I’m a Therapist and this is the worst experience Trying to get a simple arm rest for a patient! Aweful service waited over 8 months and still not addressed

My dad purchased a wheel chair from this place not long ago. The back rest broke within a couple months. So his back started hurting do to the position he had to be in, over a month. They replaced the back and the technician forgot to install a plate and 2 screws now my dad back rest is at a 45 degree angle. I drove to farmers branch had a tech inform me of the plate and 2 screws a couple weeks ago. Was told they will order part that day, I call and they havent ordered a part for my dad chair.. very unhappy with this company.

Consistently called and asked about a hoyer lift and sling delivery until the day of the deivery.After they delivered a completely wrong sized sling I called them back for a week and never picked up or responded afterwards. This was for a disabled child and they haven’t responded in two weeks. I still cannot transfer her to a wheelchair without the sling. Unacceptable please don’t use their service.

Great and friendly technicians. The only issue I have is having to be grounded til my chair gets repairs. Other companies have sent along loaners with the techs while waiting to be repaired

My mom had 2 strokes this past summer and was told she needed a customizable wheelchair. After about 5 months of waiting for said chair, it finally arrived and when Casey came to make any adjustments and answer any questions, he spoke only to my mom, never acknowledged me and she had NO IDEA what he was saying. He absolutely knew I was her caregiver and he was dealing with a stroke patient. Maybe he thought if he spoke slowly and loudly enough she would understand and retain the barrage of info he was giving her.If you are a caregiver, make it clear that you are the one that has to know all the info regarding equipment, otherwise you will be left reading instructions for an hour trying to figure it out.And terrible customer service. Everytime there was a missed call on my part, when I returned the call, I got a lecture.
