Staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am younger and I did not feel out of place at all they treated me just like everyone else. I was educated on what I needed how it works, and told if I needed anything I could call to get help. Also I just love the warm home feeling when you walk in. Also they are always smiling and happy. 🙂

Very happy and satisfied with my visit to sandia hearing aids, I wasnt there very long but they fixed my hearing aids very quickly and I was on my way, the price was reasonable also . nice people to work with.

My husband Joe had an appointment this afternoon. We were so very happy with the service we received at Sandia Hearing Center in Farmington, NM. This was Joe’s first visit. Alex was very kind and professional. First she used a wonderful audiovisual system to show us his ear canals and ear drums on a big TV screen. After a thorough hearing test she adjusted his hearing devices using her computer to match his hearing loss. When she was finished, Joe felt his hearing was much improved. She even let Maya our dog accompany us into the exam room. Thank you so much for your excellent care.

Very professional, I feel certain Kristy will work hard to meet my hearing needs. As I am a first time user of hearing aids, Kristy has been very patient to explain my options and allow me to take demo models home for a week long test drive. This is a lovely office, they are super helpful at accommodating your hear aid needs. The staff is the sweetest and always ready to greet you with a smile. My great-grandma used them for years and they were always wonderful to her. I would definitely recommend.

It was a great experience taking my 90 year old Father for hearing aids. They were kind, considerate and knowledgeable.

Initial consultation with Kristy was excellent. She is very patient and willing to answer all questions. Testing results were explained in detail and reasons for type of hearing aid suggested were thoroughly explained. Highly recommend this office.

My mother wasnt hearing and had been elsewhere so we went to see Kristy at Sandia Hearing and we were both pleased and amazed at the excellent care and professionalism we experienced. My mother now has perfect hearing with the help of her hi-tech hearing aids that dont require batteries, what? Rechargeable and can use your smart phone.

Sandia in Farmington NM is the best.I purchased my hearing aids in Florida when my old ones failed. As I live in Colorado I was concerned about service and was given the name of the company which would .take care of my aids.Not true. I was simply told that I did not buy them there and they were under no obligation to help me. And if they did, it would cost me. However, I could not seem to get an appointment.Sandia to the rescue. I called, explained the problem, and had an appointment within the week I was ushered right in and was treated very well. My aids were cleaned and they are going to be able adjust my aids anytime. Guess where I will buy my next set.

I cannot rave enough about the customer service my grandmother & I received from Sandia! Both Kristi & Alex were courteous and extremely helpful in helping me gather information while I was still in California before I arrived in Farmington. I made her appt and Kristi was amazing! Made both my grandmother (who was very hesitant about even going in for a free hearing test) and I very comfortable. She helped us get her into hearing aids - which were way overdue and even called us the next evening to see how she was doing. I called two other places in Farmington from Calif. - one never even called me back and the other was not very helpful with giving me info and very pushy about setting up an appt. I give Kristi and Sandia 5 plus stars
