I haven been here in a while & glad I came today. The maple bacon is my favorite. I also got the oreo & for the 1st time I tried the apple cobbler. It was delicious. So I shared the maple bacon which I never do but had to let my friend know how good they are. 😉😁

Duck Donuts is an extremely extra ordinary dessert parlor. You can not compare to your regular old dunking donuts or antipsychotic Kreme, even though those places have their own unique tastes. Duck donut by far is the best compared to them both; simply because the fact that you can customize your donuts a total of infinite amount of ways. The bacon is the sun is a total bomb. I have come here about 3 times already just that unique donut. The only down side is right when I visit it’s not the day for military discount. I always enjoy taking advantage of military discounts as I enjoy supporting businesses that support our nations military. I totally recommend this place to be given a shot. They’ll prepare a nice warm and delicious donut right in front of you. I like mine with extra bacon(;

Today i woke up VERY Excited to try duck donuts with my wife .. To my surprise i walked into a disaster and a complete mess of a store. I proceeded to order my donuts then my order was placed . I watched them make their hand dipped donuts and go through them quickly, as i watched them make the donuts i realized they skipped our order ! i spoke to the head employee and she started my donuts and never finished them. It took them 30 minutes to complete 6 donuts .

I played it safe with a lemon and powder and cinnamon sugar donut, my sister got the maple bacon with carmel! Man I will not play it safe again! The ducks were hot, soft in the middle with a beautiful crunch on the outside! The gentleman was not gentle with the toppings and i appreciate him for that!! I was mad that I didnt order what my sister had but I really enjoyed my 2 donuts! Ill be visiting Fayetteville often so this is on my permanent visit list! Outstanding!!!!

Amazing, they make each fresh from scratch in front of you and make each individual specialty donuts. You have to try the Bacon Maple Donut, its yummy. Highly recommended 👌

Doughnuts were good but more flavored/consistency of a funnel cake. Some were a little too sweet but some were perfect. Made fresh after you order.

Arrived this morning with my mother for just two shakes. While we sat and waited for them, I had the experience of watching two workers argue over who was gonna make someones order, then watched the person who was making our order stop to join in on their conversation. Noticed that those workers saw that I was looking at them and started talking about me. I got up and demanded my refund. Which no one working there had a clue on how to do a refund, they had to call I assume their manager to issue one. Thats a darn shame that your customers had to hear the commotion going on, what was clearly very unprofessional. And that they were left not fully capable of doing their job.

So, the customer service was top notch, and the large heavy set black man who made our dozen assortment was so meticulous and professional about it; oh and the donuts are magic in your mouth.

Pretty novel idea, make donuts even better. 5 of us had donut sundaes and they were fantastic. Not too sweet either. Maybe a little pricey, but eh.... Ill still give them 4 stars.

Customer service was great! Donuts were delicious! Each truly are made to order and right where you can see. The kids enjoyed watching. We had a couple people ahead of us so we did have to wait a little but it wasn’t bad at all.

Needs strong management. Too much time was spent chatting with customers and not on doughnuts. I dont blame the employees because nobody can afford to be rude but I only bought 2 doughnuts and spent 20 minutes waiting for them.

I love donuts. This place is very creative with how they decorate these fresh made donuts. There are no filled donuts. Sometimes a jelly filled is delish. However besides the missing filled donuts this place is absolutely wonderful. Great customer service and food quality. Clean place. They even offer doggy treats!

Great donuts. Worst coffee and terrible customer service. They reported a post on my page (I tagged them) as inappropriate on Facebook, because I said the donuts were good and the coffee wasnt. Thats all I said...but now Id like to add it was luke warm, weak and tasted mostly of artificial vanilla. The appropriate response to this would have been to reach out, not reporting it to Facebook.

They made the order fast and all the donuts looked absolutely delicious and they were scrumptious 😋 if I could Id rate it a 12 star

Newly opened. I can here to try this new idea where you can create your own donuts and they make them to order. First off. Lovely clean store. The staff is funny and very friendly. The donuts are sooooo soft and fluffy and sweet and melt in your mouth.I definitely recommend!

I’m in from out of town and had a craving for a donut and i happened to stumble upon duck donuts. And oh my goodness it was a wonderful surprise. The donuts were outstanding, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I am going to make it a point to come here every time I make it back into town.

Just left this place. Been coming here for a few years and today was the worst experience I’ve had here. I brought my brother who flew from Texas to show him how good this place was. We walked in and the guy working told us to put masks on. I asked him if they had some to give us because if a establishment requires you to wear a mask they have to give you one, he said no and kicked us out. We went and got some masks because I love the donuts and when we came back and ordered, the donuts looked terrible. Literally the worst costumer service and looking donuts I’ve ever got from here. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here for a while.

