Usually I’m a fan of this chain. however, this is the first time that I got the food delivered from them through Uber eats. I ordered a lox sandwich with asiago bagel. When the food came, it was a plane bagel! 😏 The lox was not good. I have tasted lox in many deli style sandwich shops across the nation. This one was the worst so far. The hash brown was also a little greasy for me. Overall the food was mediocre. Still I have my hopes high for this chain. Maybe I ordered the wrong menu at wrong time.

Good bagels. The dog service has dropped off recently. My good boys were in their hween costumes and completely ignored

Just never was a big fan of this place until today! We were on a rush to get on the road to head back home and I got the farmer something and it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. Einsteins will be getting added into out normal rotation.

Clean, quick and friendly. One of the best Einstein’s I’ve been to. I had the farmhouse this morning- delicious, highly recommend. My husband had a ham and egg- also good. We wish we realized the coffee came with refills as we would have gotten size small. The indoor area is quite large. Lots of options when it comes to coffee/tea as they have honey, some spices (cinnamon, cocoa, nutmeg) and cream, milk and skim milk. Caribou coffee was delicious! The bathrooms were very clean and nice as well. They are single stall.

Ordered two iced vanilla coffees and received them with no cream. No big deal, I just requested that cream be added to both. When I received them, it looked as if all the coffee had been dumped out and replaced with ONLY cream and ice. I tried both coffees and only ONE even had the vanilla in it. And I was right because neither of them Tasted like coffee at all. Needless to say I immediately went to Starbucks for coffee. Bagels were good tho, But don’t try the coffee.

Fast and always good. Their twice baked hashbrowns are sooo good.

I got an Asiago bagel with salmon cream cheese. The salmon cream cheese actually tasted strongly of salmon, which I was pleasantly surprised about. They have a vast selection of bagels, and mine was delightfully delicious. They are the only place around that serves Caribou coffee, too. I’d for sure go back.

I love the cinnamon sugar bagel with honey almond spread! The bagel is always soft and there is plenty of cream cheese. I keep telling myself I need to try something else but I just love this one so much! The staff is always friendly too.

I love this place!! For brunch, I had their Texas Brisket Egg Sandwiche and coffee with all the fixings. I know they have other sandwiches on the menu but I cant get past the beautific bagels in the glass display case! Thanks a lot, Einstein Brothers.

Third time in a row to receive the wrong order - guess third times the charm for me to learn my lesson.This time I ordered one black coffee and one vanilla hazelnut latte, was given two black coffees that were barely room temperature. One of the coffees was marked hazelnut, so clearly the employees got the memo but failed to follow through.First time I was given the wrong sandwich (asking for a minor substitution is too much to ask, I guess). Second time I was given the wrong coffees, only half filled, and cold. I can see that the reviews have been more negative recently. I already submitted a complaint on the website, because I assume thats all the owner is going to suggest.Wont be visiting again for a while.

Shorted my drive-thru order, said they could refund for what wasnt in my bag, I checked before pulling away. Shut the window, Im waiting for refund. Reopened the window and ask if I needed something. Yeah! My money or the rest of my order. On duty manager was as rude as the workers. Suggest avoiding this place on a Saturday, staff needs training. 👎👎

We brought all kinds of bagel and all of them were fresh and best in taste.

As far as bagels go, theyre pretty good. The service is always friendly and prompt. Not the most authentic bagels in the world, but for Northwest Arkansas its about your best option.

The manager couldnt tell me 1 bagel that was decent! Her reply was I dont eat meat ! Very negative environment due to her! I believe in positivity and good reverberations, but she was negative on all points!

I love Einstein Bagels and have gone here for years. However, until employees start to wear masks I will not return. It is a matter of public health. I’ll be back when you are masked.So a week later I went back and the employees are wearing masks! So happy to be able to go back.

I dont go here as often as I really should. I would give them 5 stars if not for their location, a standalone building in the parking lot of a strip mall. I know they are a chain, but to me they always have more of a local restaurant vibe. Their coffee is solidly good, and their bagels are decent as well. I always enjoy their turkey and avocado bagel. One thing I appreciate, it seems like their bagels are a little softer textured and sliced more thin for their sandwiches, because otherwise it could be very hard to eat a sandwich made out of tough bagel bread. They have puppy treats & IIRC are (technically) a dog friendly location. They do have a few outside tables, but because of the parking lot strip mall location, the patio umbrellas just dont provide enough shade, plus its next to a major highway... so lots of heat and noise. Like a lot of chain restaurants in this area, its a good idea ruined by wanting a location alongside a major highway with lots of traffic so they get lots of business. Its yet another reason why I prefer to take my business to the interesting little out of the way locally run businesses. So if you wanted to eat outdoors,especially if you have your dog with you, I might plan on eating at Ozark Natural Foods outdoor patio location in the same parking lot instead. They actually have plants, shade, and a more tranquil back corner of the parking lot. Anyway, its a solidly good meal for the price, actually healthy, and a great place to sit down for a little while with a laptop or tablet and get some work done.

