I bought a hat off their website and it shipped to the store. When I went to get it, I wanted my boyfriends initials put on it because it was his birthday. The lady was awesome! She did the embroidery and helped me decide on a font that made sense and placement of the design. He was very pleased!

My experience was wonderful. The manager that I encountered, Chelsea was very pleasant. She answered every question and concern that I had. Great business.

I have been purchasing my work hats from this company for the past few years and have always had a great experience until today. The inventory was very limited and the sales associate was of absolutely no help at all. I might as well have walked in the store and done everything myself. I am not sure if it was his lack of knowledge or his incredible laziness. The work on the hat itself was poorly done. I will definitely be looking for another place to purchase my hats from now on.
