I purchased hearing aids in November of 2019 from Southwestern Hearing. Since I knew nothing about hearing loss or hearing aids, they checked my hearing needs, lifestyle, and personality to help me find just the right hearing aids for me. They discussed my hearing loss and explained how the aids would help me to hear even in crowded areas, which was my BIGGEST problem. When my hearing aids came in, they went over how to clean and take care of them, the different hearing settings, and the psychological aspects of getting hearing aids. I was so glad to be for warned because at first its nerve racking. You hear sounds you haven t heard in years. I heard a delivery truck beeping when itbacked up, water running, and motors running. I would say, Whats that? We took it slow getting used to the hearing aids with only 2 settings, normal and crowd. I went to a big family 2019 Christmas gathering that I dreaded attending because I couldnt t hear a word that was said. What a SURPRISE! I could hear in the crowd. I listened and talked all night! After 3 months, we added a phone setting that helped me at work. Then, 7 months later we added a music setting. I played piano for 9 years and was in band and choir but through the years, I quit listening to music at all. For me, the music sounded monotone. On my way home, I turned the car stereo on and switched my hearing aids to music. What I heard was shocking! I heard the music in surround sound. I could hear the individual instruments and sounds in the song. This was the music I remembered! Getting hearing aids and the individual help from Southwestern Hearing has changed my life at work, with myfriends and family, and personally with my love of music! I told everyone I got hearing aids.I was so proud! I said, well you know I decided I could get a different car or hearing aids. I m so glad I made the right decision because it changed my life.

Amy & Justin were wonderful with my mom Kathryn! They went above and beyond and really listened and understood her problems. Very kind and generous. Highly recommend!
