I absolutely love ❤ this store. I can literally get lost in the endless knowledge each isle contains. They have great organic and fresh produce. This store has the products and the knowledge for living a healthier life naturally. I strive for that on a daily basis!

Worst experience shopping here... Needed help finding a few things and every employee acted like they wanted nothing too do with me even the manager of the store... I dont care who you think you are but the way yall talk to your customers is unacceptable. You dont roll your eyes when someone needs help finding something at the store you work at. There was one employee out of all of you working there that absolutely took it too another level of customer service when I asked her. She helped me until I find the few items I was looking for and didnt stop until I was completely satisfied. The other employees need some serious mentoring on customer service as well as the MANAGER... Mister Im big dog and Manage the store Im too good for you type of guy... well listen buddy your there too do a JOB just like everyone else and help customers that need help because thats what your getting paid too do big time... or should I say princess... get your stuff together I will not be back.

I’ve been going here for about six years. A gallon of water refill is only 25 cents. Eggs are always a good price for members. It’s free to become a member. They have many sales every week. About once monthly they give away a natural grocers bag, and have special deals. The employees have always been friendly, and helpful. There are unique vegan and organic items here I haven’t found elsewhere in town. I especially like the natural grocers bulk items; like there spices for lower bulk prices.

We went there many times over last winter while in the area and were mostly pleased with how they did things. Contrary to other reviews we NEVER had a problem with any employee not being helpful. In fact, had several conversations with the employees and found them engaging to talk to and very helpful. They were also very apologetic when stock was low due to the weather affecting their supply chain. Not the absolute best NG weve been in but I dont think weve ever been in a bad one - and we travel all over the country and go to NG as often as possible.

This store has almost everything I need to survive in life. When my daughter is sick, this is the first place we go. They have excellent options for breast-feeding mothers, breast-fed babies, and all of the regular food for a guy like myself. Everyone in there is well-versed in their knowledge of the products. I thoroughly enjoyed the store.Update: Today I had to come to the store to fetch some items for my sick wife. The team member Matt, lead me to everyplace I needed to go. That man saved me so much time and was extremely helpful and courteous. They have great gluten-free options for my wife considering she wanted chicken noodle soup. Thanks Matt!Update: Jenny rocks! If you have any vitamin questions, do not hesitate to call up there and see if she’s working. She has her masters degree in this field and will get you everything you need in a matter of seconds.

Love natural grocers and knowing where my food comes from, that it is natural, organic, and free from pesticides and such. The store is always clean and well stocked. Staff is pretty cool, always friendly and helpful 😊 i get all my favorite dairy, fruit, soaps, etc....

I just go now and then. Very nice store. And very nice people. Find somethings not some. You never know what you might need or find.

Went in to find some supplementsto help protect against covid. Couldnt find my info on exactly what I needed in what doses. Angela helped me find each item I needed. She was very knowledgeable and attentive. She also gave me a pamphlet on immune support with other supplements with dosage info I can add if I desire.

Mask compliance very poor in this store despite a city ordinance requiring masks. Also the cashier argued with me regarding my request for a masked cashier.

So refreshing to have a place in Fayetteville that actually values and respects its customers. While most stores customer service these days consists of hectoring and yelling at the customers, Natural Grocers is actually friendly and helpful. Should be the norm but Im very thankful for this place.

Great for people like me with severe dietary restrictions. They have a wide variety of products without preservatives, artificial coloring or flavors, or citric acid.As far as beef substitutes go, they carry the beyond burger stuff. They have plenty of other substitutes for chicken and possibly some others, but I havent looked too closely since Im more of a grain-and-veggie girl than an oh-god-I-miss-meat-please-halp kind.They also have a section of the store dedicated to vitamins and such if thats your game.Big thing here: join their n+ club thing. You can text a number to sign up and then just type in your phone number at checkout. You get discounts in store, and you get some sort of reward, like x points per dollar. I use it to get eggs from ethically-treated, happy chickens for $2/dozen.Also!! No bags here, so bring your own. If you forget, theyll let you use a box.

I have to drive 30 minutes to get to this place. Three out of four times I come here they do not have natural grocers brand dock of the items I need. extremely frustrating to drive so far and come home empty handed.Also one item I picked was priced at one thing and rang up at a different one. while the cashier did offer to give it to me at the other price, no effort was made to correct it in the system.

If i could leave NEGATIVE stars i would. my gf and i used to love “natural” grocers. during the pandemic they put signs up like every other public place stating that you must wear a mask in the store, etc. etc. The past three times we’ve gone, we have seen several customers without masks on, which is sad knowing the staff is, for the most part, really nice. Today, a maskless couple walked in, and we watched as one of the two talked with staff openly and was never asked to put a mask on despite there being FREE masks at the store entrance. then, two other individual customers, also maskless, shopped, did not distance themselves from other MASKED shoppers, and checked out without once being confronted by staff. how can a store founded on a “health and wellness” principle fail so miserably to uphold that idea.....finally, when i went to review the store on Yelp, their first image is an american flag that says “keep america great”..... yeah no thanks. we definitely won’t be coming back.

Awesome grocery store, with the lowest prices for organic products in the area (I compared them), and very nice/helpful staff. Also amazing rewards/fidelity program. Ill keep on going there before any other place in Fayetteville - ok maybe not the farmers market, but its THAT good!

While I enjoy shopping here I didn’t feel safe with our cashier wearing only a face shield and many customers without masks.

