Delicious, its been 30 years since Ive come across a BR!! New to Fayetteville and really close to home-- oh no!!

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes even though there were only 3 vehicles ahead only to get to the window when I was finally told that they didn’t have what I ordered. This could’ve been solved when I was initially ordering, and I would not have been upset. I will not be returning to waste time or money.

My family got the waffle cones and they were horrible. Ice cream was good but the cones were hard and rubbery.

Im only giving one star thanks to Kalicko saving the day. My little girl wanted to use her birthday coupon and no one offered to help us and we waited and waited, despite there being 4+ people working. (We were also the only ones in line and the drive-thru wasnt busy.) Kalicko realized what was going on, helped us and even went the extra mile to make her a sprinkle cone since they literally had no cones of any kind. I would have walked out but she had her heart set on it - thank you Kalicko for making her day special!

I had my daughters unicorn birthday cake made by Amanda B at this location. Not only was it beautifully decorated it was also delicious!! I will definitely order again!!!

I took my grandson to Dunkin Donuts and I was soooo disappointed..The drive-thru was extremely to long and my order was incorrect and the donuts were not fresh,it was actually hard for an old fashioned glazed donut.

Said they were out of chocolate had to go to the freezer to get more offered peanut butter instead. I then asked if they had rocky to as to which they replied yes. Sat at the window for 10 minutes while they asked me what my order was again 3 times. Then was told they were out of rocky road. Offered world class chocolate and sat for another 10 minutes. Ridiculous

The hours listed on the store window and on Google say they close at 10pm. I have now been there once at 9pm and once at 845pm on 2 separate days and they have had employees in the store that say they are closed both times. I certainly hope they arent getting paid for the hours they have closed early.

The service was really off today. I only saw two (2) people working in the store so maybe they were just short staffed. Usually, I get great service when I go there.

Picked up my sons birthday cake today, May 7, 2020. To say Im disappointed is under statement!!! It look likes a 12 year old decorated the cake. For an almost $40 ice cream birthday cake I was expecting a lot better quality. Wish I could upload photos!!!

Miranda the cake decorator at this location did a great job making my husbands birthday cake. She called me after hours because another associate at the store didn’t understand which cake I wanted. On top of that when I went to get the cake which was made way ahead of time another associate accidentally dropped it and Miranda came in and remade it within an hour. She also called me after hours again to explain to my why the oreo’s on the cake were broken and she didn’t have any full Oreos in store to work with unfortunately. She did the best she could to help me get a cake in time for my husband!

They were out of everything we tried to order...no bananas, no brownies, no mint chocolate chip ice cream, etc...

NEVER has waffle cones or bananas. We go up there specifically for banana splits and waffle cones. Went through the drive thru at 7pm when they close at 10pm and they say theyre sold out, why cant you make anymore? You have 3 hours left until closing.

Too expensive for no more than what you get. The banana split was way too small.

The workers are extremely rude and not friendly. Literally the worst drive thru. Every time I come the workers don’t know what the store have in stock.

This place was such a joke. 😂 went today, on a Wednesday, and asked for a sundae, and was told they don’t have bananas. So I asked for ice cream w/ brownie & they didn’t have brownies. I tried 3 other things, still being told they didn’t have the right ingredients before I left. Reviews were all right & I should’ve listened to them and gone elsewhere

Wish i could give them zero stars! went in to get an icecream cake for my kids birthday and the selection that they had was poor to say the least. they were all sloppy and you couldnt pay me to take one of their cakes! some of the smaller ones were nice but only feed 2 people, it took 15 min before anyone even noticed i was there and the fact that the sell cakes is surprising because of the low quality. it looked as though a child came in and made them! beyond disapointed! my friend ordered an absoutley gorgeous 2 tier rose cake from here and i guess they only put effort into ordered cakes instead of whats on display. ill take my chances somewhere else thank you .

Terrible never have anything in stock poor customer service

Went here to get hot fudge sunday and for the second time they say dont do hot fudge even though they advertise it. The employees have no clue how to make what is on the menu very disappointing servic .

I was not able to go into the store because there was not 3 people there. 2 people were there. Had to go through drive through. Said it would take 25 minutes to brew 2 big containers of coffee. They did not sound confident. Went to Duck donuts.

We had a great visit....we were with good friends so probably nothing else matters...the lady who helped us was apparently from a different store just filling in...but the ice cream was as good as chain ice cream gets...but the people who worked there were just as kind and nice as could possibly be...Ive never been treated so kindly

They do appear to need some help there. Trash was overflowing to the counters, trash on the counters and large buckets of ice cream just sitting out not even in the freezer. No napkins available either. I gave five stars for the great customer service.

For whatever reason this one store can’t get an order right for anything!! Have tried twice! How hard is it to put scoops of ice cream into a cup or cone! Horrific customer service too! What is it in Fayetteville and the terrible customer service!

There were 2 cars ahead of me in drive thru,after waiting 12 min,I left,cars that are awaiting orders that take should be asked to move up,so drive thru can keep moving

I ordered a banana boat. When the lady gave me my ice cream it was already almost completely melted. The whip cream was liquidity and the toppings where just thrown on there. It looked really sloppy.

This place is getting worst and worse!!!! Every time I go, they are out something. Now, they are out of containers to put a quartz of ice cream in!!! How do u run out of containers??? How do u sell ice cream??? This place need an overhaul!!! Fire whoever in charge and clean the place up. I mean literally clean the place (trash everywhere).

