround. Be professional and live up the standard your company set. This is still pending and I will reply with what happened.

Super affordable and impeccable customer service. They were quick and did not mind answering all of our questions. Had a great back to school deal which is always useful for the kids! Ruben was our sales rep, he walked us through ALL our frame options, even the ones in the drawers.

I highly recommend this place! They have a large inventory of frames. Since I have a high power correction, in order for the lenses to be as thin as possible, I am limited to certain frames. This posed a problem in the past at other places, but not at Eyemart. They had plenty to choose from. Also because of my prescription, other places always took up to weeks to get my glasses. I lost my glasses on Tues. I am legally blind without them and didnt have a backup pair. I visited the store on Wed at 10 and they had my glasses made by 3pm, and that is with a specialty lens plastic designed for high power prescriptions. My glasses were beautiful and nice looking. Bree and Justin assisted me, and gave great customer service. Allison was also in the store and engaged in my conversations being very friendly. I will definitely give them my repeat business. Altho I was a little disappointed that my prescription didnt quality for the 2 pair special, they did give me a gift card for 25.00 that I was able to immediately apply to my purchase that same day. You wont regret going here. They also took precautions cause of covid giving out hand sanitizer before selecting frames, and instructing that any frames touched were to be placed in a basket to be sanitized before being returned to the display racks.

This place is absolutely amazing! The customer service is almost too good if you can believe that. The prices are also very fair. I actually paid out of pocket but it was very reasonable for the frames and lenses I got. Vicky is the eye glass angel that was very informative, friendly, funny and patient. NOT TO MENTION THE GLASSES TYPICALLY ARE READY WITHIN TWO DAYS!

They do not offer eye exams here. (I wanted to begin with that, because it was not clear on the website and I did not find the info in any other comments.)My experience here shopping for glasses was great. I began by picking a few pairs out, one which happened to look good. After a few attempts, the employees came over to help and gave honest opinions about which frames look best.I tried on more frames than I ever have at any other place, simply because the employees kept bringing me more and more options to try. They know what theyre doing and what looks good for your face shape, arent shy about telling you if your favorite pair just dont look best on you, and wont stop until they find the right pair. Also, prices are good. And my glasses were ready literally 3 hours after purchasing. I was so surprised lol

They are the best! I broke my glasses and I had just moved to the area from Kansas. Took them my prescription and picked out two pairs of glasses at 3:00 p.m. and had my new glasses by 11: 00 a.m. the next day. Excellent quality and couldnt beat the price less than $80. She took the time to explain each step of the process so we werent left with uncertainty when purchasing our glasses. Because our purchase was for a college student, Victoria went the extra mile to ship the glasses to College Station. So far I’ve been very impressed with this eye glass company. However, I got the chromatic technology on both sets of glasses but it doesn’t seem like they are getting dark or changing to sunglasses. Anyone, else experience this problem. They said bring them back to see what’s going on but I was just curious if anyone else had the same problem.

Justin helped me pick out new frames a couple of weeks ago, but there was a problem with my insurance, so I had to get that straight before I could make the final purchase.
