Update on brake job Straightline motors. Two Months later had a problem that needed attention. Dropped by and the owner fixed it-which was the axle leaky oil seal. Which resulted in 90 weight oil dripping on the new brake pads. Lesson learned always replace oil seals as part of brake job. Parts are cheap. Thanks for excellent fast service.

Marty, the owner/head mechanic is a pretty good guy. He stands by his work. On every vehicle I have taken to him, he has had it fixed in a timely manner, and for a fair price. Highly recommend him.

Worst experience I have EVER had with a mechanic. The owner Marty was very rude, and did unauthorized repairs. He charged over $500 more than the signed estimate, and refused to let me make payments. After I agreed to pay, because my husbands car broke down, he refused to take my debit card. I then asked to get in the vehicle to get some of my personal belongings and he REFUSED.

I was wrong about this being an honest mechanic. No such thing..all are greedy rip offs. Got my trust by not charging for inspection. Then replaced stick shift when it only needed greasing. Charged twice as much as auto zone would have for part. Then kept car 2 days cause couldnt figure out why wouldnt start for me. Then gave $500 quote for replacement. I said no so lowered price. I picked up car and looked up how much it should cost. $240 was the most and part he charged $250 for was $69 onlineFound all I need to do is turn key left before starting. When I picked up car he and wife were out of town and I had to wait till next day. They never let me know so went across town for nothing.All this with sheepish phoney grins from both of them. Before getting any repairs go online and ask how much it should cost. Stop mechanic rip offs like these people.Mechanic responded to my review by saying he went out of his way for me. Told lie. Just a scam to appear nice but he wanted to replace my ignition for twice what I paid. Didnt mention only nissan can code key for another $110. Then nissan discovered my battery cable was so loose he removed it without tools. Guess it slipped this mechanics mind to check it. Highly recommend not trusting this place
