Just tried this place and its awesome. A must try. We will be back again......oh yeah, Sabra was excellent.

If youre ever in Fayetteville, North Carolina then I strongly recommend this place for lunch or even dinner. Even though it had a pretty nice crowd, we still got seated and served all within 30 minutes. This place will satisfy the sandwich lover and vegan at heart. It has an extensive (and I do mean extensive) menu ranging from wraps, flatbreads, soups, salads, pizza and an assortment of desserts. I did not spare my taste buds on anything. I built my own wrap filled with all my favorite veggies wrapped in a zesty red sun dried tomato wrap (sorry😔 forgot photo), an island salad that will satisfy the islander in you, topped with homemade croutons, and a Tresca pizza with an amazing crust. You will not be dissatisfied. And before we left, my wife ordered a caramel apple platter with sliced apples dipped in caramel and pistachios. And heres the kicker... It was all under $50 bucks. I definitely know I got my moneys worth and would recommend this place to anyone who visits. You cant lose.

Fast. Good fresh food. We split the wrap for lunch. Seems like theres too much on the menu for someone who hasnt been there before.

Huge menu with fresh food and large portions. Potato salad is like a perfectly cooked baked potato with all the fixings. Grilled cheese, new deli sandwich and PB and fluff.

I had been seeing posts from here on Facebook and the food looked incredible. Let me tell you, whoever runs your FB site is a genius. The descriptions of food are funny and intriguing and the pictures are awesome! We live an hour away so when we had to go to Fayetteville I immediately got excited that I could finally try this place.When we walked in, I immediately thought how adorable and inviting it is. Of course the Christmas decorations are festive, but I bet its still super cute anyway.Our server, Sabra was the best! She was so sweet and made great suggestions. She made the experience perfect.Now lets get to the food ......the reason to come here right? Oh...my....Lord!!! It was everything I had hoped it would be! I love a French Dip so I ordered the French Dip panini. It was the best one Ive ever had! No lie!I got a piece of cheesecake drizzled with milk chocolate and melted cappuccino to go for my son. He is a huge cheesecake fan and he loved it!The only disappointment was they were out of apples, which I wouldve loved to have. Definitely will go back for that......and to try some other sammies!!

The apple and strawberry are amazing. I have only been once so i have to try something else to eat maybe a pizza. I didnt enjoy the wrap i chose but i think that was on me. But it did take a minute for someone to take my order. Overall experience was good, they are very nice. Will go again soon

My first time coming ordering from New Deli and I was pleased! I ordered a 215 salad with salmon and a almond joy cheesecake. The salad was big and had enough salmon.The cheesecake was delicious. It had shredded coconut, white chocolate and almonds. The price for both of them was very decent. I will definitely be returning.

Food was delicious as usual but the waitress was a bit preoccupied. Gave me wrong order but it was delicious so I kept it. Then she brings me out another order because she thought I ordered both a salad and sandwich. Did not charge me though. I had to ask a couple times for a refill on my drink then she asked me the 3rd time. Had to ask for olive oil and croutons that I ordered initially. I think she is new. Sweet girl but needs help with learning customer service. The food was spectacular though!

I love New Deli the food is always fresh and I receive my food on a timely manner. The Staff are very helpful and kind. Every time I go to New Deli I try some different . They have some delicious desserts too. You will not be disappointed!

It was my first time there and all I ordered was a Cobb salad with balsamic vinaigrette and the toast. So, my toast was a little burnt AND cold when I ate it. My Cobb salad was supposed to have chicken, bacon, boiled egg, and avocado. There was no bacon, like 5 eggs, mushed up avocado & big a**slices of tomato 😒I was so excited to try this place because I’ve heard great things but I was very devastated by this & I waited about 15 minutes for this oh AND they ended up giving me ranch instead and I can’t eat ranch so I had a dry a** salad..

I had the BEST experience ever. I filled out the contact us form with event information (time, place, budget, and amount of people) on their website and within hours I had a quote for catering. The selection of food they put together was perfect and took the hassle out of trying to figure out what to order. They even deliver! We had appetizers, sandwiches, and desserts and everyone raved about the food. I will definitely be using New Deli for catering in the future. Also, I’ve eaten at the restaurant several times and it’s always amazing. No wonder they won a couple of first place trophies at the Readers Choice Awards!

