Very nice big store. Staff was friendly but did not know about the hardware they sold. I asked Which drill bite was good for fiberglass and they had no idea. I usually find knowledgeable staff at Ace.

I bought 6 packs of flowers. Perfect condition. Asters and verbena. Beautiful colors. They also have beautiful hanging pots with all kinds of flowers. I will be back to get some. Wonderful, friendly, helpful personnel. They are not too busy to help or answer questions.

Extremely good employees and service dept. Everyone is cheerful and very helpful. Higher prices than Lowes but you can get help quickly.

I experience about only 2 days of training here at ace hardware and it was terrible. I rang people up and was doing a great job so far for being trained still but some things I didn’t know how to do on the cashier, the manager came over and screamed at me and goes “Adriana you need to know how to do this by now this is your second day of training and you keep asking for help, im serious I’m tired of it I’m going to watch you do these next two costumes and if you can’t do that your done”. He said that in front of everyone he didn’t even pull me to the side or anything. Then I helped the two costumers and the last one I couldn’t get something off the screen and I was trying to press escape because that what I was taught and he takes me back again and goes I’m cutting ties your done take off the vest and you can leave. That had to have been the most embarrassing and unprofessional thing he could have done I mean really I’m only 17 and this is my second day OF TRAINING. There just awful there in my experience that I had for that short time.

I needed a spare key for my Jeep because the dealership only provided one. I checked out the prices in Durango and Farmington through the car manufacturer dealerships and found them outrageously expensive. Ace Hardware Store made a key/fob and saved me hundreds of dollars!

The associate that greeted me was super helpful as well as the rest of the staff. Asked if I needed help and pointed me in the right direction.

Not very impressed. Customer service was lacking. I could hear an employee in the back area using obscenities to describe customers. When I was being checked out, the cashier left twice to help other employees, once with a printer issue and once with another customers return. There wasnt any acknowledge from the staff until I was ready to check out and I was unable to find someone to help me locate an item. I bought a few things because the price was right and I had a coupon but dont really feel inclined to go back. Store was clean and well organized though.

The guy who helped me was nice and gorgeous and the only thing he could have done better with was ask for my number!!

This store has the worst customer service! the employees and assistant manager are extremely rude. I went to buy a new chainsaw yesterday. I went to grab assistance to buy it and when the gentleman came to help, he literally ripped the tag off and said that it was marked incorrectly and would not sell it to me for the marked price. I went to the front to speak to the assistant manager and her response was oh well. Great service guys!!! Ill just go shop at the big box stores. They seem to help more than the small local businesses.

Expensive. Expensive. Expensive. The only times I walk in this place are to buy rare screws and bolts, because their collection is massive compare to Home Depot and Lowe’s. So far I’ve spent less then $10 in this place, only for literally screws. Every time I needed anything else and was in this store, I check the price at Home Depot, and they were usually 25%-50% more expensive. You can tell they don’t sell much, most of the packaging for the items on the shelf are getting yellow from sitting. I’m impressed this place didn’t close yet, and won’t be surprised if they do.. If that happens, it’ll be difficult to find screws!

I cant speak highly enough of this place! Always helpful and totally easy to work with. Also one of the few stores in town that doesnt treat their customers like plague rats just because they walk into the store.

This is a smaller retail space than what Im used to, but I was able to find everything I was looking for. I was asked by a store employee if he could help me find anything. Got checked out pretty quickly.
