Very inventive donut creations, as you can tell from the photos. One donut would easily serve 2 people, unless you are highly sugar tolerant. My wife and daughter got cotton candy (very sweet), key lime (very tasty), double super chocolate (too chocolatey for me, but they liked it), cookies and cream (too sweet), and strawberry cheesecake (very good, did not taste like cheesecake). But among all the toppings, fillings, and colorful icing, my favorite was donut the old fashioned! Nothing fancy, just a REALLY good old fashioned donut. Rich buttery cake flavor and crispy edges with all the nooks and crannies filled with the sugar glaze. Very pleased with this one, and would get it again. I also got a cinnamon roll, but while flavor was good, it was a bit in the dry side, like it had been cooked the night before maybe (they are open 24/7, of course). Well definitely go back!
The brilliant designs and adornments for each style and flavor of donut are a delightful sensory overload. Every donut tastes great. I always see crazy donut shops like this featured on TV so it was a treat to be able to partake. The maple bacon donut was a bit heavier on the bacon than I care for but still a delicious combination.
My little girl said it best This donut is heavy to pick up. The donuts are massive and delectable. If youre looking for the typical, traditional glazed (which they have) youre really doing it wrong. Theyre more mini-cakes than donuts, and they are delicious. All the cereal donuts are great, as are the candy bar one. Really any donut is great. And the Long Johns are LOOOOONNNG Johns. Bring these to your next office meeting and youll probably get a promotion.
The donuts here are pretty impressive. Bright, colorful, large, with every kind of goodie on top. The fred Flintstone has fruity pebbles on top. The cotton candy has cotton candy on top. It doesnt get much better than this. A great novelty place if you are into food porn. The donuts are more dense than most places and not as sweet... Obviously to make up for the mass amounts of sugar piled on top. Very pretty donuts! Me likey!
If you want a giant cake donut, this is your heaven make sure to order some milk with it or have a spare gallon at the house. For donuts they get 5 stars, me personally have stopped going after 2 trips, I mean these are huge and all that sugar in the frosting will make you sick, the picture I provided I threw away half of them, I just couldnt do it and even had them for multiple days. The mug is cool and still have it.
After a day of shooting commercials and finally being on the south side of NWA I was able to stop in.Donuts are very good, very sugary so if you have a sensitive tooth beware prices are in the picture below. Staff was very friendly especially with the kiddo picking out donuts 😉.Hopefully we will be back Thursday afternoon and I have to get the coffee cup!
I wanted so badly to love this place, however, I was truly disappointed in the quality of the donuts. My husband and I ordered a half-dozen since there was a discount. Almost every donut was a chocolate cake donut base that was so dry I couldnt eat it. I possibly ate a quarter of a donut total and decided I was not interested. This coming from a pregnant woman who craves sweets, says a lot about the donut itself. The only thing I enjoyed was part of an enormous apple fritter that was mostly fried bread than apple. For the price, I had much higher expectations.
Very colorful and decorative donuts and super sugary. If they could just tone down on the sugar that would be nice, but then I dont know if that would effect the taste of it tasting like a donut. I have to say that my favorite is the Maple with Bacon. I havent tried all of them yet but I am trying to try each one as we go and visit. Which is not often. I am guessing they are know for their kolache or pig in the blanket, because the times we have gone theyre always sold out. Especially the ones with jalapeno. The workers are always nice and pleasant. Never had bad service so far good experience. Must try just even if its just once.
We had our first visit after hearing about it from friends and family. Very unique and fun environment. Our son had the Cookie Monster donut which he loved and I had a monster cinnamon roll that was great. Of course we had to get a few extra fun donuts for the road along with a collectors cup. We will have to come back soon.
Theyre pretty expensive, but they do make really amazing gourmet donuts. I do think a lot of their varieties are trying a little too hard to be clever or creative for my taste. Sometimes in the attempt to make somehow like a lemonade doughnut, I feel like they forget to just make an enjoyable pastry. However some of their more gimmicky creations are also good, and their basic standby varieties are yummy.
Amazing range of donuts. Husband got the giant Apple fritter. Taste delicious. Will have to get a 2 lb cinnamon roll to try.