So this place in the food category is a 5 star for sure. The reason for the 4 star was a couple of things. The location its in isnt very easy to find from the road. The restroom is not inside the store but rather more like a first floor shared bathroom down the hall outside the main restaurant. Also the menu is very sizable so I can take several minutes to get through. The last ones is only a negative if your indecisive and is your first time I suppose. I will say the food was super good. The staff was very pleasant. Also if your looking for healthy or vegetarian options you wont be disappointed. All in all defiantly worth checking out.

Food is pretty good, called in an order At 11am, came in to pick it up at 2:10pm had to wait till 2:50 pm to get Carmel Apples. Will not and would not recommend Unless you want to have to wait and wait plus have to talk to the staff. The staff is nice.

If you know you know... New Deli is beating the big name sandwich shops at their own game: customization. I would state what my favorite item is here, but I haven’t even scratched the surface of the menu! Love their BLTs, subs are incredible too. Do NOT miss the apples and strawberries... there’s a reason the logo is an apple! The service is always great and friendly, and I can’t wait for my next visit. Keep up the great work and I’ll be back soon with friends and family.

OMGoodness the potato salad is out of this world. We try different sandwiched or entrees when we go and nothing has disappointed. Table service and counter service have been kind and courteous. We love to go places that have happy employees that are engaged in what they are doing.

Ive never had a bad meal at New Deli. They have a huge variety of options for lunch and dessert. Definitely one of my favorite places!!

This is the best sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The sandwich selection is enormous, not to mention you can build your own for the same price! They have just an awesome variety of desserts and other food selection. The setting of the shop is super cute and creative. The workers were very nice! I couldn’t even say enough good things about this shop. My new favorite place! Thank you guys seriously 🙏🏻 I highly recommend. I’d vote for them for president. 👌🏻

I ordered around 3:30pm on 10/27/2020 & My Mediterranean wrap was not good at all. I will not get that again. I’m just going to stick with the same sandwich I always get. My strawberries tasted really old and they were extremely soft as if they were bad or going bad so I will just stick to getting the apples. I wanted to try something different today but, I felt like I just completely wasted my money. I was very disappointed and had to eat something from work because I threw everything away except the pasta salad and my drink. Service was great as always!! Just not sure what was up with the food today.

Ordered a wrap that was supposed to be turkey and was given ham. My brother had a separate order and ordered turkey as well and got ham. Very disappointed. I tried this place once before and loved it and now im highly disappointed in the food. Everything was bland.

I absolutely love new deli and it’s always a guaranteed stop when I come to Fayetteville to visit :) my only recommendation is that gluten free bread options be added to the menu for our family and friends with gluten intolerances. Thank you new deli for all the delicious meals and great prices!

Ordered food and two desserts thru door dash. The order arrived without the desserts. I called the restaurant and was greeted, apologized to and they delivered the desserts faster than promised. And the food/desserts are Amazing!

I order deli Caesar wrap that was suppose to come with warmed with shaved Parmesan & Asiago cheese, croutons lettuces, chicken and dressing.I received very small cold wrap with just chicken, lettuces, and dressing. when I call I was told that, that is the way the order is made. This food was over priced and disgusting not to mention how long I had to wait for it. I honestly wish I could get my money back cause my lunch was not enjoyable.In all honestly, the food was good at times but recently it has not been. The wait is too long, my order has been wrong a lot. I think that with the pandemic I have just been receiving Subpar food and service which is disappointing as the prices are still pretty high so why is the service not the same.

I order from New Dehli at least twice a week. I always enjoy my meal and delivery is always on time, the food is fresh and hot and my order arrives correctly. But today.....the order was totally incorrect, I ordered chips that were missing and there was no receipt in the bag. I waited almost an hour an a half for my order. Usually, the driver/restaurant will call and inform me of a delay. Not this time....Needless to say, I was hungry and a bit upset when I got the order and it was not what I paid for, I was furious.

I have been here a few times and the food is great, but the service is even better. Every time I have been in the restaurant the ladies that work there are cheerful and take time to talk to you. A great local business to support! Plus, their apples are so yummy....

