First time ordering online and it was very quick and easy. Took awhile for it to be ready for pickup but that’s okay. Picking up was quick the young lady loaded the dog food into my ride for me, was very helpful did not have to get out of my car through the whole, thing she was very nice and respectful. Would definitely do this again! My daughter works at store 1545 and recommended I do this and I would highly recommend myself and others to do this again!

Well I give this place zero stars! Not one associate tried to help me or greet me!Looks to me employees aren’t happy with their jobs! Unhappy faces and no assistance or even helllllllllo!Good bye!

Called to see if they had a couple things in yet. Was not even allowed to ask. Told go on line. I told them I did that last time and it showed they had some in fact plenty in stock. So I take the ten minutes to get there. Of course website was wrong. They didn’t have any. That’s why I called he replied hold on still not knowing what I wanted. Left me on hold thirty minutes. Then I hung up called back to try again. Same kid answered said just look on line and hung up. Will never go back and will be telling everyone. Your welcome.

Great place to get livestock feed and supplies. Staff is freindly and willing to help. My go to for live chickens during chicks days. I order from Hoover Hatchery via TSC online when its not chick days. I enjoy shopping at my local TSC.

Tractor supply is a great place to shop. Very helpful with our needs. Employees make you feel welcome and not rushed, always willing to help. I recommend this place.

I usually love tractor supply but this particular one has failed me multiple times. Recently twice in one day. I took in my phone with the item and sku number pulled up and asked for help. They pulled an item close but wrong two separate times and i had to make 3 trips to get this fixed. Just make sure you verify those numbers if you do the same as i did.

The older native lady that works at the check outs is rude and not knowledgeable with animal feeds at all lol. It’s bizarre you can even work at a place like that and not know what pine pellets are... work on your customer services skills.

I love tractor supply. You can almost find anything you want here and they offer tax-free discounts on animal feed. We feed a lot of animals so thats handy. I also carry pet medicines from dogs and cats all the way up to livestock

Every time I walk into the local Tractor Supply Store I get a warm greeting from the staff they treat with courtesy and professionalism. The store is always clean and well kept shelves always stocked displays average changing making shopping interesting to say the least. Quick check outs and a variety of neat things to choose from such as automotive winches, towing straps; to some plumbing and fixtures. they also carry lots of pet food (dogs, cats, birds and probably more.) also conveniently close to home.

Awesome place for supplies and animal products. We were assisted by a very helpful and friendly young gal by the name of Kayle. She knew her products. Great job Kayle, will definitely stop by to shop again.

We came in on a Friday around 1130. Every employee was helping multiple customers. I havent seen a place that busy. We were able to snag an employee to help us locate a piece for our air compressor. Well that part needed to be ordered. Its been a week since we spoke to that employee, no phone call.Update: 8 months later. Still no part. We made multipy trips into the store. Wont be purchasing any kind of power tool/equipment from here.

Over priced on everything i hope they loss customers

Hassle free returns my left foot. Apparently I waited a week too long to find my receipt nd return a $7 broom handle that I never ended up using. I will not be returning to this TSC or any other of their stores.The icing on the cake was the checker. While standing under a banner that reads, Hassle Free Returns! She said, with a straight face that she couldnt accept my return.

Have a lot of interesting things but nothing that I looked at had prices tags on it. Was very frustrating. These were items that werent on shelves like their artificial grass. Place is very clean and people were friendly but I wasnt in the mood to run and ask for a price everytime I saw something I liked so I left without purchasing.

Tractor Supply has a wide range of products and we go there often. The employees have zero knowledge of their stock, where things may possibly be located in the store, and take an excessive amount of time to check out. 3 stars because of employees, not the products.

These places can be a challenge for your local feed store in the local economy. However I have to admit that their selection of clothing food equipment and feed is hard to beat.

Theyve lost my familys business. Terrible customer service. I called to ask if someone would be there to fill propane because I didnt want to drive into town if I couldnt get our propane tanks filled. When I arrived 30 minutes later (5:30pm), I see someone leaving the parking lot with a huge propane tank. I ask the cashier if I can have my propane tank filled and she tells me the guy who fills it just filled a big tank and told her they are done for the day. Im upset because I called ahead to avoid this very thing, so I ask to speak to the manager. I wait by the front of the building for ten whole minutes until a man finally arrives. I politely ask to have it filled because I called in advance and I just saw someone leave with a full tank. He didnt budge. I guess I drove all that way for nothing! I wouldnt be so upset if they actually admitted they made a mistake and inconvenienced me, or did something to try to make it right. But, there was nothing. Like I said, terrible customer service. We wont be returning.
