Super nice people, fair prices and excellent installation!!!

Freeman Flooring was contracted to do a major install at our facility this past spring. Unfortunately, the incompetency was beyond belief. The specialized Johnsonite flooring that Freeman Flooring stated they knew how to install, that was a joke! The installers that they sent over knew absolutely NOTHING regarding installing the floor. That was when someone would actually even show up... Trying to contact Travis Freeman is impossible, he obviously doesnt care about his company or his reputation. Sadly, we wasted 3 weeks on nothing. I then had to find and hire new contractors to come in, rip out the pitiful work that they had done, re-install and finish the remaining job. The amount of stress that this company has caused is ridiculous! Along with the awful job they started, they also tried charging more than the allowed contracted amount and created new invoices months later to try to collect money they werent owed. Johnsonite paid Freeman flooring to install one of our rooms as a demo. Low and behold, they tried charging us for something they didnt even pay for! I have spoken with Johnsonite themselves and they have assured me that Freeman Flooring will not be able to distribute their flooring anymore due to the unprofessional and fraudulent way they run their business. I hope everyone realizes what a crook this company is.
