Let me tell you, I have always had great service with Sherwin Williams. I have been almost exclusive with sherwin for over 35 years. From the billing department, multiple sales reps from multiple areas, different states and so many different employees throughout different levels of the company. I have been using this store in Farmington for the last 12 years and I couldnt be happier! Your store has always taken great care of me and for that I thank you! I needed some deck stain color matched. I went to my local Sherwin-Williams store and they were able to do an amazing match! I also picked up a new brush. Th staff was very helpful and courteous.My deck looks as good as new! The Woodscapes stain went on easy and covered great.

The staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in the door. I was waited on, placed my order and was out the door in about 15 minutes. Very good experience.

The staff here goes the extra mile to get me exactly the products I need and give great recommendations. They dont try to upsell you or add on things you dont need or havent asked for.

Product is top quality. But customer service/sales is cold.

I was not able to get the color I needed in oil based paint in a quart. One employee was helpful, the other clearly a parasite... I had to ask for a stir stick. I was there friday evening and that crew was very helpful

Paint is pricey compared to others but it is different quality. I always get compliments for the paint color in my house and get asked where is this paint from. I than refer them here.

Youre not getting any deals here. They do have a good selection of colors to choose from but they only have 2 registers so you will be waiting to check out, plus, if you need a hand with paint questions theyll likely be too busy to answer well.

This has been my paint store for a lot of years and it has seen a lot of changes. Great people to work with and hands down, Sherwin Williams is my favorite paint. For basic room painting, standard color chart... Pro200 is a rgeat paint and I love ProClassic semi gloss for doors and trim. There is a fairly new Pro200 celing paint that is dead flat, hides all kinds of flaws.Theyhad have a lot of great people working at this store, some of them I miss too. Ted, Rachel, Robin, Matt, Jason and the newest people are cool too. It says a lot about a company when they can consistently attract high quality staff, so I am a big supporter of this store and the company as a whole.Well Done.