Great lunch spot with healthy options, too. Was working in Fayetteville and found this place. We ate here every day and always had something completely different and delicious. All of the staff is on top of it as well. They can get rather busy, but the wait (if any) is worth it.

There are many things to talk about here, so Im going to break it up into different categories:1. Atmosphere: Its a very inviting place. The decorations have a nice feng shui going on, where everything just works. Nothing looks out of place despite how much there is. The music is modern but also doesnt seem to be just 98.1. If you wanted a sandwich and were choosing between different restaurants, Id recommend going here for this alone. And we havent even gotten to the really important parts of a restaurant, which is of course the restaurant.2. Service/people: Everyone was friendly and casual. I apparently forgot to read while I was there and thought the dessert with a sandwich applied too all desserts, but the server showed me the line right below that showing it only applied to apples and strawberries. It was completely my fault, but nobody brought it up and I only felt embarrassed on the inside, which is fine.Outside of that, they were closing when we got there and they didnt look or sound mad at us when we entered at about 7:35 PM. They were also very patient and didnt rush us out even when we were still there at 7:50. I mean, I wasnt trying to be slow, it just kinda happens you know? They also had some extra dessert strawberries at closing time, so they gave some to us (and it wasnt just a little bit, it was probably at least $15 worth of strawberries and theyre really good). Speaking of…3. Food: their sandwiches are amazing. I got the highland panini (turkey, ham, cheeses, red onions) and my mom got a french dip sandwich, and we both greatly enjoyed it. It was one of the best sandwiches Ive had in a long time. They also give a free side/small apple or strawberry platter with the sandwich, so I got apples with a turtle covering (chocolate, caramel, pecans) and that was also really good. The apple itself was sour and it complemented the turtle part nicely, both in taste and texture. They have specific apples of the week, and while this week was almond joy, I think they were out of that when we went in.Side note as an edit: the menu has pages full of different sandwich choices, to the point where Id honestly be surprised if you couldnt find something you wanted.Overall, this was the best dining-out experiences Ive had in a long time. I would highly recommend going here, and I honestly feel bad tipping only $3 for the $15 order. (granted it was my mom ordering but if I had a five I would have tipped it in a heartbeat). Ill definitely recommend this place to others, especially my dad if he asks where we should go for dinner some night.

I would just like to take a moment to compliment the customer service at New Deli. My wife and I have been eating there for many years. I was a little hesitant to try the delivery but due to this COVID stuff we gave it a try. Well my order did get messed up. But thanks to my driver texted me to let me know he was close, I called him to let him know my order was messed up. Well he went above and beyond customer service by not only having my order remade and throwing in a couple of their delicious strawberries!!! My faith in New Deli restored and a customer for life!! Thank you Michael!!!

I was pleased with my sandwich. But the fruit was far from fresh.

I was very excited to visit because my family regularly ate here before the pandemic. I am very disappointed. The sandwich was soggy, roast beef was old, and you ran out of lettuce.

Ordered online missing food from order, took 50 minutes to get it so it wasnt worth trying to reorder lady unsure if Id have to pay delivery to have someone come out to give the rest of the order. Coffee was only 1/3rd filled and cold, pricey delivery to not have your order done properly or atleast get a full cup of warm coffee

Not a lot of sit down area, long wait for waitress. Saw a waitress drop silverware on floor which caused food to fall, well she picked up silverware but never cleaned up food and nor did the other employees, all keep stepping over it or on it.

I stopped here while in town visiting. Its a cute deli with an extensive menu selection. I had the jadeite salad with chicken added which was quite tasty. The portions are substantial. Its worth a stop if youre looking for something off the beaten path.

I cant say enough good about New Deli! Their menu is large and very unique. Prices are good and staff are always very cordial. In all they do, they take things to perfection and beyond. Its the little things they do that makes the place so great. Well, that and the excellent sandwiches, salads, sides and apples. You absolutely cant go wrong ordering from New Deli! Their catering is also fantastic with very good pricing. They fail to disappoint.

