I enjoyed the quality of service when I was in there. Since I was new, they showed me around. Told me about the different products and gave me suggestions based on certain scents I was trying to focus on.The staff there was very friendly and helpful. They provided me some great suggestions and helped me choose some good products for a gift and even wrapped it nicely for me.With the quality of service on top of a nice product, I give them 5 stars. It was also nice that their products are amazing. The body butter and shower products are just amazing.

Our daughter hog tied us and dragged us into this little oasis. Its become a new favorite spot! The store manager is fantastic and was able to address our specific questions. Ive got lip scrub, beard and face conditioner, and some pretty kick a$$ scalp tingling shampoo.We are no longer needing to be tricked to go on in. I guarantee youll be pleasantly surprised! And you leave with some great product and stellar energy and vibes!

Such a pleasant staff every time I go. To be honest, my experience here is so much more wonderful than at the location in SLC where the employees are a bit pretentious, judgmental, and not very helpful. I have been a regular Lush customer for years, but the staff here helped me with some incredible new suggestions I’d never even considered, and I found my new favorite conditioner! I’d go back just to hang out with the two people I talked to that were working that day, wish I had gotten their names!

I love their products! I have bought many things from them, and never have been disappointed. I have also had many good conversations with the staff. Unlike many places, I feel like the staff are very well versed in what they sell without coming across as pushy. They simply wish to inform you, and suggest the best thing for you. I have greatly appreciated it.

This store is awesome. I went back for the first time in over a year tonight with my mom, I received a gift card for my birthday this fall and am just barely getting around to using it. It was worth the wait, I’ve been trying so tediously to use my remaining products sparingly until I could get there. They’re doing a great job of keeping people safe on top of fantastic customer service! Limiting capacity, hand washing, ensuring masks are worn PROPERLY! Both of the people that helped me were so friendly and helpful, kind and sweet! My mom and I both work in healthcare, so being able to treat ourselves after this beast of a year was so great and we were given great recommendations on products. The lotion I tried smelled divine and made my rough and raw hands ( thanks, hospital grade sanitizer and lots of hand washing at work!) feel soft and soothed. I wish I had gotten the names of the two employees who helped us so I could let their supervisor know how awesome they are, but if management sees this just know we were really impressed!! about 18 months ago I went in and they gave me almost half a lotion bar as a free sample before I left with my purchase, and I still have a little sliver of that thing, it just smells so good and lasts a long time because of the quality. Thank you for always being so kind and helpful, it’s always such a treat to stop by your store!

I can’t stress this enough, Cassie was SO SO SO SWEET & GREAT. i could go on about her. walking into this kind of store I didn’t expect much help needed but she was sooo helpful, did lots of demos for us, talked highly and very opinionated about the products. I literally think my sister and I bought things because she was so helpful and it really made us wanna take something home to try. The sweetest girl ever I swear. she deserves so much more appreciation!!

Went in to buy a number of items for a friend and they wouldnt allow me to smell them, which makes it very hard to purchase what they sale. I didnt have the time to take each item outside to smell so I had to leave. The products are OK but their business since is lacking, Im not surprised every time Ive gone it is completely empty.

The staff are so friendly and will help you find something you love! They will make sure you are happy when you leave. Such a great store and such good people at this location specifically.

I LOVE LUSH! The service is beyond amazing, everyone is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! I love that the plastic used is recycled and many items are completely container free unless you want one of their awesome tins! I recommend anyone to visit LUSH!

One of my favorite stores. The staff here are so friendly and down to earth and are beyond willing to give you samples of things they think you might like (and let me tell you they must be magic because I like them every time). Their bath bombs are where you begin but after that you just cant stop finding products you love!

I have been here multiple times to browse and I love it every time!!!! Everyone who works here is so down to Earth and helpful!!! They always smile at you and ask if you need help! They have these large bowls that they fill with water and let you try anything you want. Great products for great prices. The staff is great! I have two boys (8 &6) and the staff always demonstrates a bath bomb or bubble bar to keep them occupied so I can shop in piece.

My 12 year old daughter introduced me to Lush before Christmas. I of course liked the products but it was the staff that won me over. I returned to do Christmas shopping. The products are amazing. Now with Easter coming I decided Lush would be great to add to the baskets. I called to have items held for me until later that day. As luck would have it, my youngest sustained an injury and we wound up at the ER for hours. I called and explained what happened and that I would not make it in that day. They agreed to hold the items longer. When I was finally able to go pick up my order.......... they had a very nice surprise waiting for my youngest. I was blown away by the thoughtfullness of the manager and her staff! I cannot say it enough, products sell themselves but when you add friendly, knowledgeable and CARING staff to the mix......... you win a loyal and happy customer forever!! You all are amazing and put a big smile on our faces! Thank you so much!!

Loved this experience! I was in town visiting my daughter and had NO IDEA we were steps from a Lush store! At home the nearest one is 6 hours away!The salesclerk was super helpful, very one on one with us, not pushy at all. Even threw in a free bath bomb at checkout!Awesome store, seemed to have everything on offer!Only negative is how easy it is to spend money! 😄Recommend!

When I first started going to lush I felt overwhelmed by all the choices and the super helpful and friendly staff but I quickly realized the staff is amazing and truly is there to help you not just to make a quick sale. They are so friendly and offer recommendations demos and samples...they are so knowledgeable! The product obviously is amazing or I wouldnt keep going every week but I cant praise the employees enough!

The customer service I received at this Lush today was un real. I brought in my two young grand kids; both of which are at that age where they are constantly busy. Trina is the associate who was helping us and I can’t even begin to tell you just how helpful she was with my questions AND my kids. She was so nice and patient with my kids and kept them entertained while I was actually able to shop!! Every single employee was helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with us but Trina really stood out to me!! I had to ask the cashier for her name just for this review and I will be calling the manager as a thank you for hiring such amazing employees!

I love the staff here and how much knowledge of the product they have. I told them I was looking for a product to aid in healing a fresh tattoo, they took me right to the Ultrabalm and now its all I use on all my tattoos. They also helped me pick out the perfect gift for my sister and Im ever so grateful. Love this store.

Great store with some amazing soaps and scents. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is spot on. Also, their campaigns to stop animal cruelty, rebuild habitats, and other similar causes make you feel a bit better about shopping there.

Came here and got my sister a birthday present. Friendly staff. Easy to navigate the selection. Kinda loud... With the music is all. When you are trying to listen to an associate explain all the details of the product you are gonna buy the music drowns out the details. And honestly they are so knowledgeable there, I wanted to hear them talk off the products more easily. Just ask them to speak up if you go and have questions.

Love supporting Lush and what they stand for (anti-animal cruelty and sustainability). I feel a little awkward turning down the staff demonstrations, but theyre always very nice and helpful.

Do not come here unless you have some cash to burn! Haha! Really though this shop was amazing. I had no idea what Lush was before my friend and I went in on a whim, and boy was I blown away. All natural bath and body items that will boggle your mind, and possibly your pocket book. The price is something to note because all natural isnt cheap, but its well worth it!

There was only one employee working at the time. We only come for the bath bombs. Have never tried the soaps or scrubs. We absolutely love the expirementer, the dragons egg and the sex bomb. Well I love when my wife uses them. We are going to try othera as we come more.
