She said, He doesnt work here anymore, & hung up on me! Ok... so I changed my 5 stars to 1. Guess Ill buy elsewhere if thats the way customers are currently being treated!PS: I used rugs.com. We bought three area rugs from Rugs-R-Us this week. The owner of the business was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure at all. He is simply there to answer any questions you have about the rugs, colors, recommended placement, recommended size for your room etc. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of rugs and can tell you the stitch count, country of origen and more on each rug he sells.The selection is very wide and the owner is extremely honest. The prices are fair. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for an area rug dont buy one until you stop at Rugs-R-Us, you wont be sorry.

Weve been to this place a few times and have bought 2 rugs from them. Every time we go there, everyone is really nice and helpful. They do their best to make sure you leave happy. They didnt have the rug we originally wanted so they helped us find a rug that we liked and gave us a good deal. I also like that they are a local place. If we ever need to purchase another rug, well be coming back here.

This place is great. Has more rugs of all sizes than every other local store combined. The staff was very helpful and attentive without feeling pushy at all.Dont settle with some other rug that almost works when you can find the perfect one here.

The owner and his staff are professional and very knowledgeable about Rugs. When I complete my remodel of my home I will be back to purchase several more for my collection. Personally I like the mix of Persians with modern rugs.

We went in search of three rugs and I was fully expecting to spend ALOT for all three and expected to have to go store to store. Luckily I saw the good reviews on this store and decided to come here. Without a doubt, this is my greatest find! I needed several rugs in several sizes. To my amazement I found everything I needed under one roof! The owner and staff took the time to help me from the time I entered to the time they loaded my car with my rugs. The selection along with their expert knowledge allowed me to feel comfortable and extremely satisified.

My husband and I had been searching for what seemed like months online for a 9x12 area rug that would also match our flooring and dining room set. We drove from Raleigh to Rug Gallery where we walked inside, looked for approximately 5 minutes, found the perfect 9x12 rug with matching colors, bought it for an awesome deal, and headed on our way. The owner (Zuhair) of the store was awesome to work with and gave us an amazing deal. He also helped my husband package and load it into the car. Zuhair also has tons of selections, sizes, and designs!

I couldnt get over how well he matched a rug for us. We brought in swatches of our new furniture, within minutes, he narrowed it down THE PERFECT rug. We were actually looking for a larger rug, but rather than trying ro sell us more, he said our room would look better with a smaller size rug. Plus it was a Karastan, and he gave us an amazing price. Zuhair was amazingly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable when choosing the perfect rugs for my home. The store has a ton of selections, but Zuhair was very kind in giving his expertise on what would look good in my home based on photos. So much easier and pleasant than shopping online! He even rolled them up and placed them in the car for me. Zuhair offered to exchange in the event my husband did not agree to my selection, but that wont be necessary because we love the rugs!

Over priced for what they are selling. They tried to sell me a rug that was clearly discolored by saying it was a glare from the sun...... in the back of the store. Also said I could fit a 9x10’ rug in my mits outlander... no way.
