I Called 4 days in a row to get an update on a vehicle. They never sent me the carfax info or other pictures. And they never picked the phone up. I was ready to pay in cash.... Thisbusiness sucks...

Wasted an entire day )2hr drive. thats after finally getting them to actually answer a single question about a listed car, Car was absolutely filthy with check engine light on, no inspection as promised. I found the same model year with less mileage near St Louis for $1,500 cheaper.

Bought a truck from Coop, and was very pleased with how smooth everything went. I just bought a Toyota Sequoia from Farmington Auto Plaza in February and they were amazing to deal with. Coop was the sales guy that I used and he was great! They answered any and all questions I had, was patient with me and NOT pushy at all! I will definitely be buying from this place again!!!

They took care of promised repairs as well as unexpected ones that popped up after the sale. Coop was easy to work with, Amy was very friendly, and Steve seemed personable in my limited dealings with him. At one point I spoke with the owner and he could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Shortly after purchasing a vehicle from these guys with In the first 2 weeks had to fix 2 oil leaks. 2 weeks after that had to replace all 8 injectors the next month after that had to replace the turbo. Many more parts have had to be replaced since then and I have yet to own the truck a year. I highly recommend never buying a diesel truck from these guys worst experience Ive ever had. I will never do business with them again.

Found some major rust under driver side of vehicle. Had an estimate down by auto body company they think vehicle was in a flood. Auto body place would not give estimate they said it would cost to much to fix. Called Landon asked if they had a refund policy of course they do not.Explained what was going on and Landon pretty much called me a liar. He told me there was no way possible it had that much rust. I have only had the vehicle for 2 weeks. It has a spot big enough that I put my hole fist in it.I also told him that the 6 disk CD player did not work that I dug out a dollar in quarters. He was nasty enough to say at least Im 25 cents richer.I also asked if I could talk to the owner I was told he was in meetings he would see if he would call me.Update still never received a call from owner.

I gotta say this has been the best car buying experience I have ever done. Farmington is about 2.5 hours away from me so when I found the truck online I contacted Landon (Great Guy) and he talked about the truck with me over the phone. I told them I would buy and they got all the paperwork ready for me. When I showed up in sat down with Chris (Another Great Guy) and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great experience and I will do my car buying from them from now on. Well worth the drive.

We bought a used truck from the dealership. We had a few issues come up with the truck prior to delivery and the dealer was very accommodating at making sure the truck was right before we purchased it. The dealer is also very easy to communicate with especially via text which is my favorite form of communication.

Would give six stars if I could. Our salesman, Landon was extremely helpful and patient with us through the entire process. Financing staff was awesome. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great deal!

I found a truck posted online that I wanted and it was from this place. I drove to Farmington which is a 2.5 hour drive from my house, no big deal. The customer service was great this day. Somethings happened and I couldn’t leave with the truck that day so I had to come back. I called them before I made the 2.5 hour drive on a Tuesday and asked them if it would be ready for me to pick up the said yes so I drove there. Upon arrival the truck was not ready (it wasn’t washed, it wasn’t cleaned, and the broken taillight wasn’t fixed, and it wasn’t inspected as promised). Mind you I called them 2.5 hours before to make sure it was going to be ready. I said whatever because I wanted this truck and didn’t want to have to drive back again. We test drove it again just to be sure it was what we wanted and it was. During the test drive the brake locked up. It had to go to the shop anyway to be inspected so the brake was going to be fixed in a few hours. So I waited around all day in Farmington. Finally I told them I couldn’t wait any longer because I had to be back in time to work that night. We spoke to the owner himself and he said he would have the truck detailed, washed, the new taillight fixed, and he would fill up the tank since I had to make a third trip to get it. I said that’s fine and we asked if we could have our check back that we wrote because we didn’t want it to be cashed and the truck to be sold out from under us (just so we would feel comfortable) at that time the owner got very cocky telling us how good of a person he was and a good Christian and on and on. I said whatever to this again because if he cashed the check it would be them and my bank in court. I left. I call a few days later on a Wednesday and asked them if it was ready and if I could come get it the next day (on a Thursday). They said it was. So that Thursday I went to go get it. I got there and I had to wait because the taillight wasn’t put in. Then they had to run it into town through a cash wash. I got in the truck and it looked like they maybe vacuumed the floor. The seats were filthing and still had dog hair on them. I even found trash under the seat! Then I had to argue with them to get them to fill it up for me as they promised. The on my drive home my brakes weren’t working right. I pressed them all the way to the floor and it would barely stop. I took it to my usual mechanic and he said the brakes hadn’t been bled! (which is necessary when you change the brakes). The bearing that the said the were going to fix wasn’t fixed correctly either. Every time I turn around there is something else I find that they lied about. The truck is so far nice, but these people definitely aren’t honest like the owner tried to say he was. I won’t buy a vehicle from them again.

I filled out an online credit app through their website and never got a response for 3 days then I called them and they said they would call back and they never did... apparently they didnt want to sell the truck so I went to another dealer later that day and drove home in a new truck. No thanks to farmington auto plaza I wish I could have gave them zero stars

I drove 2 hours to this joke of a dealership. The truck I was interested in had the tire pressure light on as well as the check engine light. I asked the staff over the phone prior to traveling, they said there was not s single light in the dash. Liars and scam artists here folks. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache that will follow if you were to buy from them.

Worst place to buy a car. I bought a 2008 dodge ram 2500 from here and i have had countless problems. Ive put 8500$ in this truck in the last 4 months of owning it. This dealership sells lemons. BEWARE.Customer service was great here.

Worst car buying experience Ive ever had in my life 1st they tried to lie to me and tell me that the check engine light was that and there is nothing wrong with the car so I took a turn mechanic and he told me that either the engine needed rebuild or the head replace the piston rings so Farmington auto plaza said they are gonna rebuild the motor so they rebuilt the motor but the Cadillac converter is now sending my check engine light off which they knew because when I called them the day that I picked up the car from them after not having a vehicle for 30 days they told me that is probably the Cadillac converters though they knew what was wrong with the car and didnt have it fixed while theyre fixing everything else they have lied in me from day one and kept making up excuses after excuse I would not recommend anyone to ever buy a car there

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I bought a car nearly a year ago from this dealership. Still, a year later, I have had nothing but problems out of the vehicle! Not only that but since I bought my vehicle Ive talked to a person who has done work to some of those vehicles on the lot. They were literally told to make them look pretty and make them run. Any other problems they didnt care about; that was the customers problem after they were sold!!! How does this dealership survive with that sort of mentality?!? I would rather walk everywhere I go ( and that is saying a lot considering Im from a small town and the nearest grocery store is SEVERAL miles away) then buy another vehicle from them! Beware of lemons; dont buy from Farmington Auto Sales!

Sales guy was useless and only one of the trucks I called to verify were there was on the lot. Drove over an hour each way to see a truck that never should be able to pass any inspection. Avoid this shady place.

Got a great truck at a great price. Could not be happier.
