What can I say. This place keeps my ride going with its great price and quick service on my oil changes.
Went to go get tires on my car since they were the only ones open when I pulled I. They said sorry werent not taking work today like really they didnt even close till 7 it was 530
Called they just let the phone ring and ring...when they finally answered the person was not knowledgeable and just stuck me on hold and left me there. I gave up and called someone else.
Auto supply are less expensive here, Oil 🛢️ air filter etc...Havent done service here. but think theyre open now.
Took a chance of buying tires at Walmart. Bad idea! Service is the bad. Waited over hour just like they said and they still hadn’t got to my truck. I had called in earlier to set up a time. If you want service go elsewhere.Never again!
I went in to check on tires that we ordered and paid for on Black Friday. We kept getting the runaround, so I politely asked Patricia how long it took for ordered tires to come in, she looked down and gave me the runaround and didnt even look up my boyfriends info. I finally contacted Manager Alex and he gave me info that I needed. Patricia acted like since we ordered a black Friday sale that it would take longer. She has very poor customer service. Dont deal with her.
Its usually busy so often the services takes longer than I would like, but Ive come to expect it. Part of the speed issue is that employees are often pulled to ring up customers making non-automotive purchases. Does not take advantage by trying to offer services I do not want/need which I appreciate.
Its still there, hasnt move yet
They never have what my car needs for an oil change.
In a pinch? Pretty much the only reason one should visit. All I needed was a service that was questionable they could perform. I asked the first attendant if he would check my vehicle first before I waited to ensure the service would be performed. Nope! Two hours later the second attendant comes out to tell me nope cant perform the service. Seriously! Not upset about the result, disappointed the first attendant wouldnt take five minutes to look at vehicle. Especially since I asked in advance.Gathered allot of knowledge waiting for two hours confirmed my instinct, visit only if in a pinch.
They take good care of your vehicle despite what everyone else says and for a low price if they could just work on there speed it would be my no. 1 choice for scheduled maintenance. I would appreciate the desk having a cashier for non automotive and a person for automotive payments that would decrease the wait by allot
Worst customer service ever it took them four hours to change the tires and they were not inflated properly. When we called the manager they said we would have to wait another two hours to get it looked at and still charge us for the extra work. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like wasting time and money with people who hold no liability for their improperly done work.
They waited over an hour just to tell me that they CANT do the oil change on my car because of it being a newer model. They didnt have the specific tool to open oil cap fixture thing (Im not good with cars obviously)But I was just trying to quickly get a oil change because my place had a 3 hour wait then I go to Walmart, immediately explain to them that with my car being newer I frequently run into problems such as this & they told me no problem. There was 2 entire bays open with no cars and workers standing around so I figured they would be working on my car pretty quick. After an hour of aimless browsing I get called finally and they tell me,we dont have the piece to open your oil thing so we cant do itFirst off, knowing that they couldnt an hour ago would of been ideal, but we dont live in an ideal world. Then they go on to tell me if I want to loosen it myself that they could work on it. So I quickly call Toyota and they were willing to loosen it so that Walmart could work on it then suddenly it changes towe refuse to do serviceIn fear of breaking something and having to pay for it themselves. I can understand this but literal hour 20 min waiting just so they could tell me this was ridiculous
BE CAREFUL, these people go througj every little compartment inside your car before they bring it out to you then they charge you a different price...K-mart here i come, walmart blow me
Love it
Worst service I’ve ever received. I’ve been sitting here for over two hours and they haven’t even taken my car back. Four people that came in after me have had their cars serviced and left already. When I asked why it was taking so long all I was told is the car they have now will take an hour and then my car will take an hour. That’s four hours that I will have sat here. That is ridiculous, especially since I got here this morning after calling to make sure there wouldn’t be a long wait time.
Good, reasonably priced service. Very convenient hours.
Prices are good. Thats about the only positive. Went in last week to have a rotate and balance done on the purchased lifetime plan of theirs. I dropped my car off, as I know from past experiences this location often takes at least two hours to perform even basic service. After about an hour and a half, they call me and tell me they cant perform the service due to not being able to find paperwork. I wrap up my lunch and head back over, and get told that the tires on my vehicle are too old for them to work with (5 years). If this is Walmart policy, thats one thing, but if thats the case (whats the real reason, missing paperwork or tire age?), the technicians need to verify ability to service before the customer leaves the store. While asking about the situation, the technicians attitude got worse and worse until I asked and was told that no, I couldnt even pay them to rotate my tires. So much for lifetime.Last summer, I had my car in for an oil change. The morning after, I noticed I had a leak from the puddle in my driveway. Upon my inspection, I see that the leak is coming from the oil filter, which has never happened before. I take the car back to Walmart to have it fixed, and the service manager was very understanding and had me fixed up and back out the door in some 20 minutes. This was the right way to handle the situation, despite the fact that it shouldnt have happened in the first place.~$50 for lifetime rotation and balance and ~25 for an oil and filter change are pretty good prices. If youre willing to put up with the wait and bs this Walmart is a good choice. However, Im going to bite the bullet and pay a bit more to not have the wait and the bs somewhere else.UPDATE: I had a few more minutes to look into this and on Walmarts website, the lifetime balance and rotation is FOR THE LIFE OF THE TIRES; nothing about 5 years. Ive been lied to, take this as advice to avoid the same thing happening to you.
Wal-mart on east side sold my sister a defective tire (new) yesterday (8-11-18). Today (8-12-18), she got bubbles on side of her tire. She got road hazard yesterday now they want her to buy another one (road hazard). They should have transfer the one from yesterday because WAL-MART AUTO CENTER sold a defective tire to begin with. Very 😡!!
Fast, efficient and a great price
Not bad. I recommend them.
Great prices, but be readyto camp out. It was so busy it took 4 hours to install 1 tire.
Not good. I never waited that long to get tires on my vehicle.
Slow service. Just stick to getting groceries
Slowest service ever
Cool
Waiting time
