My daughter has been trying to put money on her phone...so far they claim my credit card is not valid.. I asked for a supervisor ..they hung up on me.

I have never had a phone service through tracfone that ever worked. Their customer service reps are unhelpful. Both Total Wireless and Family Mobile are through Tracfone and they suck, there’s very low service coverage area and their internet is extremely slow even on LTE. I would not recommend any service through tracfone.
