This place is so beautiful. Its honestly like walking into heaven. Fresh wood, books, and a mixture of cinnamon rolls and coffee fill the air. The lighting is bright. The book selection is insane. Tons of childrens and YA books on one side, with more mature selections on the other side.Id live there if I could.

This review is being made after giving the place multiple chances. Not once have I been to this location and been treated kindly. The workers always look me up and down and ignore me. Not once have I been said hello to, not once have I been asked if I need anything, despite their employees walking right past me multiple times. Whenever I ask for help they have very clear attitudes about it. They are absolutely rude people who clearly judge their customers. I also think they are extremely lacking in a lot of variety. I remember there being so much more in the Bountiful location. Every time I have tried this location I leave the store empty handed, mostly because I feel uncomfortable giving money to a company that does not push for its employees to simply be nice to the customers. I already prefer to support local, independent bookstores, and I finally just have had it. I will not support Barnes and Noble again.

I love Barnes and Nobles because they always have a great variety of books and they dont care how long you take to browse through them. You can grab a table and use their high speed WiFi internet access, while enjoying a delicious cookie and a coffee. Ill bring my kids here on a Saturday and just stay for hours.

This place was amazing, very friendly staff! Jon at the Cafe was very professional and was super helpful with searching through ingredients to make sure their foods were safe for me due to my allergies. They treat you like your family, its a wonderful experience! I would highly suggest visiting, such a positive environment.

Beautiul store, very clean, laid out well. Staff person was very polite- didnt hover, but offered assistance. She found two of the books I was unable to find, and offered to order the third one and have it sent to my home! This made me very happy.

Barnes and Noble is the best of the best when it comes to bookstores. Everything you could possibly want. Prices are higher than average but so is the vast selection of items.

Absolutely one of the best B&Ns in Northern Utah.The staff is more like family and ready to help and learn new things. And their Cafe almost always makes a killer refresher or latte.To the Staff of 2021, Thank you. You have each been Amazing, Kind, Knowledgeable, and Super Welcoming. ❤️

This is a pretty good bookstore. The layout is nice and they have a good cafe. It has a smaller selection of magazines and books than other Barnes and Noble stores around here. It has a bigger selection of toys and gifts though.

Kind and helpful staff seemed willing to help me find the book that I wanted and when it wasnt on the shelf they found a suitable replacement for me quickly. They even offered to ship the book that they didnt have to my home.

Books have always been my friends. This store is large which makes it easy for you to wander. It has many items rather than just books to peak your interests.

I dont know if it was just a bad day. To be honest I dont really care. When a customer approaches the counter, you as a manager, as THE store manager, should not address those customers with Do you want something?Most of the time we have pretty positive interactions at this location, all of the employees except the store manager have been amazingly pleasant, except for our interaction with the store manager, maybe B&N isnt for them, maybe theyre burnt out on Retail, its understandable, however talking to customers with just complete disdain and a tone just full of vitriol is not.

Such lovely customer service. I wanted a cup of tea and the staff were more than happy to open a new container of Harney & Sons Paris to let me sample. I absolutely loved my experience and the tea! I bought three containers of tea- two for Christmas presents and one for myself!

Really nice location. Great place to stop and relax. Great Coffee shop. Good snacks. I utilized the coffee shop to do some remote work. Really convenient.

Came here for a chill Monday for some coffee and to work, and I was not let down. The BNCafe staff was so sweet and gave the best service. I stayed for a while and they even checked up on me and made sure I was going good. I will definitely be coming here again for a relaxation day!

I went there today and it was fantastic. I did not purchase any books, but the cafe was both delicious and kind. My only complaint is that they did not have a tip jar.

If I am going to spend double the price of Amazon I expect good customer service from the staff of B&N. I thought it was a bad day the first time I bought hundred dollars worth of books. I went my back the following day to get something else and the cashier had a horrible attitude towards me. I will be going back to return everything I got from this place. I will no longer support this company.

Dont go to Barnes and Noble on pay day. There are so many wonderful-smelling books to buy! Also, they really like you to be a member ($25/year at the time of wiring), but it gives a 20% discount at the time of purchase and 10% off of any purchases throughout the year.This particular location is orderly and well kept, which is excellent.

Getting help was slow but once we was helped it was very helpful.

Great location in Farmington Station. A great bookstore with a bright, open, spatial vibe. The staff are friendly and helpful. And...da-da da da dum! You dont have to wear a mask in the store anymore! Yehaw!

Love Barnes and nobles but this location is disappointing. Part of the charm for me, is the atmosphere. Unfortunately, at this location its too open and freaking bright! Its nice to grab your drink and go but if your like me, and like to sit and spend hours looking at books and reading, its not warm and cozy. Ill still come here to buy my books since its so close to me but Im not a fan of the design. I prefer Laytons B&N much better...

Wow. I’ve been going to Barnes & Noble for a really long time now. I had the most incredible experience today and Karen made that possible. She helped me with what I needed and helped me have a better understanding of the membership without being a hard driven sales person but kind and gentle and informative. I appreciate everyone’s hard work during these strange times and look forward to shopping here more frequently.

Not my favorite Barnes and Noble. Its the smallest B&N Ive been in and very crowded on a Saturday afternoon. But very helpful service. I was asked twice if I needed any help. Books for younger ages were separated by suggested age up until the childrens chapter books.

Employees followed my family around like we was criminals. My self my wife and our 6 kids. Was very uncomfortable