The cash register lady by the name of carol was the sweetest! My coworkers and I have been twice now and she was good about remembering small details and was really sweet even early in the morning!!!!! Love this place will keep going back

The staff that work at this location are absolutely fantastic. One of my favorite places to go just because the people that work there are so great.

First time for trying a bagel with apple bacon with egg, would I rave about it or write home probably not. Coffee is average with different selections but nice than Starbucks. Friendly staff and real quick for our order to arrive. Pleasant. 🤗

I dont eat out for breakfast often but when I do having a pleasurable experience is nice with it being so early. Alec is who I see at the drive-thru everytime I pull through Einsteins and he is a top of the line worker! The company is lucky to have him! My order is always correct and made up to par, I would highly recommend this spot!

I like your bagels and am happy to have Caribou coffee back in my life. But Im pretty sure the food poisoning that hit me later was from your chicken breakfast sandwich. I should not have eaten it once I saw it. That skimpy, soggy lump of whatever looked nothing like the crispy fried chicken on the poster. What an embarrassing example of false advertising from an otherwise respectable establishment.

The only place in Northwest Arkansas who carries Caribou Coffee excellent coffee compared to Seattles best more bagels and all the rest

The Fayetteville location seems to be a lot more friendlier than the Rogers store. I finally was able to meet the owner and I see why this store strives so well. Mr. Nicholls was engaging with me plus other customers along with his employees. They also were quick to get orders out with no problems or hesitation. I recommend this location anytime you are looking for top notch service in addition to food.

The quality of bagels at Einstein is unlike anything I’ve had this far south. Great selection, and fantastic food. Personally recommend the Nova Lox on an everything bagel. If you like salmon you won’t be disappointed. ;)

Went for coffee. It was good! Have had some of their bagels at work, also good. Cant comment on pricing as coffee was free the day we visited and bagels were bought by coworker to share.

This company has good bagels we usually try to buy some Jason and take them home when we visit the VA Center. But I just quit buying Bagels there when I had to buy butter so I can eat two of them right there. Theyre just too money hungry for my taste. I had asked for him to be cut they shoved them in the box and handed them to me. They need to get it together

Definitely good bagels and coffee, just wish it was a little cheaper, 2 bagel sandwiches and 1 coffee was $15. But i have been back a few times.

Order has always been correct and food always tastes great.

Don’t order through grub hub with them. I did two orders and they did not send what I requested. If you want to waste your money with them then go ahead but more than likely they are going to send the wrong order.*update- grub hub did refund one of the orders.

Have been to this location many times. Staff are friendly and there has always been a solid selection of fresh bagels. Calm environment if Im ever needing to work remotely and get out of the office.

I keep looking at places to try here and I’m continuously disappointed but finally decided to try Einstein Bros and for once I was not underwhelmed. Everything my family got was delicious. Probably will make this a go to place.

Took my order, I drove up to the window she takes my money then leaves, a guy bring food to window sits food on the counter and walks off another young lady come to take orders 2 times, and my food still sits there all along the lady that took my money keeps looking over at me. Finally the young lady that came over to take a order for front finally hands me my food. I dont see why the man could not hand me my food in the first place.

What really sets this place apart is the people working there. They are always so happy and friendly! Granted, I still moan about these arent New York bagels any time my girlfriend and I go here, they are still tasty - and the choice of toppings is great!

Went in this morning to get a sack of bagels for breakfasts this week. Stood at the order register for over 10 minutes. No employee spoke to me or acknowledged my presence. I finally left empty handed.

I love this place so much!! Food is always perfect.I get something different every time and Im never disappointed. I went through the drive through the other day and waited almost 15 min in line, due to a large family in a truck with obviously a huge order (they should have went inside in my opinion). Anyway when i finally made it to the window the cashier offered to pay for my food because of the long wait. I politely refused as i knew it was not his fault but the gesture was very thoughtful. Wish i had gotten his name. Oh and the new shmearfuls... mmm mmm GOOD!!