These donuts are going to give me type II! Theyre so very delicious. The shakes are liquid gold, and the coffee beats Starbucks in my opinion.

First time here after hearing so much about this place. Came in at 9pm and it was jammed packed. Ladies were super nice and even helped me out since it was my first time. The cashier had to delete my order and re do it just to get me a better deal. Now that’s what I call customer service. Donuts were awesome also. Best donuts I have had and I truly was in denial of something being better than Krispy Kreme until tonight.

All I can say is WOW!!! This place is my new go to spot. Coffe is great. Donuts are amazing 🤩🤩🤩. Prices are worth it!!! Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. And it o my takes about 5 minutes for a custom dozen donuts. Cant beat that. I will be back!! No photos this time but will post next time.

I am from out of town and was really excited to try the donuts. I don’t normally post reviews and definitely not negative ones but the girl at the counter giving out the coffee was rude. I ordered a large salted caramel cappuccino which cost $4.80 and got half of the cup filled with nothing but foam. My boyfriend ordered the same thing and got what you would expect. He politely asked if she could just fill it up a little more with coffee and she was reluctant to help. When she did finally agree there was a little more FOAM added to it but still remained half full.

I started to give only one star but because the young lady who took my order on tonight was so sweet I gave it two stars! The two workers who was preparing the donuts was completely unprofessional! They was playing and joking around while customers was waiting on their food! They had four orders to complete (including my own) and they took their time playing around! I have never seen employees playing like children in the work place! Something has to be done!

I love this place but I forgot my mask because we drove a different car and they KICKED ME OUT. said I couldn’t order even when I asked for a mask to use. Such a shame because we came here all the time, no more. Treat us like people please!!

Not your typical Duck Donuts experience. They have donuts but no breakfast sandwiches like other Duck Donut shops. They had a minimal amount Duck Donuts swag which was always purchased as part of the experience when I brought new people here. My kids still enjoyed their donuts but everything else is disappointing.

• First time going here. Not sure what ALL the hype was about. I like to try new things and but Ill pass on coming back here.

Ok so I will give this place a 2 only because the donuts are absolutely delicious but the customer service that I received yesterday was horrible 🗣🗣 I walked in with my daughter and there where several workers (all really young) working and it took 2 minutes before a young guy finally walked up to the register and just starred at me, finally I told him that he should say hello and then take my order and he said ok let’s try again so I said ok and then he said you go first so then I said nooooo you go first 👀 then he laughed and said hello and I placed my order, this was the weirdest experience ever and after 10 minutes I finally left with my donuts. I will say that the donuts are good but nothing is good enough to deal with bad customer service so I don’t think I will be back not at least until the service improves!

I was told about this place and had to try it. Its a family owned donut shop with the most tasty, delicious, fresh made donuts you can imagine. I tried the Oreo cookie donut as well as the maple bacon. Both were delicious!

I LOVE donuts!!!! But I was not impressed with what I got from duck donuts. Me & my son got a dozen assorted & I have to say that while the donuts looked & smelled amazing, the taste left us disappointed. The donuts themselves had very little flavor. The only flavor came from the toppings. Employees were very nice but Ill take Dunkin or Krispy Kreme any day.

This place is amazing. By far the best donuts I have ever had. My whole family is obsessed with this place since we first tried it. There are so many different flavors to choose from m, and all of them have been great so far. My absolute favorite is the French toast donut though. It is perfect with a big glass of milk. This is a fun little place to go for a snack. Family friendly and your choice to dine in or take your order to go. The staff have always been so friendly and helpful each and every time my family and I have been. Totally would recommend this place for anyone with a sweet tooth.

The manager was not friendly, even after my pleasantries of stating that it was my first visit to the store and I had no idea as to what to order.... she scowled...I asked if she were okay and her reply was, I am sick with an upper respiratory infection and Im here. 🤔🤷‍♂️😩 Uhm, should I ask for someone else to take my order? 🤣😂 Anywho, I tried the famous Maple Bacon donut..... not my thing, but if the bacon were on a sandwich and the maple were on a sausage with some scrambled eggs, Id have to give it five stars!!! I gave it three stars because it was made fresh as I waited.

You have a lot of options here with flavors. The staff is nice and work as fast as they can. The donuts are IMO, a cakey donut but the good kind! They are delicious!!

Simply put theyre the best donuts around. period.

Drinks tasted artificial, caramel coffee was just a cup of caramel with no hint of coffee, donuts were undercooked and doughy and all of the toppings melted off and made a mess.

Donuts are always amazing but every single time I go here it takes them forever to even start on the frapps/shakes. I usually have to remind them I ordered one.
