My daughter was talking about how nice the store was as we were shopping today. We grabbed everything we needed, and stopped for some freshly rolled Sushi before we left. The Mission and Crossover Harps is a great place to shop!

Harps is great! Can always find something unique there. The fruit and veggie selection is as close to home grown as one can get from a grocery store. And sometimes, they do have home and locally grown produce. Its worth a visit just to peruse the deli

If you need a cake dont get it from harps. Theres people that work in the bakery when you ask to have a name written on a cake and saying happy birthday youre legit be told we dont know how to do that. All I wanted was a simple cake was simply happy birthday with my daughters name on it and I was told that I couldnt get that until Monday.

Harps is a fantastic local grocery store. The speak to you, smile and help you find anything you need. They have really nice meat and produce sections, and they have a great deli and bakery!

My husband buys a lot of meat at Harps. It has been very good. He bought a live Maine lobster and they steamed it for me. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. The people in the meat and seafood department or so nice and everything is clean. We will continue to buy there as their meat is better than Walmart in my opinion.

I had the most delightful shopping experience at this Harps location. The store was very clean and had a convenient sanitary station set up for customer use. An associate named Mark helped me find what I was looking for...he actually escorted me to the product shelf. At the checkout I was greeted cheerfully by a cashier named Delaney. She was very efficient and we had pleasant conversation during checkout. She wished me a happy holiday season as I left. Overall one of the best shopping experiences in quite some time.

This Harps by far is my favorite. The employees help you they are very courteous. I love all the fresh food they cook in store. Ive never had anything negative at this store

No other Harps is the quality of the one on Crossover. I promise you will get far too spoiled and be rather irritated with any other location after a single visit. The produce section is always fresh the Bakery.... OMG the Bakery at this location is out of this world and can beat Ricks in a heart beat.

This location has a wide variety of more upscale items throughout the store, compared to locations in more rural areas. However it does not have a gas station so purchases here dont count towards the rewards program.

Very nice people and clean store

This Harps bakery did PHENOMENAL on my birthday cake. I couldnt be happier anywhere else. They never disappoint, the price is excellent, detail is PERFECT, taste is not too sweet or bland, and I always go here for my bakery needs. The ladies do SO PERFECT and they always have a friendly, patient, attentive attitude to all my questions/ideas. I cannot rave enough about this bakery. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I recently ordered 3 dozen specialty cookies from the Harp’s bakery at Crossover in Fayetteville. Never having ordered specialty items from this bakery, I wasn’t sure what to expect. After a consultation with Nikki Watkins, of the bakery staff, I was very impressed. She was very friendly, helpful, and a master at attention to detail. Ms. Watkins perfectly recreated the unicorn from the birthday invitation on every cookie she created for the party. They were perfection! Not only were they works of art, but they were delicious, too. The cookies were a BIG hit at the party. I would highly recommend Harp’s bakery at Crossover.

So mad. Ordered Wed through Instacart a specific item. Vernors. 6pk 12 oz cans. Paid and told pickup Saturday. When we got there they tried to make us take 6 pk 6oz cans of Swepps for the same price. N O P E. Not the same product at all. It like trying to switch Mr. Pibb for Dr. Pepper, not the same product, but the same price point. Waited 3 days and drove out of our way for them to try to pull a fast one. So MAD.

Harps has not been my everyday food store. I tend to go to three different stores for the items I prefer from each of those. But Harps is where I go for something special or a hard to find item. And each time I visit I am more impressed by their selection of the things we buy. If you havent been in a while - check it out! Also, the service here is stellar!

Normally, a grocery store bakery is NOT the first thing to pop into someone’s head when thinking about wedding cakes. I cannot say enough about the bakery at this Harps. Taylor and Joseph went in to cake test with a couple of ideas and two masterpieces were delivered. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product!!

I always get my familys birthday cakes made here. They go way above and beyond to make their customers happy. And a wonderful price. 💛

I love harps on crossover. We just went there and all the employees were so nice and cheery and so were the other customers shopping. My daughter (9yr) mentioned how nice everyone was being! I told her I guess harps just makes every feel a little more happy!

I really like this Harps. Its clean, well organized and stocked. I like a certain water, and the manager arranged to have the supplier bring me 2 cases a week. Everyone that works there goes above and beyond. I like Harps being my grocery store.They even have fresh made sushi everyday. What a treat.

The only Harps location that ever seems to carry their line of biscuits, when they bother. The staff are generally quite helpful, but dont expect to be treated in a friendly fashion by the cashiers; I suppose they are irritated by having to work.

Good store, but definitely expensive. I live in Philly and visit my parents often in Fayetteville, and am amazed by how expensive this store is compared to grocery stores in downtown Philly.

Very nice employees. Probably one of the best deli selections in the area. Store doesnt seem to be nearly as crowded as the competition across the street wich is quite nice but youll figure out why when you start shopping. My wife is a bargain hunter and loves to shop across the street, I on the other hand would rather pay a little extra and get all the perks that come with it! Seriously, were taking about maybe 2-3‰ of the total bill. I know that Harps is a tad bit beyond being a mom & pop shop, but but compared to the competition, theyre still small fry! Also stop in every few of weeks and buy my wife some flowers, nice selection (very surprising for a grocery store!), good prices. They seem to have flowers and gifts in just about any price range. Always a pleasant experience!

I love a grocery store that actually inspires the cook in you.This location has a great natural / organic section as well as a great produce selection.Called today to inquire if they carry an unusual item. The man who answeredasked if he could place me on hold, went to look for the item and then came back to phone and offered to hold at the service desk so that my Husband would not haveto go look through the store for it.Now, that is great service...Love Harps.

I love this location more than any other Harps that I visit around town! The deli area has cooked food for lunches, and theyll make you sandwiches out of their bulk meats they slice for people! Their cheese selection is nearly on par with the local Whole Foods, and they have a decent sized Natural selection for people who pay particular attention to what they consume, especially those that suffer with a gluten allergy. Stocked with smaller name brands that are hard to find in the bigger stores, and they accept special customer order requests! Cant speak highly enough!

I absolutely love Harps. The prices are more expensive BUT the quality is better than other supermarkets. The parking lot has recently changed to share with Planet Fitness so now parking is difficult to find but I dont mind. Harps chicken, rolls, cookies are AMAZING!!!

They had all my groceries, even if they were a bit hard to find. However, one of the main reasons we chose harps was for their fried chicken. Its supposed to be the best in town. We went in at 6pm, 3 hours before their deli closed to purchase 2 pounds of chicken tenders. The employee just looked down and said theres only 3 tenders left.... Rather than make us fresh food. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

The service is great, everyone so helpful and friendly. And the cakes and cookies, very good and beautifully decorated. They excelled at creating desserts for my sons rehearsal dinner and also for the Celebration of my mothers life.

Honestly the worst customer service at the registers only. The girls done even try to be friendly and it angers me to see people like that on the front end. No smiles, no offers to help if we didnt find what we needed, nothing. Such a nice store with great selection should be more selective on their front end staff.

Had I not had to stand @bakery for 13 minutes with 5 employees looking at me my visit would have been great! Thanks to the sweet blonde standing in the back, the furthest away from me for noticing and walking to front to ask me if she could help! This turn my entire out look and thoughts!
