Outstanding experience! I love my new PRS McCarty 594, but I was expecting that. What you cant always expect is outstanding customer service. I worked with Tim who made the entire experience very easy. I would not hesitate to call him again for another guitar. Sunrise has been super helpful from consulting on whether or not to restore old guitars, buying equipment, and being patient with all the beginner questions Ive brought to them.

Came into this store with Mom looking for a harmonica (that neither of us know anything about) to get as a birthday present for someone who was wanting to learn how to play one. The staff there was very nice, when we called to see if they had any, as well as being very helpful once we arrived at the store. He took the time to explain the differences between them and which one he would recommend along with helping us to find an instruction book for beginners. If you are looking for a place with lots of selections and great customer service I would absolutely recommend them!

Exceptionally friendly service yet with freedom to browse and play at my leisure. This store carries mostly acoustic stringed instruments (some electrics, too) from nice but affordable beginner/intermediate stuff all the way up to your whole range of Taylor, Martin, and Gibson. Theyve got a wide range of other products as well (strings, accessories, etc.). If youre wanting a nice name brand something or other, go here first.

Sunrise Guitars is the best place to buy a guitar in NWA. Every time I’ve visited the store I’ve been treated like family. These people seriously care about finding you the best musical instrument for your needs. They also have some of the best customer service of any company I’ve ever done business with. Their selection of acoustic guitars and accessories is second to none. I love stopping by and playing the selection of Martin, Taylor’s and Eastmans. Stop by sometime when you’ve got some time to kill and you won’t be disappointed.

The store has a very open set up and a great selection of musical equipment. The acoustic room is absolutely stunning and the whole building has a great vibe to it thanks to the set up and the wonderful staff. I came in on two separate occasions searching for a new guitar amp and the staff helped me find products based on my wants and budget. I did not buy anything on my first visit and told them I would probably not walk out with an amp on that particular day. The staff member I spoke to showed me some great equipment and the whole staff was patient as I tried it out. I came in the following week and Tim helped me seal the deal and I walked out with a new Vox amplifier. The staff is helpful and professional and you can tell that their passion is music and helping customers find what they need to make music their own. Thanks Sunrise!
