I was visiting friends when I found myself with a soft tire. I delivered the tire to them and they offered me a few solutions with very reasonable rates. I chose one that would would work for me and I now have a serviceable tire on my car that will get me home. So pleased with their service; quick, efficient, reasonable rates and options that would best work for me. Also have to add it was just before a long holiday weekend and they were super busy!

Dave is great guy and goes out of his way to help you out I remember I was starting a new job in Boston and needed tires but didnt have much money right away to get to work I was casually talking about it on the phone with my brother and Dave offered to find me she used tires they would fit my car (they were brand new basically) and gave them to me for 15 a tire mounted and balanced saved my add big time thanks again guys Ill definitely be seeing you in the future for all my tires!!!

This is the second time I have worked with Dave at tire guys and each time the experience has been great. I needed 4 tires and discussed with him about an alignment after. Not only did he give me a recommendation but they drove my car to have it aligned after the tire installation. Saving me time and energy. I’m sure it was such a small effort for them but greatly appreciated on my end!

Tire guys are amazing. The best, fastest service around. They can get you new tires and complete an inspection in 15-30 minutes. The prices are great, but I go for the service. They have given me discounts before simply for staying loyal, and often run sales. Half the time I have gotten some kind of deal in the 5 years Ive used them. Ive only had a few times where I needed to get to a garage over the past 2 years thankfully! When I needed a mechanic though, Dave, the owner, has always gotten me right in and taken care of! All the people at tire guys are very kind and fair. They dont sit there twiddling their thumbs, they fix your car and they fix it right. The prices are amazing. How could you possibly go wrong

I can not believe the speed of service at this place. No appointment necessary, just drive in and you are out in 20 minutes with new tires or winter change over. After the first snow there may be a longer wait as all the last minute people will flood in. Straightened a bent steel wheel and rebalanced for $15. Cant beat the prices here.

Ive actually never written a review anywhere of any kind, so that should say something about what Im writing now.My mum bought tires from the Tire Guys two years ago, so when a new mechanic told her she’d have to have them replaced so soon and with such little mileage on them, she was baffled. After some independent research and asking around, she decided to return to the source to ask what exactly the reason was for such an expensive misunderstanding.Unfortunately, she was not met with answers or even basic patience when she returned to the Tire Guys. Dave, apparently the owner, met her with initial hostility, dismissal, and an overall condescending tone, but soon turned aggressive when she mentioned she would not return to the Tire Guys in the future after his refusal to explain the matter to her. Dave rushed at her, approaching her quickly and staring down at her mere inches from her face. My mum isn’t a large woman - no taller than 5’2 - and the obvious intimidation efforts from a man well over six feet tall were abusive and unprofessional to say the least. When she told him to back off, as he was in her face and additionally not wearing a mask, he told her he “doesn’t need to,” and began yelling at her and insisting the success of his business.My mum is in shock and I am enraged at the behavior that took place at the Tire Guys. We are disgusted at the treatment she, as a paying customer, received, and further the lack of basic human respect that seemingly plagues the shop. To women in particular, be careful if you do decide to shop here, but we definitely won’t be recommending it to anyone anytime soon.

Dave is amazingly good at managing the crazy season when everyone suddenly wants to switch to their snow tires. When I showed up there were at least 8 people ahead of me BUT the wait was a lot shorter than I expected. Some people might not get his sense of humor but I am a fan!

These guys are always friendly and they do their best to fit you in the schedule. If they cant fix what needs fixing (they are just a tire and inspection place), they know where to send you so you dont get ripped off. Dave always has cookies for my son too. Cozy little waiting area in the building, and chairs outside for nice days. They also just smoothed out the driveway, so its much easier to get in and out.

