We just moved here and Im so happy this business is so close to our home! It was efficient and clean and the employee (maybe owner) was very kind and helpful. Sent 2 cards out with money and the one with the cash was stolen. The other one with the check arrived at the location. I notice that the lady there kept reweighing my mail and eye balling it. Either it was put in the wrong mail box or she stole it. Very disappointed. This business is very well run and efficient. They also keep their shop clean and well organized. When I was in there yesterday, I was helped by one of the store owners who went well above and beyond to help me with my shipping needs. I highly recommend using this store.

Absolutely Phenomenal! My neighborhood Qwik Pack and Ship has the best staff, offer the best service, and ALWAYS make me feel respected. I cannot recall the last time I visited an establishment where the staff greets me by name. My family and I have used our neighborhood Qwik Pack and Ship for years and weve never had an experience that wasnt pleasant. When I needed to ship care packages to some deployed Soldiers, the staff made sure that everything was in order and even resealed the boxes for the long journey. They have replaced the U.S. Post Office in my world.I want to thank the staff for always being friendly, always greeting my family and I with a smile, and always going above and beyond to provide the best customer experience.God bless you all,The Simmons Family

All I can say is “thank you so much!” I waited until the last minute to return an item in the mail to a business in California. I arrived ten minutes before closing and they packaged my item to ensure I met the cutoff time for that day. I also was able to get two court documents notarized in the process. I appreciate the superb customer service and helpful attitude of the staff!

Even though it was busy, Monica was a Pro and helped me with my mortgage paperwork and notary signatures. She even went the extra step to reproduce a page that had an error, then put it all together snd fed-ex’d it.I was so impressed at her help and professionalism.This is now my store for shipping anything.

I should have known I was doomed for poor service when, as soon as I walked in the door and even before I could even say “hello”, I was curtly directed to stand in the red box even though I was not near anyone else. Following that less than polite greeting, the staff was completely unhelpful and beyond nasty. I would not recommend anyone patronize this establishment. Clearly customer service does not exist in their vocabulary. I would be happy to drive 10 more minutes to never come here again. Stay away!!

Came here to have a form notarized for my daughter (she was present) who is a minor that would be used to proof is her when she goes to take a test. This form is supposed to be the replacement of an ID. The lady here was so rude and unwilling to help she insisted she needed to have an ID, thought I brought what was required for the form to be notarized. Once I asked to pay for the copy I had already made she asked me to leave. WILL NEVER STEP INSIDE THIS PLACE AGAIN.

The staff is alway helpful and friendly. I travel from the other side of Fayetteville just to mail packages because I enjoy the cleanest of the store and the professionalism of the staff. I recommend this establishment at all. Keep up the good work and good customer service.

I came here to mail and package and wasnt quite sure what size box nor what shipping carrier to use. When I tell you this establishment was a blessing to me. These ladies are very respectful and knowledgeable. I was greeted with a smile from the time I walked in until I left. The store was clean, smelled good and I enjoyed the music. My business has an on going account with them which makes shipping our products painless. Shipping is easy and priced well. They also offer services like a notary for the rare occasion I need legal documents notarized. Great business and friendly staff! I recommend them to anyone needing to ship items.

It’s a nice/quiet place. There is only lady that is warm, kind, and friendly. The other person is a Pitt Bull! She looks like one and behaves like one. Her demeanor and mannerism is awful!! Overall, she brings the business down

I went here yesterday (3/12/2014) to overnight some documents for my husband. I got there at 1:15 pm and the store was closed with a sign on the door stating that they would return at 1:30, so I decided to wait in my car. I waited until 2:00 pm, and in that time two separate individuals approached the store, saw the sign on the door and left. At 2 pm, the manager or employee had still not returned. I left & went to the UPS store, where I was in and out in 5 minutes. I dont know how this place is still in business, since this is apparently a pattern for them (according to another reviewer)..

I arrived at this location at 9:37am. The sign on the door says they open at 9:00am and the store is closed with not one employee in sight. Im highly disappointed since I drove out of my way to attempt to use location to ship a gift. I will be complaining to higher management about this situation.
