Cold stone has always been my favorite. I’m so happy to move into Fayetteville, that the town has a cold stone. I visited and had my favourite customised version of dark chocolate ( with brownie, almonds and hot fudge) in a waffle bowl. The waffle bowl was nice, next day I wanna try the waffle cone. All the ice cream lovers out there, plz visit the store. The staff are nice and friendly.

A go-to place in Fayetteville for awesome ice cream mixes. It is very heavy feeling, but hits the spot when you have a craving for ice cream. The staff are always super nice. The outdoor seating could be improved, it s not a super nice place to sit outside.

I used to get their Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet, and then they got rid of it... but the kind lady last night mixed me up one and it was amazing! 10/10

We just went and picked up ice cream and oh my goodness it is so good! There were two ladies working in there and you could tell that they love their jobs. My step daughter got a double chocolate sprinkle dipped cone and I’m pretty sure I will have to clean my truck later. They have so many selections of ice cream and toppings and transportation devices! This is the place folks. This is the place.

Not satisfied at all ordered a cake days in advance paid with tip. The did not make my cake and said I could pick a random cake from shelf. No customer service.

My boy went in for some ice cream and the guy at the counter said, “it’s cool dude, I got it”. Always has great service but this guy made our day! Also, loveee the coffee ice cream here (:

My first time trying it out, really loved the ice cream flavors (I got chocolate cup cake, cake batter, cheesecake) all of them were amazing! I didn’t like the mango flavor much (did a taste test), but everybody has their own taste. Would recommend to all to go and try this place out!

Well I bought the 45$ cake and it looks absolutely nothing like the photo pretty disappointing.

The ice cream is good and the staff is very friendly every time Ive been. Curbside makes getting ice cream from here very easy.

For all the interest in exotic flavors, which I do love, the draw here for me is the richness of their vanilla ice cream. I dont even mind if there is a line that we have to wait on. Even waiting here is enjoyable. The stawart vanilla flavor here is an oft overlooked gem.

The flavors and texture of this ice cream is amazing, and I have traveled literally an hour just to have it. It is definitely my favorite ice cream place, and I recommend it too many. I always bring home containers full on ice.

First time going to a Cold Stone Creamery and I definitely wasnt disappointed! With so many ice cream flavors and add-ins theres a yummy combination for everyone! There are even suggestions if youre not sure what your taste buds are craving 😊 I had the banana bread ice cream(I know right!!!!) With fresh banana, cinnamon and pecans!Prices are rather expensive for ice cream but its a good treat once in awhile

The cookies and cream special in a waffle cone was just to die for! The cotton candy ice cream tasted much better than I thought it would--like pure sweet cream. Theyre very good about substitutions, too. The only problem was the atmosphere. The tables were tiny and cramped, and the teen pop music on the radio was unbearable! We got out of there as soon as we could feasibly juggle ice cream while driving. Go for the delicious ice cream, but get out as quickly as you can, and go somewhere more comfortable.

Great place to fulfill that sweet tooth. Great choice of ice cream and toppings. They also have some great mixes for you to try. The peanut butter explosion is yummy.

Poor quality cake for such an expensive price. Spending $40 on a cake for my birthday, I expected a better cake. It was waxy chocolate. I have had this cake before and it was great but this one from this location was made cheap. We even had it thaw for 30 min. So disappointed. Money wasted. I gave 2 stars because the guy at the shop was nice but that is all.

The usual story of a bad review. Usually LOVE cold stone, but this irksome experience made me want to scream into the ether, so that’s why I am here. Not a big deal on the cosmic scale. Usually go to Cold Stone 2 or 3 times a year as a special treat cause it is a bit more expensive than our usual budget allows. We get an “everyone” size (family size-ish) so that it lasts a while. That usually gets more than a normal size ice cream amount of toppings, but the person put even less than the regular “like it” or whatever one person size amount in. When I asked for more of the same topping (saying I would pay for it, since I assumed there was something I was missing), the worker put in about a half an Oreo more in, and also only mixed it into only one half of the ice cream since they were already packing up the other half into the container. The person didn’t seem to be in a bad mood, they just didn’t really seem to care. Since they were the only one there, and nobody I could double check my order with, we paid and left. Basically paid $20 for plain ice cream with a couple shards of oreo and cookie dough. Will probably go back in a few months, but man, totally ruined this normally special treat we allow ourselves. Anywho, since most likely nobody will read this and the company probably couldn’t care less about one bad review, I think my screaming into the ether objective has been accomplished. Enjoy your cold stone, and hope it is as awesome as cold stone usually is!

Usually I go into this place and they have really good service and ice cream but today whoever this guy that was working was very rude and then lied in my face after I told him that he missed an ingredient in my ice cream mix. I ordered straight off the menu with the exception of pecans the strawberry blonde mix and he forgets to put the Graham crackers in the mixture and I tell him and he cuts me off and says he did when Im looking right at him knowing he didnt. But me being nice I go ahead and pay for it and he even over charges for it. He needs to go find another job, because customer service isnt for Him. There was no one there but one other couple and he couldnt even get that right. Smh.
