When we started looking for new kitchen countertops, we had no idea how many options there were and how many decisions we would need to make. Cutting Edge Stonecraft (CES) was the 9th fabricator we had visited and while several of the previous visits went well, we knew very quickly that CES was what we had been looking for. We met with Elida and she was extremely helpful and explained everything and answered all of our questions and spent a good bit of time making sure we all the info we needed. After the first meeting we knew we had found a place that we could work with and that we could trust. They were very responsive to our questions and changing priorities. We also worked with Andre on the terms and conditions to make sure we understood exactly what was going to be delivered and what was expected of us. Andre worked with us to make sure the agreement fit our needs.Not only were they very helpful, but when we had chosen our granite slabs, one of their employees, Benjamin, came out and measured our kitchen and then show us how our countertops would be laid out on the granite slabs using computer modeling. He then went the extra mile and rolled our specific slabs outside their shop into the sun light and using blue tape, laid out our countertops on the slabs so that we could see exactly where some of the unique characteristics of the slabs would end up on our countertops. This was fantastic and we were able to make modifications on the spot to get the characteristics positioned where we wanted them on the countertops. Benjamin was extremely helpful and worked with us to make this a terrific experience.Finally when it was time to install the countertops, the team of two installers that came out did a great job, they answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns with how the granite was to be installed. They did a terrific job, they were careful of our home, cleaned up everything and were patient with all my concerns. The granite installations went very smoothly and turn out wonderfully. Even now, over two month later, we are still admiring the great job and beautiful look of our new granite.CES was great to work with all the way along the process and it was a real pleasure to work with them. I recommend them highly and feel very fortunate to have had them install our granite counters.

First off we highly recommend Cutting Edge Stonecraft. From the first phone call I made, to going to the showroom in person, everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with. They asked and answered all the right questions, they certainly know what they are doing. The project was actually completed 3 days ahead of schedule and looks brilliant. The installers were efficient and responsive to my questions. I will definitely be buying any more quartz work I need done from Cutting Edge Stonecraft.

Oh my goodness! I stumbled upon this place about a month ago and purchased my counter tops. Very reasonable, excellent job and very professional. Went back for the backsplash. Even though the tile for the backsplash was a little more than I wanted to pay I bought it anyway. It was different than I had seen in a lit of other stores. But what I really like about this place is that Elida and Andrei are very professional and very friendly. Just an overall great experience. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Our cabinet contractor suggested we use Cutting Edge Granite and they did a wonderful job. We were adding some additional cabinetry in our great room and needed two granite cabinet/counter tops.We picked out our slab lot immediately, and then once the cabinets were installed they came out and measured within a week. They wanted to install the next week, but we needed to pick the actual slab and get the layout to see if we could avoid a small seam on one piece by a corner. Once we revisited the store and picked the actual slab they showed us the layout on the computer. They installed within a week and everything went smoothly. They took the time to explain about the corner seam, but were still going to try to cut so there was no seam. And to our surprise no seam!Mike and Andrei were very helpful and personable. Gabby was great with scheduling and staying in touch about delivery, and Nick and Paul did a great job installing. They were all professional, efficient, knew their business, and we would recommend them for any project. We have another project we plan to use them for this summer or fall. We did a lot of checking around before choosing Cutting Edge Granite. I was very impressed by their reviews, but wasnt sure I fully believed them. To our pleasure the reviews were true and we received great service and installation. The sales guys up front are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. It was a pleasure to work with them. They were on time with their scheduling and the installers did a fantastic job putting in the stone.My wife and I are really happy with the whole process and would choose this company again in a heartbeat. They were very reasonable compared to other bids we got and the reviews were far better.

I was so impressed by the professionalism of Gabe, the manager who took the time to walk us through the whole process, from the selection of the perfect slab of quartz, to the detailed explanation of the processing, cutting and finishing our beautiful countertops, and finally to the installation of the perfectly fitting final product! My wife and I were also pleased by the young and well-mannered gentleman Ben, who showed up to take the measurements at our house! Their promise was kept: they arrived to install our countertops at the time we were promised, which was huge for us, as previously we had some negative experiences in the past, with contractors who promised but did not keep their promised timeline. My wife and I have been having Cutting Edge provide both granite countertops and quartz countertops in several of our residences over the past few years. That includes bathrooms kitchens and other miscellaneous settings. Andrei, Gabe, Michael, Ben and all the people at Cutting Edge are great to work with and have provided superior service and product. They are very easy to work with and very accommodating. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A friend of mine who is a builder recomended this place. The price was great! The install went very fast. After the install was complete and they left I was dissapointed in the seam. The owner returned and worked on the seam and I am very happy with it now. The owner was VERY friendly. He is very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about granite and its care that I had no idea about. He answered all my questions with friendly understandable answers.

Andre was very helpful in the showroom. I was not thrilled about having a seam. When the installers came, they were very professional and did a FANTASTIC job on the install. The seam is perfect! Their price was very reasonable and an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

Andre repaired my sink which had not been sealed properly when the granite counter top was installed by another company. He explained everything he was doing and did a fantastic and very professional job. I would highly recommend Cutting Edge to others.

Easiest part of doing my laundry and bathroom remodel was getting my granite through cutting edge. They are very informative about granite and quartz and were able to answer every question I had. The installers were very polite and courteous, they treated my house like it was their own. Will definitely use cutting edge again.

We went to a few granite places prior to finding Cutting Edge Granite and the customer service and knowledge we have experienced with this company has been nothing short of outstanding! We are so impressed with every aspect so far and are really looking forward to our install. These guys go above and beyond in the customer service department. We went right before close on the SATURDAY before Easter and the man stayed with us for a very long time after closing making sure we (indecisive people) were satisfied and never once made us feel rushed at all. He was even content and kind when we were not sure if we were going to get anything from them after being there an hour after closing time. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this place!

This was the best possible experience we could have asked for! My husband and I found the perfect 3 slabs of Granite at Global Granite in Shelby Township. Cutting Edge Granite was hired to cut and install the granite. We sure were blessed to have them. Gabby came out to Global and met us there to explain how he recommended cutting the slabs to get the best result. Boy was he right! He really knows his granite!!! The install was perfect. We went to Cutting Edge on a Saturday. The sign claims they open at 10:00am on Saturdays. We arrived 10 minutes early and were standing outside of the business waiting for it to open because we didnt want to sit in the car. At 10:00am, a car pulled into the lot and a man got out of the car. His first words to us in a smug tone were, I prefer to start dealing with people at 10:30, what do you need? I advised him that his sign stated the business opened at 10:00am and asked if that was correct. He ignored me and proceeded to unlock the door and walk inside. I then opened the door and asked if he wanted our business to which he stated in a loud, very irritated tone, What do you need! I was taken aback. How do people like this continue to stay in business? Needless to say, we left and will never go back. Little did he know, we were about to spend $8K on countertops and installation. Someone who deserves our business will get it. Not some smug, unprofessional guy who doesnt know anything about customer service.

Good selection and price. The installers installed quickly and helped fix an unknown issue behind the old countertop to install the new top so it fit right.
