Absolutely horrible! I needed a phone to be fixed so I gave the owner my phone and talked about the situation. He told me up front that he will have my phone fixed in a period of 2 days. I wait 2 days to come back with an answer of sorry I couldnt get to it, I will check later tonight.So fine, I wait the next day expecting whether or not my phone is broken and he says that he closed shop. Keep in mind that he did not let me know that this was going to happen and TOLD ME the phone will be ready. The next day later he makes another excuse saying that hes been busy. It has been over a week of repetitive excuses and he still has not done his job to take a look at the phone. Had to get my phone back with no answers if the phone can be fixed. I strongly recommend that you do not have this lazy business check your electronics!

Took over 4 hours to get a price quote on fixing my laptop, when I came in the guy was talking for 20 min to his wife on the phone. Never got the quote and had to go somewhere else.

I found this store while shopping for a phone on craigslist. It was a note 4 which the owner stated was unlocked for Verizon service. When he said he dealt in used electronics and phone repair I asked him if he would take a broken screen Note 3 $300 in exchange for the Note 4. He said sure. This is where it all went south.I go in and take my Note 3. The owner says he will not trade for the Note 3 and money and I said that was the only reason I drove so far to this store and refer him to the conversation (txt messages) I had with his employee. He still says he wont trade. Not a real deal break Im still thinking of buying the Note 4. So I get the Note 4 and (wisely) check it for Verizon service. I called cust support and Verizon said the IMEI didnt even exist on their network so it was not going to work(which means it was likely NOT unlocked in the first place and possibly even a blacklisted IMEI).So Im obviously not buying the Note 4. I ask what it would cost to repair the Note 3. He quotes me 225 and some change. So I said OK. They ask for half up front and charge my card 115. This is on a Monday, when I asked when it would be ready he said two days to get the part, and a couple hours to fix it. So I go back on Thursday at 4 PM. He said it wasnt ready Im a little miffed, but still no big deal. I went back on the following Monday at 4PM to find the store isnt even open (reg hours 10-5). So now Im a bit miffed. I got back Tuesday, and its still not ready, at this point Im a little pissed, and the owner says well what do you want me to do about it. I just said call me when its ready. He calls me the following Monday (two weeks after dropping it off) and asks me to bring the screws for the phone (which I gave to his employee in a box but his employee took a couple parts from the box and handed it back). So he says hell find some around the store. Then half jokingly says he going to charge extra for the screws. So when its time to pay he has to ask again what he charged. I told him 225 and change and i already paid 115. The owner tells him to charge me another 115, so he DID charge me for the screws.This was a poor experience all around. But to add to it all, while I was in there on one of my MANY visits. A guy brought his laptop in to sell him. It was easily a $600 dollar laptop (Im in IT so I have at least an above aaverage knowledge of computer hardware), the owner offered him 60 bucks. While I get he shouldnt pay actual cost of the computer, if the thing is worth $600 he could EASILY have sold it in his shop for $300. Which means he could have at least offered half that?The whole storefront and their practices just seemed a bit seedy to me. I would not recommend going here. I gave two stars because I eventually DID get what I paid for even it took too long and I paid a bit more than originally quoted (worth noting he didnt even knock off 5% or something for taking 2 weeks instead of 2 days).Sorry for the long post but I think its best to be very descriptive when reviewing somebody. It is after all their livliehood.