If you are ordering for a large group to be delivered be aware and save yourself time and energy and do not order. The food is amazing here, however lack of customer service and communicate will prevent customers from returning. A group of us from work decided we would order food, I called the location to see if they had delivery for the time we needed - the lady on the phone stated they did not have the time available for delivery. I stated that was fine we would do pick up, hung up the phone. One minutes later she called back and said they did have the time frame open for delivery, told her great and she instructed me on how to order and only pay for one delivery fee. AGAIN GREAT! Our delivery time was 12, at 12:10 we start questioning where the food is. Another ten minutes pass, we all agree it would be in the best interest to call the location to find out what is going on with our order. As soon as the phone is answered we are put on hold, understood its lunch time. The lady comes to the phone and I then explain we had ordered for a delivery at 12, it is now 12:28 and our food is not here. We are only on lunch for an hour, which would only leave us 30 minutes to eat. She starts questioning what the order names were, provided this information which she then puts me on yet another hold. She comes back to line about three minutes later and states the order in the process of being created and will be delivered shortly. IT IS NOW 12:32. I asked to speak to the manager because again we at this point do not have time to get food from somewhere else with having to be back to work in 28 minutes. She puts me on another hold, while on hold she accidentally unmuted the call and I could hear the conversation between her and a man. She then comes back to line and states again the orders are being made and they will be delivered shortly. Again I have to reinstate that we will not have to eat due to being in the medical field we cannot eat at our desk. She states that all orders are completed besides two. I ask for the manager again, she stated the manager was busy and could not speak at the moment. This is not ok for a business, you are in charge of the staff and if there is an issue you address the issue (basic common sense). We all agreed that a refund would be best, she continued to state the food was almost ready and they would include gift cards --- again we do not even have 20 minutes left to eat. What is the point of delivering the food? She then stated she could not provide refunds at that given moment that we would have to call her back. EXCUSE ME WHAT? She said they were busy and that she could not go through the process of refunding each individual at the given moment. 12 minutes later I am called to gather the card information from each individual person.This is not how you run a business!!! Again the food is great, but the customer service is terrible. If you like to support locations who truly value their customers, this is not the place.

AMAZING food but, the place smells really weird. Ruined my appetite a bit. Also our waitress took a while to attend to us. We had gotten our drinks and waited for almost 30 minutes until she took our order. She would walk by us many times and not say anything. The menu is also really hectic and hard to read. Looks like they designed it with every Microsoft Word effect possible. They had really good food though:)

I ordered the apples from there. I got three different orders of apples and they were stale and the manager continue to persuade me that they were fresh. Every time I order them which was three times. The lady was a very rude. And then my Aunts friend. also order the same day and they were still stale. They do not serve fresh food. I would not eat there if I was you.

The food is really good & filling. Prices are a little high for just one person alone. But for the quality and quantity, I am not one to complain. If you like big apples, cheesecake or chocolate covered strawberries this is your place! You wont be disappointed.

If you love candid apples, then you will go crazy over the delicious gourmet apples at New Deli.New Deli has the largest Granny Smith apples I have ever seen! They are dipped in a generous amount of caramel and chocolate (either white or milk) and then rolled in a variety of toppings. My favorite is Apple Pie, and when its sliced, it can easy feed four people! While I’m a big fan of their gourmet apples, New Deli also offers a menu of other desserts, hot and cold sandwiches, soups, and pizzas. The staff is always welcoming and friendly! Stop by for a delicious treat!

Its sad the food is amazing. But the service is horrible. I had to ask for a menu after sitting for 10 minutes with hardly anyone in the building. I finally approached two of the girls to ask for menus and say the people behind me needed some too.its very sad because the food is so good servers need to be retrained.

What a menu; something for everyone. The Ruben was delicious, and a grilled cheese option for every taste bud. Was clearly a busy lunch spot, so if you want a seat get there before noon.

I would recommend this place to any and everyone! The food is amazing and priced well. The employees are super friendly and dont make you feel rushed with ordering. They are helpful when it comes to figuring out what you want and the wait isnt long.

Giving two stars because the food is actually good, but cannot rate any higher because of the horrible service. I just walked out of this place with my husband because we sat at a table for 30 minutes waiting for our waitress to come to our table to take our order, which never happened. While we waited we watched her help THREE WALK IN customers that were ordering to-go. I’ve been to this place countless times and the wait always takes forever! Whether it’s taking an order or getting your food, you should be prepared to have a 30 minute wait for both. We will not be returning.