Ordered ice cream sundaes went to pay then they told us we dont have any spoons, Im sorry if I wouldve know this I wouldnt have ordered the ice cream!! Plus no napkins. Luckily there was a Dollar General so we could get a spoon to eat before our ice cream melted! #nothappy

Stood in line for 20 minutes before being noticed. Served by store rep wearing hoody and a backpack. Store was out of nuts, hotfudge and the store manager was completely unprofessional. I dont see how they stay in business. Need to screen future employees a little better.

The nastiest facility I have ever been too!. Most the icecream looked old or freezer burn. The staff was young and slow and playing around. The young girl that helped us, I dont know if it was her first day or not, but she clearly had no clue on even how to fix an icecream cone- some guy that im not even sure if he worked there cause of how he was dressed, ending up doing it.I just def will not go back, i wonder now what there grade is? Coffee tasted fresh. ( Often times it taste burnt at this location. ) Tonights coffee was superb.

Ice cream was okay. The place was really dirty. It had good crumbs all over the tables and floors.

This was kinda discussed my uncle milk shake tasted like it had water in it not milk and the sugar cones were stale I wouldnt recommend going here sorry

Terrible service. Didnt have several flavors. We were asked to pull forward and told they would bring our order out. We waited almost 15 minutes for our order. We will not go back.

Dirty store. Poorly staffed. More like 13 flavors and some of those are mystery ice cream.

Bring a book while you wait... even the simplest order is a 5-10 minute wait minimum. Its ridiculous

Walked out. There was a guy obviously training with no help from the trainer. Three other customers were helped by the trainer while he fumbled through one of the four sundaes I intended to order. Then when the trainer had no customers she didnt help. She went to the back to talk to someone who just made a McDonalds run. I walked out.

Every time I come here it’s usually pretty slow and yet it always takes someone at least 5 minutes to come to the register and help me. No one ever greets me or says “we’ll be right with you”. I could get over that if the donuts or coffee ever came out good but the other day I literally ordered a blueberry coffee and they gave me a caramel one??? I was like uhhh..ok LOL. And the donuts are always cold. Also my fiancé inquired about employment and the worker said their manager doesn’t hire white people so there’s that too.

Over the past 4 years I have been there 5 times ordering the drive thru. All 5 times they didnt have in stock what was in the menu.2 nights ago I ordered 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream....guess what, they were out! Thanks for for NOTHING!

Exactly what the others are saying. Just got back from the drive thru. Asked lady what the flavor of the month was, she replies i dont know. I asked her if she could look real quick, she said nope. Lmao so rude that this literally made me laugh out loud. I probably wont ever stop laughing at how crazy rude the drive thru was. Worst and most hilarious experience. Threw the ice cream at me and charged me for 2 scoops, only got one. This place needs new managment.

Dont visit this place!! After visiting roughly 2 days ago, we purchase 2 cups of double scooped butter pecan ice cream 20 minutes before closing time. When we left, we realize that the ice scream was frost bitten, and they had already locked their doors for closing. We contacted management back and spoke with a female who stated her name was Jeremy. She literally asked us why we didnt save the ice cream. Explain to me how does someone save ice scream out in this hot heat in North Carolina who were just stopping in to grab a small treat. Makes no sense. So we disposed the item. Baskin-Robbins have always stood behind their product, and needless to say, I am very disappointed to gain no resolution for the amount of money we spend just on 2 cups of double scooped ice cream. So to everyone who follows my writing, spend your money else where because they dont believe in taking care of their consumers. Dont visit the Basket Robbins located in Fayetteville, NC on Skibo Rd beside Arbys and Across the Street from McDonalds and Burger King. This is the worst place Ive ever been to. The employees are rude and do not care about the customers. Me and my family waited at the ice cream station for 20 minutes before someone came and helped us. While we stood and waited 6 employees stood around talking and on the phone. We were helped by a nice young man but he didnt really know his job and they were out of everything!! Ice cream was frosted over like it was old, the ice cream station was caked in dust and ice cream dripping down the glass. It looked like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks. Very disappointed because I love Baskin Robbins as a child. But this will cause me to never go back.

They never get your order right ever. they rip you off with every ice cream you order. I have never had a baskin robbins half ass everything they do like this. If you want good one dont go to this one.

This place has realty good food and coffee but because they dont get alot of business because of where it is on Ramsey Street they should be alot cleaner because the staff is just sitting there sometimes plus I went in there one time and the lady was on the phone and would come to the counter until she was done on the phone which took a couple minutes

Nice scoops of mint icecream

Drive thru order a bagel and a THICK shake. They gave me a cup of milk over a scoop of ice cream. I reminded them that I had asked for a THICK shake. So they took it back and 1 min later the shift leader (cant even call her a mgr with that I dont want to help attitude) came to the window and sd that they dont make thick shakes. I let her know the person who took my order said they do and Id just like for it to be remade. She sd okay and that Id have to pay for an additional scoop of ice cream to make it thick. ***even though the cup wasnt even full to begin with**** took a refund and went to my regular baskin robbins. If you are going for shakes you are better off at mcdonals....

I only drove by. They dont have non fairly low carb ice cream and too expensive.

Ordered three shakes and recieved three over priced cups of milk. Hardly any ice cream! Ruined our day, getting milk downed icecream. Wont go back there. Just go to Wal-Mart and get regular ice cream.
