Frustrated at their request to fill out forms with all my demographics, which they already had. Would be nice to have a form or or you could just sign Saying no change.Customer came in with no appointment, and was seen, even though I was waiting at my scheduled timeGreat offer made by hearing aid specialist for half price on second new hearing aid. May give it a try.Have been coming here for years, generally very very pleased