My tire kept reading low but would only do so when I wouldn’t use my car for a few hours. I assumed there had to be a leak. My fiancé called them this morning and they got my car in right away. Great service. They checked my sensors and calibrated all of my tires for a very reasonable price. They were friendly and efficient. They got everything done quickly. If youre a person who likes to just get stuff done, hit up the Tire Guys.Ive read some of these past reviews and have never had a bad experience. I tried to see it from their perspectives and maybe, just maybe, Dave is a bit short, but hes got stuff to do. =)Hes very friendly with me, discusses what needs to be done, lets me know whats been done, I pay him, and were outta there.During inspections, if there are any issues, he or one of his guys will walk me through and look at my OWN CAR. Which might not seem like a big deal, but its very nice to be able to be shown issues up front and explained so that I can learn more about my own vehicle.I have done my own research and ordered tires to be delivered to him to install with no problem. They will do it.Talking to him on the phone is fun. Its like an episode of Gilmore Girls... call in educated and ready to throw out your piece and hell retort just as quickly with his 31+ years of knowledge. He hates Goodyear having worked with them forever, but he will get you Tire Rack prices or lower, and remember... the prices he gives you are BOUGHT AND INSTALLED. Dont blindly go in there... do your research on your own tires. Even then, hell try to sell you in-house Cooper Hercules tires or the well renowned General Altimax variants that deal really well with New England winters.Give him a chance. Still highly-recommended. No complaints.

This is not the place to go for tires. They put the wrong size tires on my car and refused to fix the problem. They also are known for cutting stem valves to be faster, but it causes an issue for cars with sensors. I had to replace the tires because they were the wrong size and caused damage to my vehicle. I went to Wal-Mart on line and got better quality for half the price and shipped right to them for free. Much better service. If you are looking for good tires at a great price and dont want horrible customer service choose Wal-Mart over Tire Guys.

They have good quality tires for the cheapest prices around. They are a first come first served service, no appointment required. They dont pester you or try to upsell you. And they have a reasonably comfortable waiting room.That all being said, they seriously lack customer service skills. Or really people skills altogether. If you even remotely question the price, ask about anything they dont offer there for service, or ask what they consider a stupid question, they are completely rude in answering. But they are honest. Ill give them that much. If you decide to call for a quote, make sure you already know the size of your tire.So if you want quick, convenient tire service, for a very low price, these are the guys to go to. If you have a bunch of maintenance or mechanical questions, or just want excellent customer service in general, seek elsewhere. But youll pay a lot more.I go here strictly for tires. If thats all you want, I highly recommend them.

Decent price for tires. No appointments, just show up and wait. They are fairly fast. The waiting room is always cold and not very comfortable. I would think they could fix up the yard and waiting room better.

Have gone here a few times because of price and speed. Unfortunately I will not return, as the owner was very rude. I stopped by to get a tire plugged and the owner acted like I was wasting his time. I had asked if he had time to plug a tire. Dave said yes and I said cool. I asked do you know about how long the wait would be? The owner then blew up and said I dont know I close at 4. The time was 1pm. I said okay Im sorry to bother you and left. The owner very rude to someone who had been a regular customer.

Walk in Service... More like a walk in with your wallet wide open & have a random being look at your car in the parking lot. Then have them to come to an assumption about your car that will most likely be fraudulent. If you have a bad a$$ custom ride or like to cruse old school (that is street legal) dont waste your time. If you want some tires I guess that is all they are good for if you want boujie service. I suggest Keep driving up the street to your nearest shop..Thats just me though...

Dave has always been a reputable, reliable and trustworthy businessman who cares about his clients. He never would have said the rim was safe if he didn’t think it was. He sells rims dummy and he would have made an extra $400 on you if he lied to you, I guess like VIP did. It outrages me when people go to social media to rant and rave about a local business who cares about the community and made in America products when they are at fault. All you did in your little rant was show everyone how childish and moronic you are, not Dave and the Tire Guys. Come to think of it, I’m glad you went to VIP, Dave shouldn’t have to deal with people like you. His shop is always clean, his employees are always helpful and pleasant and Dave is ALWAYS truthful and trustworthy. We live in New England GG and just about every vehicle here hits potholes. Most of the tires up here have dented rims. It’s not the tires fault it blew out, it’s the fact that tour wife hit a hole in the road. It happens around here. I guess if she hit a deer it would be your car’s manufacturer’s fault right? I’m glad you went someplace else, you deserved to be ripped off!
