In these crazy times, air quality is so important! I purchased two portable air scrubber units from Diversified! They came to me, opened the boxes, showed me how to use them, and even called a few days later to make sure they were functioning properly and see if I had questions. The customer service here is hands down the best experience Ive ever had! I highly recommend them for any air purification needs!

They replaced two furnaces in my house. The scheduling was easy, the workers were friendly, the inspection did not find any issues…. Overall a great experience and they are now my go to company for everything heating and cooling.

Had dhc do my yearly checkup on my furnace, water heater and humifier, later that week i noticed my hot water heater was not putting out hot water. On sunday night i called about not having hot water, in less than 1 hour a techinican came out took the water heater apart and after putting it together he said that it looks that it was working ok and if it didnt to call back and he would come out again. It has been workinf great and did not need and reclls.

Diversified H & C has been very responsive, professional, and thorough in their work. They have communicated very well and provided appropriate explanations and evidence of problems, corrections, and routine maintenance.

This company has amazing customer service. They followed up with me to make sure the nosie issue we were having with our baseboard heating was taken care of after they had been out. The first two companies (who charged $20 more per service fee than Diversified) just told me that you get noise from baseboard heating and that was that. The noise was keeping us up at night though so I couldnt just accept that answer and I reached out to Diversified. Definitely plan on using them for all future needs as they actually listened to me and followed up to make sure the issue was fixed rather than just telling me thats just how its supposed to be.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! VERY BAD SERVICE, AND KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT TO DO! COMPANIES LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS...PERIOD!I had to hire another company to fix all of the mistakes they made. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I could not leave the post without at least one star :( They deserve a negative 5 star!

I can’t honestly Thank this company enough for the outstanding customer service, the prompt arrival, and having them be so honest. The air scrubber purification system was installed earlier than expected!! We are so thrilled to know our home will be rid of germs, dust, dander, and that hard surfaces are actually disinfected as well. Thank you again to all the staff who were most helpful with all of our questions and answers.We have definitely found a gem of a company!

Ive been so happy working with Diversified Heating. I was originally calling to get a new furnace, and they could have easily sold me on one, but instead they offered me a less expensive route properly installed what I already had! I purchased a house that was flipped and the return duct connection was sized incorrectly. Its been a week since theyve fixed the problem and my 100 year old home keeping consistent temperatures throughout the house!I will definitely be suggesting them to friends and family!

We had a terrible experience with this company. We had them out to service our furnace on 12/18. After the furnace was repaired and put back together, it made a loud vibration noise. After dealing with the noise that night, we called the company the next morning. The man on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. After two calls, he agreed to send a service tech out again. He sent the same person out. So again, she looked at the furnace and this time, hassled my husband because he didnt want to pay for a $600 part that was causing the noise. After that visit, I called and asked to speak to an owner of the business. Again, the same man taking calls was extremely rude and condescending. He actually told me that he would leave a little note because my message wasnt important. That was 12/19. Today is 12/28 and I have yet to receive a call back. In the mean time, we called someone else to come out and look at our furnace. When he opened up our furnace, he immediately found the problem. The tech from Diversified H & C had put a part on backwards and stripped a screw that was holding it in place, which is why we were hearing a vibration. He replaced the screw and installed the piece properly and the noise stopped.Had we trusted the tech from Diversified H & C, we would be out an additional $600 for replacing a part that wasnt broke. I understand that people make simple mistakes and that is the attitude that I had trying to get this resolved but we were treated so poorly by their customer service rep and their service tech. We would never recommend this business.

Good companies show up when they say theyre going to show up. Great companies show up, against all odds, when NO ONE ELSE is available. We just had our A/C die on us during one of the hottest weekends of the season. After a couple calls to local companies, that werent available, Diversified went the extra mile to get a technician out to our home, same day, to cool us off! Thanks Guys!

There are 2 service technicians that work there that know what they are doing and what they are talking about and will explain the issue and proper repair. My experience the service technician was on the phone more than he was China repair to the furnace that had a very simple problem with it would not recommend this company... The owners and general managers are very kind people and Will do their best to make things right but still there a very costly company so the service that they provide...

DTE set these guys up to come fix my furnace because we have no heat. They decided to cancel my appointment but did feel it was necessary to contact me and let me know they were over booked. I took a half day off work with out pay and cannot take anymore time off. This company is very inconsiderate because a simple phone call could have made it possible for me to reschedule a repair this week.

Before calling Diversified Heating and Cooling I had a different contractor come out to my house to replace the Thermocouple for my boiler. Shortly after the repair there was a slight smell of gas in the basement and whenever the boiler would fire the pilot would go out. At that point the weather was getting warm so I shut off the gas to the boiler altogether. Now that fall is upon us, I tried to relight the pilot and was unsuccessful.After getting the runaround from the other company to come back and fix the issue, I called Diversified and set up an appointment. They came out to the house and noticed right away the Thermocouple that the previous company had used was for a water heater not really heavy enough for a boiler. The service tech also found that the previous company didnt tighten the gas line to the control valve, causing a gas leak which in turn created a weak pilot that would blow out when the boiler fired.Needless to say, Diversified Heating & Cooling arrived when they said they would be there. The service tech was friendly, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgeable. They will be the first company I call for any future service that I need.

Had DHC come to mothers house for a no heat issue. very prompt, very professional and i felt like the tech(nick) knew what he was doing. would definitely call them again

Overpriced. I had to contain leak myself as they couldnt get out to look at the problem for several days. When they did look at it, they needed to come back 4 days later to actually fix the problem. Serious leak that could have been fixed in an hour took a week. Job was done right, just took too long.

Over inflated prices for check ups.