Ive only visited this place twice, once it was busy and once it wasnt. The service was great and fast both times. I recommend trying this place. It has a vast variety of food to select for carnivores and vegans.

I heard great things about this place. Went for the apples and don’t get me wrong, they were okay. But it’s an overkill of how much they put on it. You can’t really enjoy it. Also, I got a roast beef panini. Extremely dry. It wasn’t really “fun” I’m better off at Jersey Mike’s honestly. Overpriced.

Enjoyed it quite a bit. Lots of choices on their menu and the service was polite and prompt. Both the dipped strawberries and apples are definitely worth trying.

This place really is awesome. They have great desserts, the salads are always fresh, the soups are tasty, especially on a cold day, and all the sandwiches are good and loaded with fresh veggies, if you so desire. For a deli.....this one is most certainly the BEST in town. Sometimes they are out of strawberries or soup but, that is to be expected......this place stays very busy and if you come later in the afternoon they may be out but, the chicken salad makes this place worth a visit any day, any time.

Have been here numerous times. Great and extensive menu. Awesome quality. My favorite is the tuna with brie and other items on a panini. Can also sub the panini for a spinach or tomato wrap. Mmmm. Have so many other mouth-watering choices. Everything comes with a choice of sides that include pasta or potato salad, fresh fruit or a chocolate-dipped strawberry. Everyone that has served me is super- nice and efficient. Since corned beef is on the menu they need to add hot pastrami!

This past Fri 11/8 had a bowl of potato soup that wasnt a bowl to me and was extra watery w three pieces of potatoes, primarily vegetables!!! Do Not order potato soup especially if youve experience good soup. Lets not forget they gave me a fork and knife!!!! Chicken sandwich is good except this time the croissant was extra crispy and a lil char...I wish I could post my horrible soup

I went yesterday and was disappointed, I was not greeted by the workers. One employee looked up at me and did not speak and just kept doing what she was doing. Also I ordered the mediterranean wrap, it was disgusting totally not worth almost 8.00 dollars. The meat had an odd taste to it and the spinach was welted. Also I thought those kind of wraps were to be served cold since feta cheese is in the wrap, the wrap served to me was warm.. (gross). Total waste of money and time, I won’t be back. The only thing that was good was the fruit.

Great place, great food. Service is ok but if you make a to go order and they say itll be ready by 11:45, be prepared to wait an extra 30 minutes. They are never on time for Togo orders. Every time Ive ever been here, I wait an extra long time, even when I call ahead and make the order extra early. 🤷‍♀️

Very disappointed with the customer service and the wait for food. Granted they were pretty busy, that doesnt mean the customer service has to be bad. I asked the server and cashier several questions and she seemed annoyed and wouldnt even look me in the face. The other waitress was nice but she boxed up my food and I had to ask where it was at, I was dining in and didnt ask it to be boxed. This was at the green st. Location. As a manager I would suggest getting new employees that work the floor. The food was ok but pricey. I was very excited to try this place but Im super disappointed. Will not be returning.

Great food and awesome customer service!! I placed my lunch order online and ordered two apple pie apples for me and someone else. They accidentally left off one of the apples, they are human it happens, when I called they corrected the problem and gave me a 5 dollar off coupon for a future visit. Busy. Waitress was not the best. Still tipped her because she was polite. Liked the food. She gave me extra strawberries because order was slow.

I had the philly cheese steak in a wheat wrap with strawberries as a side. It was perfect, crispy and spicy with great quality ingredients.The service was awesome, everyone was extremely nice and helpful - they were also great with questions. This is our new favorite spot in Fayetteville, it reminds us of California.

This is the best lunch spot Ive ever been to. The best salad Ive had - I believe it was called the tropical salad. I try to eat healthy as much as I can so I prefer a place where I cant smell fries cooking. I eat here at least a few times a week!

Delicious dipped strawberries! I had milk chocolate but all flavors are soo good. They have a variety of food from pizzas, paninis, salads and subs which all look very good but I haven’t tried yet. Nice ambiance and would make a great lunch date or just a quiet place to eat. New deli is located in a business plaza so you may have a bit of a time finding it but it’s worth the time!