Donuts were so great! I got the Homer Simpson, Very fresh and perfect for that sweet tooth. Store was not crowded at all and the worker was polite and hepful.
Always the best service! Delicious treats and its worth at least the hour one way drive to enjoy! Thank you to the lovely people that work at Hurts!
First off, great donuts! My wife and I travel an hour every weekend just for them!On top of that, Sam, who has helped us every time, is the nicest and most respectful man we’ve ever met! If you want great donuts with great customer service, go see him!
I love the donuts from this place. They are large and unique. My wife and I love to get the apple fritters. The only complaint that I have is the quality is not the same as when they first opened. The apple fritters used to much larger and have large chunks of Apple in it and now it seems to be smaller and less apples. We even went in one time and the apple fritters were scorched on the bottom. I still like the donuts but not as excited to get them now. I feel like the quality was high to initially get you in and now theyve cut back on that quality.
More of an experience seeing all the fancy donuts. Honestly though was more impressed with the aesthetic than the tastes. Not the biggest fan sadly. I wanted to be impressed. I tried 3 different donuts. This one hurts a little.
Its open 25/8 and they are nice folk most of the time.Has coffee, donuts, bottled drinks, and some more stuff. The donuts are incredibly sweet but tasty, and they have fritters which are huge and (I think) $3.50
These donuts are to die for. Literally!! Haha. You cant go wrong with their donuts. I love their long johns, chocolate or maple and even the maple bacon ones.If you havent been there, give them a shot. You wont be steered wrong.
We called Wednesday and booked a clown to deliver today at 11 for a birthday. They charged our card. Clown was no show. When we called to figure out what the deal was, they said it was out fault because we called instead of messaged and that they dont book specific times. No, if your employee answers, books it, gives us a time and charges our card, it is your fault. Its not a customers job to navigate your company internally. Really disappointed and honestly shocked.
Everything her is so yummy, great variety. The have combinations Ive never even thought of that taste so good together. Bonus, the coffee is good too.
The workers are nice! Fun and unique, but the donuts are WAY too sweet for me. Its still a fun place to try once because of all the unique donuts, but even if I lived close to a Hurts, I would choose a regular donut shop over them any other time.
The sassy service (when appropriate) is a GREAT touch! I loved getting my donuts here. Now you just need to let NWA order donuts through the Hurts Donuts app! And, delivery would be a nice touch, but I know that can sometimes be more expense than its worth. Love yall. Thanks so much.
Sadly, the worst donuts I’ve ever had. They are fun looking and my girls had fun picking out their unique donuts. My wife couldn’t even take a second bite of hers and mine was only a little better. The donuts are super over priced and they don’t even let you get tap water. 18 dollars for a bottle water, a couple milks, and the equivalent of 4 donuts in the trash.
Excellent variety. The filled donuts are PACKED!!! Not like the other donut joints that put a drop of filling inside. Yes, they arent as cheap as other places, but I feel they give you value for the price.
We got a few donut and the lady behind counter shower us what a glitter coffee was. My wife got one to try. They were very friendly when we walked in and answer all questions we had. Definitely will revisit when we visit family again
BEST DONUTS EVER. Never had any come close to topping these. Ever. The cotton candy and the fruity pebbles donuts! The bacon maple donut was excellent too!
Very very very rich, I can barely finish 1/2 of a donut. Very cool experience though. If you have a MAJOR sweet tooth this place would be good. My niece and little sister loved seeing all the donut options!
Excellent staff, excellent service, donuts have a lot of variety and character. They lean on the dry side, which is the only reason this isnt a five star. Get a drink before you dig in, and itll be worth it.
Do you crave donuts? Do you love whacky things? Do you not mind your heartbeat redlining due to a sugar overload? Well this is definitely the place to go. Great staff with a very clean store.
The new owner is AWESOME! He really cares about his customers. Plus having one of those maple bacon bars is as close to heaven as you can get! I will be getting plenty for breakfast when tailgating the Razorback games this year.
Great donuts. Lots of choices....maybe too many choices! Open 24/7. Wish I could eat all the donuts without getting diabetes or a heart attack.
Everything its always delicious for the eyes and the mouth! The price is higher for a donut but you get so much more than an ordinary donut. Whatever you do DO NOT think about calories 😂🙃👍.
