Knowledgeable booksellers who care about their community. Diverse selection, great sidelines, and a great place to spend time and money. DDG has a great appointment system where you can call ahead or from the street, or safely pick up books curbside. The sellers are truly committed finding innovative ways to get us books safely. They have a great newsletter and facebook page with updates, online ordering. They even ship!

Ive supported this local bookstore for 20 years only to be rudely turned away at the door today because apparently they are open by appointment only now. This was not posted on their website nor was it plainly stated at the door. No apology was offered and when I asked to make an appointment I was told no. I guess they prefer we shop at Amazon which is what I intend to do from here on out. They respond but their appointment pnly status was NOT at all displayed on their websitw nor on the door. Still no apology. I certainly wont return.

A gem of a local, independent bookstore! DDG has a great, carefully curated selection, a truly knowledgeable staff, and is deeply engaged in the community. Farmington is lucky to have it.

This is a beautiful bookseller—or was, pre-COVID—and Im sure it still is, but by appointment only. My wife and I haunt used book stores, so this feels out of my league, but I have bought books here on occasion, and always enjoy—enjoyed browsing.

Love this bookstore! Packed with all the best things any bookstore could offer, from the classic to the unusual. And if by chance, what you are looking for is not found by Karen or the other wonderful staff in the store, they are happy to track it down and order it.

Found some books for my grand baby Wanted heavy duty pages she couldnt rip and found just what I wanted Lots to choose from Was a busy place that day so no one was able to wait on me...but no worries I was able to find them ok Lady at checkout very nice For what seems like a small store it has lots of books to choose from

Nice small town bookstore. They have many interesting things beyond just books. As good place for a quick purchase when there is not much time before the party.