Their produce section looks small, but they have things like crimini mushrooms and raddicio that can be hard to find.

This is seriously my new favorite store!! Their selection is AMAZING!! Especially for this girl who is unfortunately gluten, dairy, and soy free. They have a vast array of supplements, healthy food and drink options, beauty care items, they even have pet products. I immediately joined their membership which allows you to get notifications and discounts. I would highly recommend this store. The prices are good as well. Very impressed.

I regularly visit this Natural Grocers and am always impressed by how clean and well stocked it is! I can always find what I need and typically end up leaving with more than I intended. They have an excellent selection, in particular of health and wellness products. From supplements to body washes that I cannot find anywhere else locally. Staff are always friendly and fast. Ive never waited more than five or so minutes to check out and I am out the door. They always have recycled stock boxes up front to pack your groceries out with if you forget your reusable bags!

One of my favorite health food stores. The supplements and vitamins area is so well organized within categories its very easy for me to shop and find things. The pricing is very competitive and I especially enjoy the pricing on their healthy free range and organic eggs as a member of N Power. A lot of great nuts and organic meats very competitively priced. Its a very convenient location. Staff is helpful and very friendly.

Love this store. Its small enough that it isnt overwhelming like Whole Foods. It isnt overcrowded and there are always an employee around to help that really seem like they care. Excellent prices, and wide array of selections to choose from. I am able to purchase a whole cart full of food, only choosing the sale items. The store clerks are personable, and kind. Every thing is organic and healthy, it is so much fun to shop here! The water that comes from the dispenser is the only water I drink too; and only 25 cents for a gallon! It takes the best and is most likely the best Ph too.

I like it. Its clean, quiet, food is fresh and they have good sales. I dont like the essential oils atomizer on though. Im allergic and I am sure others are too. I think businesses should keep their customers in mind.

I love this health food store. They have a really great produce. They offer free information and cooking classes which you get points on a card you sign up for and its builds points for classes you attend and for items you buy and after so many points you can get $$ off your purchase.

WORST customer service. Cashier by the name of Keegan was so disrespectful to my mother all simply because he was unprepared to do his job. He was so rude and should not be allowed to be speaking to customers. Most of the staff at this grocery store are very nice and helpful but one bad apple is all it takes.

I love how the cashier lady today with the hat on and blonde hair didnt smile or say one word through the whole transaction. Not hardly any eye contact either. It was considered rude, but I just flowed with it then quietly said bye and she said bye in a low voice. Not friendly at all...Wow! Update so that review was two years ago. I gave them another chance today and strange. This young middle age woman or manager had a horrible attitude. Back to Whole Foods with great low prices and lots to choose from. I go also Ozark is a lot better since theyve cleaned house back at that one once again. I cant go to Natural Grocers with people acting like they dont want to be there. Anyway not enough selection or locally grown.

A gem for organic food and vitamin supplements, went their for the first time and found that the prices where lower than whole foods, lot of clean natural products.

It’s a nice clean store. I prefer shopping there instead of the bigger places. It’s easy to get in and get out. The employees are helpful too.

Homey feeling, helpful staff. Nice organic produce. If its there, its organic - not mixed in like Whole Foods. Really like that its owned and ran by the same family since its founding in the 1950s.

Absolutely one of my favorite health food stores ive visited! Had so many great options to choose from. And being vegan, they had so many alternatives towards cheese and meat. Really enjoyed the vibes of the place.

Great place. I generally go here for food (including local bread) and supplements. Always receive excellent service and competitive prices.

The store is great, but parking and cart return are a bummer. The rewards program often earns me discounts and promotions. And there are often markdowns taken on the dairy products which is great for someone looking to affordably eat organic.

I live in kc and we have a tone of these but I like all the unique charm and bits here and there that this place has.

Love that you need you own bag or get a box. Reduce trash. Sales and bulk are great at NG and even have seen “ugly” produce sold before. Let’s be honest naturally gown produce sometimes is not pretty, but tastes the same. Let’s stop waste. Best place to get subs for vegans/veggies locally by far.

Great customer service and you cant beat their sales. They have most of my favorite products to boot! Their vitamin prices arent as competitive as food but still decent.

If for some reason you cant find it at Wal-Mart, this is the next best place when it comes to supplements price wise. They also have a good selection of shampoo, soap and the like which i pick up every few months.Theres nothing in the grocery section you cant get at Wal-Mart for a better price.They generally have some form of health focused group session/class every week, so if you go there regularly, theyre usually free to attend

This is my kombucha/tastybite meals haven! They have the best prices in town. Always a very nice shopping experience. Also, it never seems incredibly crowded either and the lines are typically short. Highly recommend. :)

Love this place! I have learned so much about supplements, food, etc I know all of the staff by name and vise versa which makes me feel great. Items go on sale whoch I always look out for! Its not geared just towards vegetarians or anything like that. Its easy to get in and out of the parking lot, the store isnt so huge that you cant find anything.

Ive seen some great sales on organic produce here. Yesterday, I got a large bunch of cilantro for $0.99 and green bell peppers for $2.69/lb. They also have an extensive supplements stock and fair prices on a variety of nuts.

A good selection of locally roasted coffee at reasonable prices, and the most convenient place to pick up Virgils sodas. Theres a lot of space devoted to fad foods and pseudo-scientific supplements, but theres enough good stuff to make the visit worth it.
