Global Marble and Stone had the widest selection of jumbo quartzite slabs that we found in the Detroit area. They were very helpful and their prices were also very good! My only suggestion (which is the same for many of the places I visited), would be to add some windows for natural light which would help in visualizing the slab in your own home.

Only if there is a negative star I can rate. I called in to ask some questions about their quartzite slabs. They just keep saying you can come in and take a look. They wouldnt answer my questions! Even worse they hang up on me without saying anything, and wouldnt answer my phone when I call back! That is ridiculous!

I had worked at Global Marble and Stone for a few years and I would say that I simply loved this place. Its been an excellent experience to work with the entire team and they are Great people to work with. There is many good things to say about this company but one thing I would say that I’ve seen how important it is for this company to offer a quality Customer Service and I do respect that. I will sure recommend this place for people who are looking for natural stone for countertops.

I am extremely happy with the granite countertop I ordered through Global Marble and Stone and their customer service and support. They had one of the widest selection of countertop materials to choose from. Their process to select the countertop was very easy and transparent. The payment terms were very clear. They had a good complement of high quality stainless steel sinks as well. I was initially a bit hesitant to order the stainless steel as I had my heart set on another sink through an online store. But I am glad I ordered with Global as the sink was equal or better than what I had seen online and they also let me try it out with my cabinet assembler. This helped my overall kitchen remodel go smoothly with no surprises. They were very experienced being one of the largest in Metro Detroit area and were already well connected with other vendors such as cabinet makers, countertop fabricators and installers. They knew the people where we had ordered our cabinets. I was looking for a small side splash for one of the vanities and they helped me select from odd lot. When delivered it matched perfectly. I was also looking for back splash material and they let me try a few samples which did not work out for our design. All through there was no high pressure sales or switch-n-bait tactics. Even though we did not use the Kids play area I think it is very useful for parents that come with small kids. The parents can focus on exploring the selections without the kids getting bored. Ms. Rashmi who handled our order from the get go was friendly, very helpful and responsive. The whole team at Global Marble u0026 Stone including Girish, Ana, Denicia, Priya and the people who moved / loaded our chosen granite were very helpful and provided exceptional service. I wish them continued success and more happy stories.

Excellent place for shopping for stones. Recently we shopped Granites and Marble for our Kitchen/house remodeling with Global Marble and Granite Stone at Farmington Hills location. They have huge collection and wide range of stones. We found perfect match for our Kitchen countertop and Bathroom vanity countertops. Also got Marble for our Fireplace. Superb collection and highly impressed with their reception and customer service. Visited Farmington hills location 4-5 times. Each time we visited, they were very polite to spend enough time with us and courteously accompany to warehouse to show their stone collections. There are 2 huge warehouses at Farmington Hills location and another one at Shelby township with vast collection of stones. Very impressed with the support and help extended by Priya at Farmington Hills location to find perfect stones to match our requirement. Also met Mr.Girish and Manish few times, very friendly and down to earth people. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs Granite, Marble or Quartz. Great price, collection and experience.

Just finished our basement and needed Granite for our Kitchen and bath. After checking out different supplier found Global marble Had lot of variety, selection and experience sales staff. Saved almost 20-25% going thru them.Was very happy with the installer and the delivery time .

A Treasure Trove of Slate! We were looking specifically for slate tiles for a 25 center hallway in our historic home. We were told by others that slate was off trend and that we should look at granite. But we didnt want granite. Then, we arrived at Global Marble and Stone, got excellent service, friendly attitude, no judgement, and enthusiastic access to their warehouse that had lots of slate to choose from. We were able to take the boxes of slate home right away - none of this order and wait 8 weeks stuff. And the clincher? Turns out that slate is making a comeback!

This place has BEAUTIFUL stone! They were professional, friendly, and had a huge selection. I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. If I ever need Granit again I will be back! Thank you Girish and Anna. Five Stars

This company is truly crooked and not to be trusted in anyway or anyhow!!! I would not recommend you buy anything without having a written document on what your buying fir that you might get something completely different then what you’ve ordered and can’t really dispute the charge for that your word is not written down with a contract.. please look somewhere else before you get scammed.