So much variety. A little expensive but well worth a trip now and then. The Andes mint one is amazing
The donuts are actually amazing and if I were reviewing based solely on the donut itself - total 5.But the staff, every single time Ive been in, have been sort of rude.I thought it was a one off the first time, but I wont be back after this mornings visit.Too bad because I really liked the donuts.
This place is awesome.. My eyes are definitely bigger than my stomach.. (Ordered more than i could eat) so good .. Glad i walked in to this place .. I hope you do too
Yummy, HUGE, cake-like donuts in all sorts of fun flavors. This place is 24hrs and the kids love a late night run as much as an early morning run in jammies. The place itself is much larger than I expected and has to be a great place to study for the college crowd.
I liked the vibe of the place.. Just wish I would have gone earlier so as to enjoy a fresher doughnut... They werent bad by any means, just know they could have been better..
We ordered a dozen different fun flavors of donuts. Every one was dry and not fresh at all except for the 1 cookie monster donut we picked out.The place was filthy. Sticky floor, sticky tables, trash on the floors. If they were trying to immatate Voodoo Donuts out of Portland Oregon (which weve ate at several times while traveling) they failed miserably.
It was a good donut but it definitely didnt live up to all the hype I heard about it being the best. Definitely not as good as Daylight Donuts or Shirleys! Friendly employees but donuts were over priced for my budget.
I have a large assortment of products. Great location. Great employees.
Get doughnuts here almost every day because I love them so much I favor the Bavarian. Some days they are better than others and some staff is better than others. One time I ordered a Bavarian and it had no Bavarian cream lolBest time to get them is 8-10 am on the weekdays
Love Love Love the donuts!! Staff is great too! Cool decor and conveniently located walking distance from Staybridge Suites!
Very unique and delicious treats. But at 10 am, they needed to do some serious cleaning in theEating area. Every tableWas dirty, the floors were a mess! Hopefully, the kitchen area is cleaner
By far the best glazed donuts and chocolate long johns around Fayetteville. Ill be honest I dont too much care for the other creative donuts.
Well they look all nice and pretty but not a great tasting doughnut. Very dry and little flavor. Not to mention way over priced.
Fun varieties and delicious fresh donuts! Buy a Hurts t shirt and wear it to get b1g1 free!
Turns out that doing homework at 3am is much better with a donut and some coffee.
This is not your typical donut shop. They offer any donut you could ever dream of; oreo, reeses cup, carrot cake, cookie monster... etc. If youve never had a hurts donut you are missing out!
I thought my wife was crazy to ask me to drive thirty minutes for donuts, but it was worth it to give Hurts Donutsa try. Hurts is like a specialty donut shop with over seventy different donuts. I dont think they even have plain glazed donuts. They have about every other kind of donut you could imagine, including fritters and cinnamon rolls the size of hub caps. Not a good place to go if you are on a diet. Staff was very friendly and the shop is clean with ample sitting. I wouldnt drive that far often, but its a great place to experience.
It’s ok. It being open 24/7 is amazing the first time I ate there was great but this last time I went in there the donuts just weren’t good they were REALLY dry had no flavor except the Reese peanut butter cups on top which was just really disappointing.
The family loved the fancy doughnuts in this huge building but Im cool with a hot glazed. Be aware of long morning lines
These donuts are divine, theyre art. The best ever. Easily, I could have put myself into a sugar coma but I stopped at the one and the only, piece de resistance the maple bacon bar. The Maple Bacon Bar is amazing...sweet and savory, perfecto with coffee!!! however that smores donut look really good! Miya (sp?) helped me out..she was great and she loved my purse...shout out to her for guessing my age way wrong!!!! 😂😂😂 all that clean livin baby girl, donuts and all!! 😉 😂
The Apple fritter is a family event! Nice environment and setting. Doughnuts are works of art with some weight to them. Dieters.... just dont.
This place was amazing. Probably the best doughnuts you will ever taste. Everything was so fresh and ready to order. Don’t let the line fool you it will move quickly. I bought the dirty dozen and the person behind the counter helped me make great selections based on what I would like to try. Even though they were crowded I did not feel any pressure to rush my order process. I absolutely loved the devils food cake doughnut. My friends enjoyed them at Braswell&Son too, best pawnshop in Little Rock. . I took them a dozen treats. If you are ever in Little Rock Arkansas you must visit this place.
