These guys are awesome! They replaced my garage door back in 2014.Yesterday one of the springs broke, which trapped one of our cars in the garage. Delet set us up for same day service, but close to the time Nick, the tech, was supposed to come out, we got a call from Linda in the office. Nick was running into problems on the job just before ours, so Linda asked if wed mind if Nick came early the next morning on his way in. But I had to be in the office at 7am, and my wife needed to get our 14 year old to camp, which is about an hour away - too far for Uber. In other words, we really needed to get the door open and my wifes car out. Nick made it over about 6:20pm, was super nice, fixed the broken spring and got the door working perfectly again.A lot of other companies would have simply said, Tough luck - your schedule is not our problem. The tech will be out tomorrow. But Delet honored their commitment to us. THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE that deserves to be recognized. Nice job - bravo!

Garage door installed March 2020.Last month the tracks the clown installed came down. After further inspection he drilled screws into drywall not studs or wood. surprised it lasted just over a year which put me just outside of warranty coverage. Worse part is looking back gave the guy $20 tip day the door was installed. steer clear of this place, hack craftsmanship.

The experience was very good starting from the initial quote. Everything was fully explained and there wasn’t any pressure to up-sell, including connecting to existing garage opener. We added few options for Amarr L-2000 Series door with windows. We experienced a manufacturer’s delay (not Delet’s issue)awaiting the doors, and in the interim freely provided with parts enabling the continued garage operation. I highly doubt if one receives this service without additional costs. They have a small showroom where I could see and touch the finished product and select right window section. I am a strong supporter for small local business and this one earned my business.The installation was quick, tidy and professional by Byron and Jeff. I would recommend Delet Door in future for the personal and professional service provided on this job.

I have been waiting for delet to being part for a front door got from them. I have been waiting two month for them to fix it, after call them 4 time. Will not use them any more for any thwm

Horrible experience they charged me $850 to install garbage door. The rails bent and broke after only 3 months and they didn’t honor their work and told me I have to basically pay for a new door again and it was their fault! Do not go to these people there terrible!

We have been using Delet Door to service and upgrade our garage doors and openers for 35 years, weve recommended them to neighbors and relatives and they were always satisfied.Delet Door is prompt and arrive when they say they will. Their prices are fair and always a good value. They are the best!

I scheduled a free estimate for 11am. The representative called me at 10am to come earlier because its a nice day. I didnt answer. At 11am, I called him and told him Id open the door for him at 11:05am. At 11:05am, I opened the door, and the man was in his car having a heated discussion, flailing his arms around as he spoke. He didnt even notice me open my door several times. Finally at 11:08am, I text him and said hello, Im ready. No reply. At 11:12am, he drives off. I called him and said were you just outside?, did you leave?... and he replied I DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU LADY. I found that extremely disrespectful. I was 5 min late and if he looked up he wouldve saw me at my door. Further, nice day or not, I made an appt to measure my doors for storm doors and it shouldve been honored. But the most egregious part is telling me he didnt have time for me LADY-- well, thats too bad, because youre not getting this ladys business, and now the world knows how you treat female customers looking for quotes on home improvements.

I called on a Friday morning with an issue regarding my garage door. I was so impressed that Delet fit me into their schedule on short notice and by 11:30 Nick was on site evaluating the situation. Nick offered perfect customer service. He explained what was wrong, told me what would resolve the issue, evaluated my current equipment and got to work fixing the problem. Nick even showed me things that I could do to maintain the garage door on my own. What I also appreciated is that I was sure that the garage door opener would have to be replaced. Nick was honest and upfront and told me that my current unit should last another 10 years and a new one is not needed.

Waited long time, then received the worst service & experience ever. Run a away!!!!

Nick came out to mend our garage door and he was Brilliant! No fuss, no nonsense, he just got right down to work and in no time I had a smoothly working garage door. I had been worried because I thought I might need a new door but in no more than forty minutes the work was all completed and the door was working! It was amazing that the door by any standards is very old Nick is a very pleasant young man who knows what he is doing and just does it! No one could have done it better.