This place is always wonderful. The staff is sweet and funny. Not to mention the donuts are amazing. It always brightens my day to come here.
Definately paying for the look and not taste of the doughnuts. Fancy, expensive, lacking in flavor and horrible consistency. Picked out a dozen different to try because they all looked so good. Paid almost 30 dollars! What a disappointment!! If you want something pretty that actually tastes good..Go to Ricks! And its cheaper. Never going back! Giving 2 stars because they were so pretty. Looked like time and effort was put into the decoration. To bad it didnt taste like it
There are a ton of donuts to choose from. The place is clean and well lit and the staff are friendly. The donuts themselves are dense, which I dont prefer. Theyre also open 24hrs, so you can pop in anytime.
I like the variety and creativity here. The donuts themselves are mediocre for the most part, and there are better options in town if particularly tasty fluffy donuts are important to you.
Great donuts. Come try them out
I love Hurts donuts. This site is great because you can see donuts being made. They also have Cornhole to play!!
Wide variety of donuts, flavors etc. Staff is helpful. Donuts not really fresh.
Bad to the bone spot to get donuts! All dozen were yummy. Bacon maple log was delicious. 100%
Best service I have ever had. To top it off, the donut was great. Worth the three hour trip. We will be back, soon.
So awesome cinnamon rolls the size of your head. Smores donut was so need only difference I would change is lighting the marshmellow in front of the guest so its hot and fresh and gooey in the middle. Cold roasted marshmallow threw me off otherwise Amazing.
Umm.... ok.. sugar. You are chewing on sugar. I recommend the Jesus donut and the bacon maple long john. They are the best! But Hurts is Super sweet... too sweet!
Always a fun place to get novelty donuts. The best coffee in town is their best kept secret.
Really friendly and the donuts look awesome. I just wish they had gluten free donuts.
Absolutely awful. I had heard such good things, but all the donuts were stale, soggy or hard as rocks. They never should have sold them at the quality they were. Plus the bacon donut uses artificial bacon bits. Who does that? If youre going to be open 24/7 you cant just sell the same 3 day old donuts and expect no one to notice.
Very creative donuts, but the donuts themselves lack flavor. Its all about the toppings here and they can be good, but a solid donut would take it to the next level.
Asked for a glass of water and was told they didnt have glasses of water and made me pay for a bottle of water - which is illegal. Asked for silverware to share and was told they dont have silverware.Doughnuts were not very good and they obviously dont care about customer service. Definitely wont be going back.
This place is going downhill fast. To the point that they are literally shutting stores down overnight, and informing their employees via text they no longer have jobs. The last few times we’ve been in over the years, the employees look miserable, and could care less. Not sure if that is from poor working conditions, or bad management. Either way, the place is going downhill, and is affecting the quality of their product in a bad way.
The new manager was really helpful and super cool!
Great donuts. Want to go back when they have their huge cinnamon rolls available.
Great atmosphere! Delicious donuts! Great service!
Love the variety and that theyre open 25/8Gigantic apple fritters and cinnamon rolls Yummy!Had a cherry fritter too1 Mmm Mmm
I understand the novelty but you would think that they would try to make a decent doughnut on the same day that it was sold. Never again.
Love the fun donut selection. They are huge and rich too. 24 hours a day... you cant beat that.
Good food just high prices for somethings.
Their donuts are pretty sweet generally so if you dont have much of a sweet tooth you may want to go somewhere else. Its a bit on the pricy side as well.
The donuts were dry and tasted like it was made 3 days earlier which was a waste of my hard earned money. I felt bad choosing this place over a local favorite named Ricks Bakery. I will not make that mistake again!!
Awesome concept but its a little over the top. Focus on donut quality before shoveling stuff on top of it
You can never go wrong with a Hurts donut...or three 🤤
Always a wonderful selection and the staff is friendly.
Friendly staff. Quickly greeted each time and given recommendations which I always like. Personal favorites are the Andes Mint donut, either Kolaches and Blueberry Streusel. Every donut has been great.
